A perfect stay! The staff in the lounge were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommended!

We had a most wonderful 3 night stay celebrating our 33rd anniversary at the Four Seasons in Shenzhen ,China
They have so kindly surprised us with a beautiful &
delicous cake with a greeting card from Lynsey.
Even our pillows have embroidered ."Happy anniversary wishes on it
We are so touched by the details .-
We enjoyed the Spa service which was also five star.
Such a treat after a full day's activity .
All in all , a perfect celebration.

We were last here when I was 8 months pregnant, now back again with my 5 month old baby!
Got upgraded to a bigger room again with all the baby amenities! Cot, steriliser and bottle warmer too!
Staff at check in were super helpful and friendly, we were a few hours early and they still allowed us to check in given travelling with a baby.
Location is great, walkable distance to lots of restaurants.
