I’ve stayed in maybe 50-100 hotels in Shenzhen, this is the worst of all of them. The rooms are totally not soundproof in any way. They moved me between THREE different rooms and every single one was so loud it was like people were standing in the room talking and watching TV all night. The windows were not actual windows, instead facing into a corridor in the hotel, which was not mentioned in the room type. To apologise for my bad stay, they gave me a bottle of whisky, which initially seemed like a nice gesture. However upon checking, this whisky is counterfeit, so I now wonder if that’s their standard way of cheaply getting out of complaints, and I now feel it was a total waste of energy carrying it home.

Basic breakfast and nice clean hotel, location is easy to access. Just the shower room doesn’t facilitate changing area.

The room is reasonable sized and comfortable. It’s clean and has the necessary amenities but the shower could be a bit better. Best of all is the staff. They were super friendly and helpful. From the reception check-in to bringing you to your room, up till sending you off, they were very courteous and helpful. I will come visit again.

Only complaint: even with the key in the door my power went off for the fridge, outlet chargers when I turned off all the lights for bed. Only there one night so I didn’t get to experiment or trouble shoot. Cool stuff: great location in Sea World for Halloween fun. In the lobby there’s coffee, sitting area and a library. Cactus garden view near the gym. In the room: motion detected lights come on low between the bed and the bathroom when the room is dark. There’s great counter space(no iron) and everything you need including a water purifier. There’s a retractable shelf or small table everywhere you need it by the tub and in the bathroom. Separate high water pressure shower. Small but spacious. Excellent customer service young lady on Saturday afternoon. Great stay.

Great service, limited English but able to add them on WeChat for easy communication. Stayed in 2 different rooms. Switched to a cheaper room when I needed to stay another week. The higher level rooms have a Smart Control system for the ac, lights, and curtains all in Chinese but easy enough to figure out. The lower level rooms have buttons and a remote for the curtains. There’s also Xiaomi tv in rooms & bath salts provided. The hotel has a small gym and laundry room where they provide the washing liquid and the machine does washing and dry. There’s also an iron and steamer in the laundry room. I would certainly stay here again. Also wine glasses & decanter, tea, kettle, refrigerator in room.
