服務一般，三人房其實是兩房一廳，張兩張大牀擺在廳的正中，沒有寫字枱，沒有椅子，6個人只配給兩枝細清水，房間算是乾淨，沒有前台服務，店前沒有招牌指示，需要時間找尋位置

地理位置很方便。景觀開陽正對大海。設施尚算整潔。但看得出有年月的摧殘。而且可能這邊是近海的地方比較潮濕，牆壁都容易滋生黴菌。有的衣櫃門是被鎖上，或許放置了一些物件？不太清楚。
一入大門上方的燈不停閃，房東告訴說是因為近數天，天氣潮濕電器接觸不良。或許房東需要盡快安排人更換或處理。
房東態度很好，有立即處理需要。因為到步的時候，見到浴室地面有水漬，立即聯絡房東，他說是清潔姨姨剛才清潔完還沒把地弄乾。然後我叫房東請姨姨立即過來處理，房東有立刻回應此需求。
Trip.com上寫的12樓是指除ground floor的第12層。但按升降機按鈕時是按10字。
我住的是1016房，由B座入口上最近。
這個公寓游泳池，但是泳池是由一個叔叔管理，去游泳需要付每人35人民幣，這個情況看來都不是有規模的公寓管理公司處理，不知道他是何許人可以擔任管理和收錢的身份，感覺有點奇怪。有一層像是會所但都是黑漆漆的也沒有人管理感覺有點怪異。
其實整座公寓感覺都是怪怪的，他不是酒店，而是有很多業主買了單位之後改建出租。
其實感覺有少少恐怖，不建議一個女生獨自預訂任何一間位於這座公寓的房間。訂房前需要查清楚地點啊。公園名稱是「海世界」。

非常好的海景房，在陽台看碧波蕩漾，心曠神怡。早晚去沙灘也很近，附近好吃的也多。老闆還給升級了房型，住的很舒適。
