The cleanliness was average, the side bed by the window had multiple stains and hair. There was also used tissue on the kitchen counter and a dirty disposable towel on the kitchen sink and no tv. A few mosquitoes because of the balcony for being open before I checked in but I used the bug repellent in the room and I was fine after two bites😂
The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was nice, everything else was great and the staff is friendly too.

Location was a bit remote but the presence of a smart TV + microwave + hob, more than made up for it. Even the small details, like bottles of water are taken care of, which is wonderful.
If you manage to book during off-season like me, you’ll get an excellent deal!

Perfect apart hotel. Can find everything around. Just little far from downtown. But exhibition center on foot steps . staff is friendly efficient and helpful. room is big enough

Wrong location!!! Anyone who book from trip.com don't follow google maps. You must call from trip app then ask taxi send to the place.
Draft way to go to the hotel.
Arrive by Metro line 12 or 20 go to exit C2 of Shenzhen World North station. Then go up to sky walk by escalator. Once you going up look at the left hand side, go to Hilton Hotel. Once you're in front of Hilton go straight to the next walking bridge and go down. It's across from convention No. 20 and between Hilton. No sign or banner about Holiday Inn, it's just small reception room with person who checking in and you have to go to the room in condominiums by your self.
Room is ok (clean and comfortable) match for visitors attend the exhibition, max 3 persons in the room. Restaurant and convenience store is close by.

No air conditioning, mosquitoes, no toilet paper, no towels, no hangers and icing on the cake? This is not the real Holiday Inn we are familiar with, a fake one and far from everything.

The floor and cabinets were very dusty. The room didn't have cookware and plates even though it had a kitchen.
