First of all, the hotel is in a complicated location, in a small alley between residential buildings. The map positioning is wrong, and the buildings are close to each other and it is quite difficult to find. In addition, the environment is poor, and the facilities and hygiene are not satisfactory. There are reptiles like small centipedes on the walls of the room, and the temperature control of the hot water for showering is poor. The water is boiling all the time (this seems to be a common problem of all cheap hotels). I dare not touch it, but considering the price, I can bear it. If it is just because of these, I will not come to give a bad review. What makes people angry is their outrageous service attitude. First of all, I know that they do not have a 24-hour front desk, but it is strange that there is no one at the front desk when checking in in the afternoon (4 o'clock) and checking out in the morning (9 o'clock). No one answered the phone, and I waited for a long time every time. I never saw someone at the front desk. The worst thing is that I forgot the pillowcase I brought with me on the bed when I left. I reported it to them on the day of check-out. I asked them again at noon the next day, and they replied to me, and actually told me that they threw it away when cleaning the room? So you can just decide to throw away the things that customers forget without contacting them? It's really outrageous. They even made up a lot of excuses, saying that they threw it away because it looked old? It's really a terrible accommodation!

The bed is very comfortable, the size is OK, the decoration is nice, and the location is not difficult to find. However, there is only 1 towel for 2 people, the shampoo and shower solution are too mixed with water and it is difficult to use, and the hygienic condition is average.

The elevator apartment is quiet and the room is big enough to hold two large suitcases and one small suitcase. There are refrigerators, washing machines and other living facilities. There are also many places to eat nearby.

The room is a bit small, but the boss is friendly. It was quite good to stay there for 4 days. It is nice to have such a B&B when you are away from home.

This is actually on the first floor. I understand that this price is in the urban village. There were actually cockroaches when I went to see the house on the first floor.
