Heijiao Fangzi Guesthouse

This time I stayed in side A. The room was really big and clean. There was also a washing machine. I could do laundry after running in Zhongshan Park in the afternoon. Things started to go wrong at night. The music was played from Jazz & Blues on the 2nd floor through the stairs to the 3rd floor until 2am. Should there be a door at the stairwell on the third floor? I believe something is better than nothing. I would like the person in charge of the B&B to think about it from the perspective of the guests. Well, I thought I could go to bed at 2 o'clock, but it turned out that the residents on side B kept chatting until 4 o'clock, and there were people moving things upstairs, which showed that the sound insulation of the room was really poor. It would be nice to come here with friends to drink and chat, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to stay here, especially on weekends.

民宿位置一流, 一進古城就看到了。這次住的side A, 房間打掃的很乾淨, 而且房內擺設很有格調。浴室空間也很足。 唯一覺得可能美中不足就的是露台会有一些虫子，所以不太想坐在那邊喝。除此之外,整體來說很滿意。

位置優良，位於古城入口。房間很大，空間感十足，衞生整潔。 喜歡有梳化位置可以歇息，可惜電視未能收看地面電視或看盒子電視網速偏慢。 浴室空間感很大，唯水壓不足。 提供很多瓶裝水及其他飲料，亦有送贈咖啡/ 雞尾酒，貼心！

設施：非常好 愛酒之人一定喜歡這裏 白天咖啡 晚上酒吧 一層喝酒 地下DJ 樓上民宿睡覺覺 有大露台 有浴缸 有洗衣機 有大冰箱 太完美了 衞生：很乾凈 床品浴缸都很乾凈 沙發也乾淨 完全看得出很用心打掃了 服務：貼心死了 晚上想屋裡喝點酒沒冰塊也能給我送一桶上來 舒服死了 太喜歡這裏了 而且我搜了一下 這個店貌似幾乎全年都一個價格 沒什麼價格波動 很良心啊 希望下次來深圳還有機會住這裏

真心推介，位置正正係古城第一間鋪，職員有禮熱心，有歡迎飲品同果盤，雖然九叔教唔好貪果盤，但份量真心多，杯野又好飲，呢間野比我種感覺似香港人開咁，DYSO風筒用香港插XD 房內設施整潔，雖然落下就係古城步行街， 但晚上唔會太多人流，露台玻璃門又厚，完全聽唔到街外聲，如果抱住 HEA 住玩既心態，呢間民宿真係勁滿意，當然如果要係預左要有酒店FEEL既，佢就比你唔到啦。 簡單咁講，房間裝修有特色，整潔，食野落下條街有都好好味 (香港茶記價錢)，行多廿步出大街就內地平民飯堂，附近鋪頭有特色有價錢係偏貴，出行的話係門口就的士站，當然CALL車都得，抱住本身唔係要去住酒店既 GRAND，亦唔係海邊睇浪既民宿，我覺得呢間野值得五星
