一直很喜歡深鐵鉑爾曼，除了位置在深圳北站交通方便之外，這裏的服務更是十分貼心周到。這次晚上九點多才到酒店，入住時遇到點小問題，聯繫了工作人員後她們立刻幫忙處理，態度非常好也很專業。我上次入住時忘了帶充電器，她們也一直幫我保留着，並在我入住期間主動交還給我，服務非常周到，必須給超五星的好評！

酒店離深圳北站很近，從東廣場A1 出來後很容易找到，有很清晰的標識、指示牌。酒店的工作人員很熱情友好，特別是isla和darwin。房間乾淨、床很舒服，早餐也很豐富。值得推薦！

All good except a few of the female customer service at the reception were rather abrupt. Concierge were excellent, always welcoming when we arrive back to the hotel. Very convenient to Shenzhenbei Railway Station. Security at the ground floor is welcoming and strictly with cars and people loitering. Would recommend to family and friends.
