Shenzhen Longhua District Hotels

Everything was very good, but only the staff is very officially and i request the invoice and the give me a this paper in attachment file. and when i arrive to my country i see there is no stamp , no details, nothing

The room is very clean and spacious. The room comes with 1 king bed which suits 2 adults + 1 child well. The front desk is very helpful. Thumbs up! I faced the problem of using e-sim that I bought in Malaysia, then the front desk guy straight away came to my door to assist me with this issue. He even asked me to add them in WeChat, so that if anything needed help outside of the hotel, they could assist accordingly. Another lady (I forgot to ask her name) also gave super good service. She patiently taught us how to use Di Di apps. It would be great if the hotel could provide a different breakfast menu. So that we won't feel bored for eating same dishes daily.

Had a week stay in Orange. Hotel is very new with just about 2 months since opening hence cleanliness meets its standards. Specially thanks to Brother Hua at the front desk for all his service and hospitality. A humbly hard-working gentleman! Appreciate your service rendered throughout our stay. The rooms are all new. But strangely, there is no smell at all, which is good for me who has rhinitis. This building has more than 40 floors, and the waiter arranged it very high. The night view is very beautiful. There is also a balcony, and the corridor is also very clean. The overall environment is good.

During my stay at the Wyndham Shenzhen, Jossce at the front desk provided exceptional service with a friendly and professional attitude. The hotel environment is very comfortable, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommended!

Overall satisfied, but was a little bit disappointed that the kitchen was not usable. Many restaurants within 2 minutes walk including Starbucks and McDonalds. Outlet shopping center with many brand names and a pharmacy. Would stay again. PROs: - very close to Shenzhen Bei Station - relatively clean CON's - super hard & uncomfortable mattress - stove did not work and no kitchen amenities are provided

Worthy, room is clean, front desk staff also helpful, even I can’t speak Chinese, they still trying there best to explain me, shopping mall and street foods around the hotel,we are should stay one day but we extend another day.

The location is super close to Sheungzhen North station, and almost connect with a shopping mall, very easy for shopping and eating. The apartment is big enough, the maintenance and cleaning quality, I can only say so far so good if under this rate.

This stay is really satisfactory! The hotel is in an excellent location with convenient transportation. There are subway stations and popular attractions nearby. Restaurants and convenience stores are also nearby, making daily life very convenient. The room is spacious and clean, with good lighting. The bed is soft and comfortable, and you can relax and fall asleep as soon as you lie down. The bathroom is clean and bright, the water pressure is stable, the bath products are of good quality, and the overall details make people feel very attentive. The service staff is friendly, the check-in and check-out procedures are very quick, and any needs can be responded to in a timely manner, making people feel at ease staying here. Although there is no breakfast included, there are many food options nearby, so it is not a problem at all! The price/performance ratio is very high. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I come to visit. I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

Stayed for 5N and price is really value for money. There is 1 shopping mall nearby and subway station 茜坑 (line 4) about 10 mins walk away. Had a room on 24th floor with own washing machine. Room was comfortable and clean. For checking in, suggest to use 云朵尚品 as drop off point as the check in address provided is a row of shop houses opposite 云朵尚品 which is not the right place to check in. Refer to picture for drop off. Once you see this sign, there is a row of shop houses to your left starting with convenience store. Last unit is the 24-hour check-in counter.
