Shenzhen Yantian District Hotels

Our room was the Meili Suite, and it boasted stunning views and a generous amount of space! The suite was very tastefully designed. The in-room bathtub was a real highlight – it was large and came with disposable bath liners and bath salts, perfect for a completely relaxing soak. We also appreciated the XGIMI projector in the room, a huge plus for movie lovers like us. The bedroom and living area could be separated by a door, and the cleanliness was meticulous – absolutely spotless, full marks! We absolutely loved this guesthouse and have already recommended it to our friends for their next holiday!

As soon as you enter the door, you will be overwhelmed by the unparalleled sea view. The room was decorated in a high-end style. The only downside is that the floor is quite low, and with the curtains open, you can see everything downstairs.

The hotel's design is flawless, featuring smart technology that makes everything incredibly convenient. My room even came with a projector for watching movies – I absolutely loved it! The hotel also boasts a complimentary swimming pool with excellent water quality; the kids had such a blast they didn't want to get out! It's very close to Dameisha Beach, just a few minutes' walk away, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Every staff member I encountered throughout the hotel had a wonderful attitude, making for a fantastic overall experience. I would definitely return given the opportunity.

As a beachfront resort hotel, the sea view is beautiful, especially on a clear day, comparable to Sanya. However, the sand at Dameisha is very coarse and quite rough on the feet. The hotel is large with many rooms, but the room size is tiny. This is truly the smallest and oldest InterContinental I've ever stayed in. Upon entering the room, there was an immediate smell of dampness and mold. The room lighting was dim, and the furniture colors were dark, making it feel very oppressive and uncomfortable. The single beds in the twin room were 1.2 meters wide, which is very narrow. The description said it was renovated in 2020, but the old condition of the facilities suggests it's at least a decade old. Also, the toilet and curtains are not electric, which is very inconvenient. The public swimming pool at the hotel is excellent, large, and the water temperature is suitable. Staff members are always on hand to monitor safety, which is reassuring. Breakfast is plentiful, and the dining area is quite spacious. There were many people checking in, probably due to the holiday, and I had to queue for a long time. The room wasn't ready, so I asked if they would call me when it was. The front desk said no, and that I'd have to come back to the front desk to ask, giving the reason that there were too many people checking in... I've never seen anything like it! Has the hotel never hosted so many guests before? The cleaning lady was excellent, very meticulous in cleaning, and the room was spotless. She was responsive and always willing to help, I'm very grateful! If it weren't for the great cleaning lady, the hotel's service wouldn't even get a 3-star rating. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the sea; you just walk downstairs to the beach, and you can see the sea from your room, which is very nice. During the National Day holiday, the hotel price went up to over 3000 a night. For this room size, facilities, and service, I personally think it's very overpriced. I'd consider it acceptable if it were around 1000. I've stayed at many InterContinental hotels, and this one is indeed a bit subpar.

What a pleasant surprise! I didn't expect this hotel to offer such outstanding value for money. The room, at over 50 square meters, was incredibly spacious and fully equipped with all amenities. What truly exceeded my expectations was the bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and spotless! The sea view was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, it was continuously overcast and rainy during my three-day stay, so I missed out on seeing the clear blue sky and a beautiful sunrise. That's why I absolutely must return! Both the hotel's Western buffet breakfast and dinner were very satisfying. On my second evening, I also dined at the Chinese restaurant and was equally impressed. It offered great value for money, the food was delicious and hygienic, and the decor created a clean and comfortable environment. A definite must-return!

The villa has a novel decoration. You can ask the restaurant to bring you a plate of food. After dinner, you can walk for 6 minutes to the seaside boardwalk next to it. The sunset scenery brings a poetic feeling. Sitting on the lounge chair on the plank road and listening to the sound of waves hitting the beach, all the fatigue of the day disappeared. The balcony on the second floor of the villa has a good view of the eastern OCT.

Very good experience, the place is large, the sea view is refreshing, it is clean and safe, and there is a police station next to it, which makes me feel safe. The first choice for Dameisha tourism B&B👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel is just across the Yantian port, easy to locate. I like the modern sleek interiors. Nice environment. Clean and tidy! it’s also close to Yantian Metro. I got lucky that day, the receptionist gave me a complimentary upgrade to a spacious room. That was so kind of her. There are some food shops nearby. The boardwalk is so refreshing. It’s close to Dameisha beach, Xiaomeisha beach., etc! For a relaxing stay! I highly recommend this. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I used to frequent the breakfast buffet at Park Hyatt Hangzhou when I worked there a few years ago and always enjoyed it. After returning to Hong Kong, I decided to go for a relaxing three-day, two-night getaway nearby, choosing the Hyatt in Yantian because I knew it was close to Yantian Sea, offering a chance to enjoy the sea views. I initially planned to book a sea-view room, but saw reviews mentioning that the hotel often provides free upgrades to sea-view rooms. As this trip was to celebrate an anniversary with my wife, I specifically requested the hotel to decorate the room for us, and hoped they might offer a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room. I added a note about the room decoration when booking, but never received a reply. Upon arrival, when I asked if the room was decorated, they confirmed it was, but I found it odd that they hadn't responded to my message. I also expected a free upgrade to a sea-view room, but it wasn't the case, so I had to pay extra to upgrade. It was a shame the hotel didn't offer that surprise. The room itself was good and clean, but since it faced the sea, it got quite hot from the sun in the mornings, and the air conditioning, no matter how high we set it, just wasn't cool enough. Breakfast was a letdown compared to what I experienced at Park Hyatt Hangzhou. There was no freshly squeezed juice, only pre-bottled ones. Other food options were just okay, nothing particularly outstanding. Booking through Trip also included a gymnastics class, which we tried and really enjoyed. I recommend it; there are many different classes to choose from. We also had the buffet dinner, which offered sashimi and other decent options. On the second morning, I set an alarm to watch the sunrise, but it was obscured by clouds, so I couldn't see it.

One of the best stay when you come to Shenzhen. Recommended and the staffs are polite 🥰 The view to the hotel is amazing 🤩
