Shenzhen Nanshan District Hotels

Pleasant stay at Holiday Inn. Bed was super comfy, decent size room and well maintained. Chambermaid extremely hardworking in keeping the room dust and odour free! Staffs are all extremely helpful, attentive and polite. Location is a plus point, just a minute walk from station!

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, organized, clean, and neat.  It also had a great view with a small couch and a table by the window, it was nice to work while watching a great view.  The staff was nice and it did not take too long to check in or check out. They offer luggage keeping service. Personally, I like the structure of shower room and washroom, placement of the bathtub, selections of teas and drip bag (they have decaf), hair dryer, large window. The location is great too. It was very convenient to get to the hotel from the airport, and it is just right above the metro station, I would say one minute walk. Although you have to transfer one time, it takes less than 20 minutes to get to the Futian station where you can take the train to get to Hong Kong.   I would definitely like to visit here again when I travel to Shenzhen next time.

We live in NYC and my two daughters would visit this hotel once a year since they love their man made beach and the waterpark. I always booked the club room since the general service is not so good, this time they tried to offer me a room which is cheaper than the room I originally paid, I went back to the Conceriege and Toby there sorted it out immediately and brought a bell boy to move our bags to the right room. I do think it’s necessary to book the room with the club service since the general service is not so good and you do need that extra help. Via and Nico have always been helpful there and the girls had a good time. The breakfast buffet was a good selection or it’s always easy to get a taxi to dine outside. The rooms aged a bit and the hygiene level of the room needs to be improve, I could feel bed bugs during the night…and the stinky smell from the toilet….

Everything in the hotel is nice ! The staff , the environment , the breakfast arrangement and the programmes offered are awesome ! We went there for one night during holiday , it got special programme for bubble pool in the pool deck area . The kids were thrilled ! Maybe they expected crowds during breakfast area , they put some pastry at the waiting area of the restaurant so that the customers can enjoy that while waiting for table arrangement. Which is nice ! The room and the corridor are also well designed !

Hotel is new, room are big and clean, bed are comfy, big TV come with lot of local channels(no international channel), curtain are electronic...they have central pad to control everything, one touch for all (air-con, lightning, curtain, room service), toilet n shower are separate, so 2 guys can do different BIG things without affecting each others. Front desk staff are friendly and provide free room upgrade ^_^. Breakfast are normal and basic, dinning view near windows are pretty, waiter and waitress service are up to standard, egg counter can understand my request, noodle counter attitude have room for improvement. Location: Right next to the subway station, 8 mins walk can reach big shopping center, 12 mins walk can reach Sam's club (Bulk purchase supermarket), 5 mins walk can reach local wet market you can buy somethings what local buy Check out is fast n ask for nice comment feedback, I think my overall comment for this hotel are good and definitely one of my choice for Shenzhen when I back.

My family and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. This is our second time coming because we had a nice experience previously and again we are pleased. We are foreigners with a 1year old baby and I’d definitely recommend you to try it. The stuff are friendly, patient, kind, and most importantly very understanding. Will definitely use it whenever we come back here in Nanshan Shenzhen.

Boutique hotel hidden in a residential neighborhood. Surrounded by beautiful plants. I feel relaxed and chill as soon as I enter the hotel. Breakfast is made to order, excellent. We are staying in room 105, a triple room with terrace where we can have a glass of wine and chill in the evening. Food in the restaurant is also good but it closes at 10:00 pm.

I’ve stayed here for 30–60 days at a time, and it always feels like a second home. The staff are truly exceptional — super helpful and friendly, and they speak English very well, which makes a big difference. The hotel itself isn’t brand new, but it’s very cozy and well-maintained. Breakfast includes both local and Western options, which is a great touch. Location is another big plus: just a short walk to the metro and the ferry terminal, and surrounded by a wide range of restaurants and bars — some of the best-known in all of Shenzhen. Plus, the sea is just around the corner. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

Upon arrival, you need to ask the administrator to help you press the elevator to the 15th floor (No. 1506) to check in. The room is not very clean, and there are debris left in the refrigerator, toilet, and bedroom. You need to clean it yourself, but the location is very good, there are restaurants and shops around, it's very lively, and the receptionist is also very friendly. The room has a dining table and a living room, which is very convenient for traveling with family and friends, as they can sit together to eat and drink. The only pity is that outsiders don’t have VIP access to the audio-visual platform, so they can see very little on the projector, which is almost a waste of this big screen.

I have been in Shenzhen for many years, and I am very busy with work on weekdays, so I haven't had much fun in Shenzhen. This time, my friend brought the kids to Shenzhen for a visit, and (after making a guide) they chose to visit Window of the World. First of all, the hotel is in a very good location, right at the entrance of Window of the World subway station, so it is very convenient for all travel, and it is also very close to Happy Valley nearby. There is Yitian Holiday Plaza nearby, so it is also very convenient for eating and shopping. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk lady received us very warmly (the lady is very beautiful hehe), helped introduce the nearby travel plans, and sent us to the room. The entrance is the living room, which is quite large and equipped with a TV and sofa. It is very convenient to chat with friends, watch TV and drink tea after playing, especially after playing. It is a great experience. In short, come to Window of the World to play, just close your eyes and rush‼
