I have to give a special shout-out to front desk agent #86! After checking out, I realized I'd left my go-to comb in the room. When I contacted the hotel, agent #86 not only helped me find it right away and kept it safe, but also patiently explained how to retrieve it and the details for shipping it back. Their attitude throughout was warm and professional, truly making guests' small concerns their priority. This kind of service is so heartwarming! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, and a big thumbs up to front desk agent #86 for their conscientiousness!

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The service was excellent overall, and the hotel enjoys a great location. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and its proximity to the subway station makes getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast spread was plentiful and delicious. However, the washing machines and dryers available for guests were quite old and dated.

Hotel is close to Poly Cultural Centre about 15 minutes walk in a quiet neighbourhood. Front desk 橙橙 was helpful providing information about the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay, with facilities such as gym, laundry and lounge area on the ground floor.

My top choice for business trips to Shenzhen. Its prime location makes food delivery and taxis incredibly convenient. Parking is free, which is great, but it's a shame they no longer offer complimentary car washing. Being able to choose your pillow type is a thoughtful touch and a definite improvement. As always, the cleanliness is impeccable.

I was quite satisfied with the room. It's right at the subway station entrance, making getting around super convenient. The cleaning lady was very meticulous and thoughtful; she even gave me a few bottles of water. The hygiene was also pretty good. A big shout-out to the cleaning lady! I recommend everyone stay here. The hotel actually has two names: one is Shenzhen Cadre Academy of Reform and Opening Up, and the other is Shenzhen Metro Qianhai Junpu Academy.

Back from Guangzhou, I decided to stay at Von Hotel again. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the hotel facilities were very convenient, truly making it feel like a home away from home this time. It's super easy to get food delivery and do online grocery shopping in the area. Even if you're short on time, you can order souvenirs online and have them delivered directly to the hotel. The convenience is just unbeatable!

Holiday Inn Nanahan continue to maintain a high standard in terms of service quality as this is the second time of my visit within 6 months. The room remains as clean and tidy. The staff are all very helpful. Needless to say the location is superb in terms of transportation plus natural landscape. We did visit Zhongshan Park this time and were amazed by its tranquility. Hotel is all great and I am sure more people are keen to come cover if there are shopping center and halls nearby.

The front desk staff were professional and highly efficient. The guest rooms featured smart control systems and ergonomic workspaces, and the bedding offered cloud-like comfort. The afternoon tea at the Executive Lounge was surprisingly impressive, and the gym was fully equipped, boasting breathtaking city night views.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Upon entering the room, it was clean and bright. The smart home features blended seamlessly with traditional manual controls, the air conditioning was quiet, and every detail in the room was thoughtfully arranged. A robot delivered fresh fruit to my room just ten minutes after I arrived, and any requested amenities were also promptly brought by a robot. When I ventured out to explore, the staff were consistently patient and helpful with directions and suggestions. Upon departure, I was offered a breakfast bag, a fridge magnet, and a sachet, completing a truly thoughtful and comprehensive service experience.

The hotel was easy to locate and has an excellent location. The hotel staff were wonderful, incredibly responsive, and always ready to assist with any request. Our stay was very comfortable. The rooms were well soundproofed, spotlessly clean, and spacious. The smart assistant (Xiao Du) was a great feature; it allowed us to order takeout and have it delivered directly to our room without needing to go downstairs, which was incredibly convenient. The housekeeping staff were also very kind and helpful.
