The hotel facilities were excellent. The apartment-style room felt very cozy and genuinely like a home away from home. The capsule coffee machine and refrigerator were a great convenience. Highly recommend! There's a small night market nearby in the evenings, and a shopping mall right next door, making its location extremely convenient. I stayed for a week on a business trip and have nothing but wonderful memories of my stay.

Both the ambiance and service at this hotel are excellent. They even have a fitness center on the top floor. Whenever I visit Shenzhen, I always make it a point to stay here, even if my business takes me a bit out of the way. The service is truly exceptional; I accidentally left my glasses in my room, and they went above and beyond by mailing them back to me free of charge. Their service is simply outstanding!

The room was bright and clean, offering superb value for money. The location is also quite good; you can get anywhere easily by public transport. There's an abundance of food options right downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. I highly recommend a nearby dessert shop called Tang Xu – their desserts are absolutely delicious! 👍

The hotel rooms were on the smaller side, and the price was quite steep (over 1200 RMB per night, not including breakfast). My stay was largely disappointing due to two main issues: 1. Upon arrival, the security guard informed us there were no available parking spots and offered no guidance on where to park. Navigating an unfamiliar area to find parking proved highly inconvenient. 2. The room itself was narrow, with one bed positioned uncomfortably close to the bathroom entrance. This greatly reduced the overall value for money. Furthermore, two other incidents left a particularly sour taste: 1. The security deposit was not refunded instantly upon check-out. I had to proactively call the next day to inquire, after which the refund was finally processed. 2. The prices for paid items in the mini-bar were not clearly marked. A portion of my deposit was directly deducted at check-out. It was only after a phone call to clarify that I discovered it was for a single coffee capsule and a Snickers bar. I'd like to specially commend Trip.com's customer service. They were prompt in their response, handled the issues effectively, and provided satisfactory solutions to the problems I faced during my stay.

Nice location with nearby train station and night market. Room all clean and come with AI service, for sure will book the same hotel for my next ShenZhen visit 🙂👍🏻

I really loved the decor style of this hotel; it's modern and minimalist. The room was well-maintained, spacious, and very clean. The staff were warm and courteous, and the location is super convenient. I also enjoyed the hotel's buffet dinner in the evening; there was a wide variety of dishes, and they even had a singer performing, which created a great atmosphere. I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it to my friends.

This hotel was the right choice for my business trip. The desk in the room was spacious enough, and the lighting wasn't harsh, which made it very convenient for working overtime on documents. The WiFi signal was stable, and video conferences ran smoothly without any interruptions. The most thoughtful service was the breakfast grab-and-go option, which was perfect for early morning flights, saving a lot of time. Housekeeping was also responsive; when I needed an extra charging cable, it was delivered quickly. Both the cleanliness and service were excellent and well-standardized, making it a great place for business travel.

The room was spacious and tidy, and my child loved the mini cakes at breakfast. The staff provided excellent service. We stayed for two nights, and when we went out with the kids, I forgot to request housekeeping. To my surprise, when we returned, the room had already been tidied up, our clothes were neatly folded, and there was a thoughtful note left for us. In the evening, my child wanted to sleep on the sofa, and when I called the front desk for an extra blanket, it was delivered very quickly. Highly recommended!

Specifically, I would like to commend Oscar from the front desk for his outstanding professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine commitment to ensuring a memorable guest experience. Upon check-in, Oscar greeted me with warmth and efficiency, setting a positive tone for my stay. During check-out, he took the time to kindly ask about my experience and listened attentively to my feedback. When I mentioned a minor issue, he promptly addressed it with great care and resolution. Additionally, his thoughtful gesture of presenting a teddy bear as a gift truly touched me and significantly enhanced my overall impression of the hotel. While my stay was mostly pleasant, there were two minor incidents that could have impacted my experience. First, there was a misunderstanding with the concierge team regarding courier delivery services. Fortunately, the butler quickly stepped in, understood my needs, and made an exception to assist me. She also patiently explained the reasons behind the policy, doing so in such a polite and comforting manner that I truly appreciated. Secondly, there were no universal sockets compatible with UK plugs, my laptop ran out of battery but I had to reply an email via that laptop. I contacted the butler for a converter, after over 10 minutes, one was provided but no way to plug to the wall socket. I called the butler again, then it took nearly an hour for the housekeeping team to find a suitable power strip. I acknowledge that, as a guest, I should have been better prepared, and I understand that such situations can sometimes be beyond the hotel’s immediate control. Or maybe my expectation to the butler team is far over. Despite these small setbacks, Oscar’s efforts during check-out completely eased my frustrations and left a lasting positive impression. His dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable, and I believe he is a valuable asset to your team. I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate channels and that Oscar receives the recognition he deserves. This Hotel is awesome! Just 20mins ride from Airport. The service is top notch, hotel staffs are professional and friendly. They gave me a free upgrade for my 2 nights stay and take the initiative to offer me late check out as my flight is at 10:30pm. The bed is really comfortable, bathtub is huge! Their room service staff is awesome and very efficient Order ******* and the robot will deliver your stuff! 🤩 Super convenient! I will definitely come back and stay again. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful experienced!
