I have to give this hotel a huge thumbs up! Our entire stay was perfect, and the service was incredibly touching.
First off, during the peak National Day holiday, the hotel proactively upgraded our booked standard king room to a deluxe king room with a balcony and a Window of the World view. This surprise was amazing! We had a fantastic view of the National Day drone show starting at 9 PM directly from our room.
Secondly, the hotel's hygiene was impeccable; the room was spotless. The swimming pool service was also incredibly thoughtful. We forgot to bring a children's swim ring, and the staff immediately provided one for free.
What touched us most was when our child accidentally broke a water glass in the bathroom. After we informed the front desk, they unhesitatingly waived any responsibility and didn't ask us for compensation.
From its hardware facilities and scenic location to its software services, this hotel excels in every aspect. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Shenzhen!
