Pullman properties in Shenzhen

The room was very spacious, and I even got upgraded to a suite. I originally planned to stay for one night but ended up staying for four. The mountain view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was stunning, and the soundproofing at night was decent. The cleaning staff were very meticulous and thorough. I'd like to specifically commend Isla and Lynn from customer service; they were enthusiastic, professional, young, and energetic, providing timely and efficient communication. The milk tea at the hotel breakfast was delicious, and the gym was incredibly spacious – big thumbs up! The value for money is excellent. There's also a convenient, dedicated entrance and exit for accessing the high-speed rail station. Overall, I hope they maintain their excellent professionalism. See you next time!
