The hotel has a great environment! It's right next to Shenzhen North Station, which is super convenient for taking the high-speed train. Even though it's close to the station, it's surprisingly quiet! The lobby is cozy and tastefully decorated. I especially want to mention that it was pouring rain when I went to the high-speed train station, and a lovely lady from the hotel's concierge on the first floor escorted us all the way, making sure we didn't get wet. It was a really thoughtful gesture, and I want to thank her for that! I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance!
