Pullman properties in Shenzhen

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right outside the East Square exit of the High-Speed Rail North Station. The 46th-floor lobby was beautifully decorated for the New Year, creating a dazzling and festive atmosphere. The beds are huge; with two pushed together, there's plenty of space for kids to roll around. The bedding is also very comfortable, and I was especially pleased that they provided ample bottled water daily. The high-altitude hotel breakfast was abundant, offering both Western and Chinese options. The Southern rice rolls and Northern tofu pudding were both to my liking, and they even had Hong Kong-style milk tea. The noodle bar chef also had a great attitude. The hotel also provides bath bags for the bathtub, which was wonderful for a relaxing soak after returning from Happy Valley. The subway offers direct access to all attractions, and Hema (a grocery delivery service) can deliver here without issue. The delivery robot for takeout couldn't be more convenient. I was particularly impressed and super satisfied with the thoughtful service from Mia and Jinho. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.
