Hygiene: Very good
Service: Isla and Gavin provided excellent and thoughtful service. This time, returning to China, I stayed in many hotels, and they helped me deliver all my packages to my room. Both their service and attitude were outstanding, and there was nothing that disappointed me.
Summary: The service attitude is the best and outweighs all other aspects of the hotel. I will definitely consider this hotel again next time I visit Shenzhen.
