Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Facilities: There's a bathtub and bath salts. The minibar was empty except for complimentary bottled water. The lighting around the bathroom mirror isn't ideal for makeup. The shower has a rain showerhead, and the water pressure was good and comfortable.
Environment: Two floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views, directly overlooking the North Station. Despite being right next to the high-speed rail station, there's no noise.
Service: The service attitude was good, and breakfast was plentiful.
