Shangri-La Hotels in Shenzhen

The room facilities are a bit dated, but overall it's clean and hygienic. The swimming pool and gym are excellent. It's very suitable for business trips or family vacations. The hotel is very close to Luohu Port, just a five-minute walk away.

We were able to check in early as there was a room available when we arrived in the morning. The room was spacious and well-laid out, with a nice view. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great view of the Futian CBD, though it was a shame that from this corner room, we couldn't see the entire Lianhua Mountain. The facilities were all complete, and even food deliveries could be sent to the room by robot. The swimming pool facilities were excellent, providing lockers, bathrobes, towels, and a lounge area. You could also use the hot and cold plunge pools and the sauna. Despite being right next to Futian Station, which is in the very heart of the city, the area wasn't overly crowded. It offers a quiet escape in a bustling location, making it the best value-for-money option.

It's a brand new, very nice hotel. We stayed for my husband's birthday celebration and it was very memorable. Staff were all very nice and kind, made our stay so special and memorable. Room is very nicely designed and kept tidy. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in SZ hotels. There's a shopping mall right next to the hotel, and it's close from Shenzhen Bay border. Very convenient. Thank you Shangri-la for giving me and my family a very good memory, and also celebrating my husband's birthday in a seamless way - everything was so perfect!
