I’d recommend staying in this hotel. The location is super convenient. Surroundings are some of the popular destinations. There are few malls around to go shopping, restaurants and coffee shops. The breakfast is great, huge variety of options. Room service was also amazing, delicious and it was also delivered within 30 minutes. The room is clean and spacious. And my room had a great view as well.

• Location and Transportation: The hotel is located at 1218 Middle Yan'an Road, right in the heart of the Jing'an Temple business district. It's just a 5-minute walk to Jing'an Temple subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to areas like the Bund and Lujiazui. Jing'an Kerry Centre and Plaza 66 are right downstairs, offering easy access to shopping and dining.

• Room Amenities: The rooms are exquisitely decorated. Some room types, like the Deluxe Executive Room, are laid out like small suites with clear functional divisions. Rooms feature large floor-to-ceiling windows, offering views of Jing'an's bustling streetscape or the Lujiazui skyline. The bedding is very comfortable, and the minibar offers a rich selection, though items are subject to a fee.

• Dining Experience: The afternoon tea at the Executive Lounge comes highly recommended, with scones served with savory cream as a specialty. Breakfast offers a wide variety, from Chinese soup dumplings to Western Eggs Benedict, and even includes ice cream. The hotel's 1515 West Chophouse & Bar and Summer Palace restaurant are also worth trying, with delicious food at relatively affordable prices.

• Service Quality: The staff provides warm and thoughtful service. The Guest Relations team prepares city guides for first-time visitors to Shanghai, and the Concierge can assist with reservations at hard-to-book restaurants. The hotel also offers fresh fruit daily and homemade almond cookies, and the turndown service is excellent.

• Fitness Facilities: The hotel's gym is well-equipped and quiet, and there's also a spacious indoor pool with comfortable water temperature. Additionally, yoga classes are available, catering to guests' fitness and leisure needs.

Choosing the Pudong Shangri-La Qiantan as my weekend getaway destination this time was arguably one of the best decisions I've made in recent years. A huge thank you to the Guest Relations team, whose presence made the entire experience nothing short of perfect, from the moment I stepped into the hotel until my reluctant departure, far exceeding the benchmark for a five-star hotel.

From the moment I arrived, a doorman promptly opened the door and offered to help with my luggage, which was a very thoughtful touch. While checking in at the front desk, I also noticed young women in green dresses assisting guests in the lobby, which added a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

It happened to be my birthday during this stay, and I'm incredibly grateful to Reily from Guest Relations for decorating my room beautifully. It looked amazing! 🤩 A special thanks also goes to Fiona, the Guest Relations Supervisor, who contacted me throughout my stay to arrange everything and made me feel right at home. She even thoughtfully arranged a surprise birthday cupcake for me, which Carrie delivered. Carrie was absolutely delightful and sweet-spoken! 💕

Given the hot weather, it was a pleasure to have chosen a hotel with such a warm and cohesive team. My sincere thanks once again to this wonderful team: Fiona, Carrie, Reily, and others.

Being a soft opening, I was initially concerned there might be some kinks, but it far exceeded my expectations upon arrival. The room was great, and the service was warm and attentive! The location is incredibly convenient for getting around, and you can walk directly to the terminal building from inside the hotel.

As a five-star hotel, it absolutely delivered on luxury, and the experience was superb.

The location deserves special mention; it's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. Inside the hotel, the shopping and dining options are so numerous they'll give you decision fatigue, but your retail and culinary needs will be effortlessly met.

The room itself was a delightful surprise. It was exceptionally spacious, bright, and well-lit. The floor-to-ceiling window, in particular, offered an amazing view – lying there and taking in the scenery was incredibly comfortable. The amenities were also comprehensive; the pillows and mattress were perfectly comfortable, ensuring a sound, full night's sleep that was incredibly rejuvenating.

Breakfast is also worth highlighting. The variety of Chinese and Western dishes was extensive, offering so many choices that I started each day feeling very satisfied.

The staff were consistently warm and courteous, always thinking of the guests' needs, and providing incredibly thoughtful service. They definitely deserve a huge commendation!

My stay these past few days was so enjoyable; I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

From the moment I stepped into Hotel Beixiang, I was greeted with warm smiles and professional salutations from the reception staff. The check-in process was efficient and seamless, and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel's facilities and local attractions. Shangri-La China World Summit Wing, Beijing – a high-rise stay with incredible value for money!

I can't believe I'm only just discovering the China World Summit Wing, Beijing now! For various reasons, I needed accommodation in Beijing these past two days. After thoroughly considering the location, surrounding commercial hub, transport convenience, star rating, and reviews, I chose the China World Summit Wing, Beijing!

Our wonderful journey began right from the hotel's ground floor lobby.

First, a polite young bellboy enthusiastically helped open the car door. Then, the ground floor lobby staff courteously and warmly escorted us to the elevator bound for the 64th floor. The front desk on the 64th floor handled our check-in with equal politeness and warmth – everything was simply perfect!

We stayed in an Executive Twin Room on the 71st floor. The room rate was over 1,700 RMB, which, for Beijing's CBD, is actually quite reasonable! Plus, there are many hidden perks!

I won't even mention the clean and elegant guest room, the large platter of welcome fruit, or the complimentary daily T9 tea bags and coffee sachets. First and foremost, guests enjoy complimentary access to the Executive Lounge on the 64th floor every day. This includes a wide selection of capsule coffees, various sweet and savory pastries, a range of juices, free use of Apple computers, and complimentary meeting room bookings, among other things. Secondly, there's the daily ”Happy Hour” at the Cloud Bar on the 80th floor, offering unbeatable panoramic views, a variety of alcoholic beverages and juices, and a buffet worth approximately 300 RMB per person. Most importantly, the view from the guest room is absolutely phenomenal! The CCTV Headquarters, China Zun, and the Guomao business district are right before your eyes. You can see Chang'an Avenue, the Forbidden City, Workers' Stadium... and even the Yanshan and Taihang mountain ranges in the distance. That feeling of vast skies and endless clouds is simply breathtaking! Personally, I think the room view alone makes it worth the price.

The dining experience is also superb. Breakfast is served on the 79th floor, also boasting fantastic views. Beyond the standard 5-star hotel offerings, the breakfast selection also includes authentic Old Beijing flavors!

In summary, if you're traveling to Beijing, I highly recommend the China World Summit Wing, Beijing! The hotel is located in the tallest tower within the Guomao business district. It offers direct access via Metro Lines 1 and 10, along with multiple bus routes. Situated at Dabeiyao on East Chang'an Avenue, it's very close to Tiananmen, the Temple of Heaven, Qianmen, Olympic Forest Park, and Chaoyang Park.

The hotel lobby is very beautiful, with a high coverage of green plants and flowers, which the children like very much. When I checked in, a young man was very nice and enthusiastic, and he specially arranged a view room for me. After visiting the park in the afternoon, a woman came back. I couldn't find the information of the occupants for a long time. She frowned the whole time, as if she owed him money. It was really not the service that a five-star hotel should have. In addition, the room was small. Overall, the park environment was good, the lobby was good, and the quality of some service staff needs to be improved!

The room facilities are a bit dated, but overall it's clean and hygienic. The swimming pool and gym are excellent. It's very suitable for business trips or family vacations. The hotel is very close to Luohu Port, just a five-minute walk away.

We were able to check in early as there was a room available when we arrived in the morning. The room was spacious and well-laid out, with a nice view. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great view of the Futian CBD, though it was a shame that from this corner room, we couldn't see the entire Lianhua Mountain. The facilities were all complete, and even food deliveries could be sent to the room by robot. The swimming pool facilities were excellent, providing lockers, bathrobes, towels, and a lounge area. You could also use the hot and cold plunge pools and the sauna. Despite being right next to Futian Station, which is in the very heart of the city, the area wasn't overly crowded. It offers a quiet escape in a bustling location, making it the best value-for-money option.

It's a brand new, very nice hotel. We stayed for my husband's birthday celebration and it was very memorable. Staff were all very nice and kind, made our stay so special and memorable. Room is very nicely designed and kept tidy. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in SZ hotels. There's a shopping mall right next to the hotel, and it's close from Shenzhen Bay border. Very convenient. Thank you Shangri-la for giving me and my family a very good memory, and also celebrating my husband's birthday in a seamless way - everything was so perfect!
