Spa Hotels in Shenzhen

We are very happy with our stay. The room was high floor, spacious and new and has marvelous view. We can see the light show on the buildings at night. Special thanks to Paul Wong for arranging such a lovely room for us.

My last day stay in Ritz of my 4th visit to this hotel. Oh just realised that the Reception Team Duty Manager is Jimmy Chen (My last review posted yesterday wrongly quoted as Albin Lee). Jimmy had always been extraordinarily helpful and polite. He is smart and quick in response, offered the best solutions when I had not even raised the questions. Excellent reception counter service, worth commendations. It is so thoughtful of the team and hotel to give us a small Christmas pouch for celebrating Christmas time, very sweet💝. I will sure make my 5th visit in 2025!

We selected the club floor to stay. However, the club service and product were nothing compared with Lamgham hotel Shenzhen (compared the same date of the price, Four Seasons charged almost double than Langham). The best part of this hotel is only location, nothing else. Of course, service staff are professional and friendly but, the products are not that great at all.

Fantastic stays, Duty Manager Ms Fendy is extremely friendly & helpful, and acknowledges my friend birthday with a cake, will definitely stay here again when visit shenzhen

One of the best JW Marriot Hotel I have ever stayed. Overall front desk staff are extremely helpful and caring especially Billy who has served us well. Nice breakfast and good location which is walking distance to MRT station Definetly will come back and stay.

The customer representative Kellen is very nice and kind, excellent service and explain our package in details. The family room is very spacious and clean, the outdoor swimming pool is too small only. Location is great and convenient with lots of local restaurants around. All the staff are so helpful as well. What a nice experience and we would highly recommend this hotel to our friends :)

We stayed one night in the suite and we spent a good time there, the atmosphere was incredible with woody decoration. One thing that made me upset it’s they forgot to refund my deposit , i called them and they said “sorry we forgot it !” how could it have happened? Should be automatically refund it.

Despite some minor noise issues, the combination of comfort and service makes it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

My wife and I travel a lot and we tend to stay at high end 5 star hotels. We have recently stayed in mandarin oriental (MO) in Sanya and we were very impressed with the service and the resort itself so we decided to stay at MO when visiting shenzhen. MO shenzhen is a recently-opened hotel with a very impressive architecture. The room was super clean, spacious and modern with impressive skyline view of shenzhen. The location itself is fantastic with an excellent shopping mall downstair with plenty of choices for food and shopping. Most importantly, there is a direct access to two gorgeous big parks on either side of the hotel. These are the kind of parks you have to pay to enter in Europe. Public parks in China are normally very clean, beautiful, well-manicured and most importantly very safe to stroll around. Apart from the property itself, what stands out about MO shenzhen is the service. All the staff are super nice and professional. The person (? Neal, I am really bad with name!) who checked us in, took time to show us around the room and even gave us a free upgrade to a room with king bed. There is a culture of going the extra mile to please guests. The guy at the mo bar( fantastic vibe and night view) , offered us a table near the window which is normally reserved with certain amount of minimum spending. Friendly Robin always come and say hi /talk to us at breakfast /restaurant. There are many other staff who were very nice and helpful (sorry I am not good with names!). There was a lot of attention to details /personalised touch (we love the little gifts! ) . I am one of those people who do not expect everyone to speak English especially in a great civilization like China, but if that is important to you, surprisingly most of the staff at MO shenzhen speak English, so it is very foreigner-friendly. I can go on and on about good things related to our stay at MO shenzhen as we have now officially become fans! Will certainly stay with MO again.

I like the view, the gym, steam, sauna, indoor pool of the hotel. All staff from bellman, reception, housekeeping staff and butler service are excellent. However, i really hate the room set up that both toilet door and the door for the toilet bowl area are ‘transparent’, so your partner can see whatever you do inside toilet and even while you are using the toilet bowl! This really odd! I haven’t come cross a toilet like this in hotels around the world! And I feel really embarrassed when using the toilet bowl!
