I didn’t expect that even the bed owner used pure solid wood. I really feel that it is the most comfortable hotel in the grassland. I ordered it with my friends at night. Takeaway wants to have a drink. The boss also provides a place for free. You must support it. Give a good review for everyone to choose."

"An unexpectedly great stay! I never thought I'd have such a good experience in a small place like Genhe. The room was very clean, and the amenities were incredibly thoughtful – they even provided disposable bathtub liners and toilet seat covers, which was a huge plus! The room also had a sauna, which was amazing! The front desk staff were very welcoming! Especially Xiao Shao! She helped us with our luggage, called taxis for us, and even checked in on our outdoor itinerary. When we returned to the hotel after dinner, she was already waiting for us at the entrance. Such warm and friendly staff! I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"I really didn't expect a small hotel to have such a complete facilities and equipment, and there are robots 🤖, especially the beautiful young lady at the front desk 🥰 The charm still exists, the hygiene is particularly clean, and the sheets and quilts are also very clean. "超級棒的體驗，必須安利～先説根河真是一個避暑勝地，天氣好涼快，雖然趕上了下雨天，但是雨後空氣中的味道真是清新，在根河住了獨棟的小木屋，第一次住木屋，房間裏都是淡淡的木質香味，很喜歡，院內的環境也是非常的舒適，外婆還説園區裏有野菜，綠油油的就是很舒服，房間也是乾淨整潔，洗手間做了乾濕分離，工作人員也是親切專業，有求必應，服務周到，態度熱情，酒店的位置格外的安靜，遠離喧囂的地段，完全不受外界的干擾，酒店也配有餐廳，吃住都是比較方便的，吃過晚飯還可以和外婆在院內轉一轉，心情就非常好，也非常的涼快，還可以自己手工做這邊的特色樺樹皮燙畫，總體來説是非常不錯的一次體驗，一直生活在這裏應該也是很幸福！"

"Excellent choice for friendly, warm, helpful, clean and modern hotel. The owner and family is extremely friendly and helpful. You won’t feel you are just a lodger. We are sincerely thankful for the owner that showed us around the town and reindeer park and he even took the trouble of sending us to the train station when we checked out in the morning. 根河之旅让我们对友安宾馆刮目相看。它除了非常清洁和有智能设备之外，还有别家没有的人情味和家的感觉。对千里迢迢来到这里的我们这是最好的选择了，极力推荐给大家。We will definitely come back to stay here if we go back to Genhe again."

"Very good hotel, stayed for 4 nights in a row. The hotel is in the middle of the mountain and the view is very good. The room was large and clean, and the wet and dry were separated. The Sun sister who cleaned the room was very good, the room was cleaned very clean, and the service was warm and polite. Sister Lu and Sister Liu for breakfast are very good. The forest park 50 meters next to the hotel is so beautiful, there is a pavilion and observation deck on the top of the mountain. You can see the entire Genhe and the golden forest. It's great to watch the sunset. The hotel is also very convenient to order takeaway. If you come to Genhe next time, you must still live here."

"The hotel was very clean and tidy, making me feel very comfortable, and the service was excellent. The receptionist was very welcoming and patiently answered all my questions. The room was comfortable, more spacious than I expected, and stylishly modernly decorated. Most importantly, it was spotless! The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness; I didn't want to get up once I lay down. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, with ample water pressure and quick hot water. Everything was smart. Overall, this stay was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again."

"I changed to this hotel temporarily when I arrived at Genhe, which is super close to the passenger terminal and the river. The front desk lady is enthusiastic and professional, and knows almost everything to eat and play. The theme hotel is very careful, the shower gel has a strong taste of fallen leaves, it is a deduction, and the slippers are also the thick bottom used by ordinary five-star hotels. I feel that this hotel may be low for Samsung."

"Very comfortable! I specifically chose a new hotel to book; I looked at many hotels, and this one is the newest, opening in 2025, so I booked it quickly. The environment and hygiene were indeed very new and clean. It also has its own heated garage, making parking very convenient. Other hotels seem to require renting outside, mostly charging 50 yuan per night for parking, but this hotel allows parking in its own garage, which is very convenient. I slept very well both nights."
