"This time I stayed at a five-star hotel that's been open for about 12 years. Overall, it was decent and met expectations, but the price was really good, offering excellent value for money. The location is also convenient; it's not far from the ancient city, Abakh Hoja Mausoleum, and other attractions. Finding food, getting taxis, and shopping nearby are all easy, making travel hassle-free. All the necessary facilities are available: a spacious lobby, appropriately sized rooms, comfortable bedding, and complete amenities like hot water, air conditioning, a restaurant, gym, laundry, and parking. It was a very worry-free stay. The cleanliness was spot-on; the room was cleaned promptly every day, the sheets and towels were clean, the bathroom had no odor, and even the corners were tidied up, making me feel very reassured. The biggest plus was the service: Rita at the front desk handled check-in quickly, my luggage was assisted, and she was very patient when I asked about attractions and routes. Housekeeping was also responsive, and the restaurant staff were enthusiastic. It wasn't one of those cold, impersonal five-star hotels, but rather a place where I felt truly secure and comfortable. Although the hotel is 12 years old, the maintenance and service are truly impeccable; everything was perfect."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Kashgar Old City, which is easily accessible on foot. The breakfast selection is vast, and the dishes are distinctive and delicious. The hotel staff provides warm and thoughtful service. The front desk lady was very efficient during check-in, and the front desk gentleman even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. All the staff we encountered, from check-in to check-out and during our stay, were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our requests were promptly addressed. The room was clean and spacious, with complete amenities. We arrived at night and could still enjoy the beautiful night view of the old city. The hygiene was also commendable."

"This hotel is excellent! It made us feel right at home in Kashgar. The facilities are top-notch, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and unique. There's plenty of parking in front of the hotel, and free coffee in the lobby. The hotel's design is very luxurious, and the front desk staff are even more beautiful than Dilraba Dilmurat, like fairies! Especially noteworthy was their service when our flight was delayed after check-out at 12 PM; we asked the front desk for a room card to rest a bit longer, and they were so accommodating. Their service attitude is truly outstanding."

The decor is really unique and clearly reflects Kashgar's style. The owner even upgraded our room! Plus, the B&B has an ice maker and microwave available for guests. You can easily get to the spot to photograph the Kunlun Tower landmark just by walking up from the B&B."

During the stay, the manager Hai was warm and thoughtful, the communication was patient and meticulous, and the experience was very good. The hotel has a rich breakfast category and good taste, and there are many choices. The room is clean and tidy, the overall environment is comfortable and the facilities are complete. "My recent stay at the Silk Road Rendezvous B&B in Kashgar Old City completely overturned three of my preconceived notions about B&Bs in just a few days. Change 1: Re-evaluating B&Bs – More than just a place to sleep, it's about living your dream life. The moment I stepped into their private courtyard, the world instantly quieted down. Outside, there was the vibrant hustle and bustle of the thousand-year-old city, but inside the courtyard, it was a tranquil oasis where time seemed to stand still. Drinking tea and simply relaxing under the big tree, bathed in dappled light, I truly experienced a 'haven in the heart of the city.' This was exactly the Kashgar I'd dreamt of – the B&B itself was a destination. Change 2: Re-evaluating service managers – From 'call if you need anything' to 'being quietly accompanied and pampered.' Xiao Mu and Xiao Yue were warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. They even kindly accompanied us on tours of the old city, explaining its history, helping us book show tickets, assisting us in attending a Uyghur wedding, and teaching us Uyghur dances. Their constant care made us feel incredibly warm, surprised, and touched! Change 3: Re-evaluating accommodations within a scenic area – Who says vibrancy and tranquility can't coexist? I used to worry that B&Bs in scenic areas would be 'noisy, chaotic, and expensive.' But here, opening the door brings you into the vibrant daily life of the ancient city, while closing it envelops you in the serenity of my private courtyard. It turns out that even in the heart of a scenic area, you can find the blissful feeling of a secluded retreat. Finally, I want to extend a special thanks to the two managers, Xiao Mu and Xiao Yue. You transformed 'service' into genuine 'companionship.' One created comfort in the rooms, and the other planted warmth in our hearts. While the beautiful sights and delicious food of Kashgar might eventually fade from memory, your smiles will stay with me forever."

"This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! First off, the cleanliness is impeccable. The room floors, bathroom countertops, and washing areas were all spotless. The towels and bathrobes were clean and odor-free, showing how much care the housekeeping staff puts in daily. The front desk staff are highly professional, polite, and gentle. They answered all my questions thoroughly, and check-in/check-out procedures were efficient with no queues. During my stay, I requested a change of bathrobes, and they responded very quickly with excellent service. The room had great natural light, and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—which led to excellent sleep quality. The surrounding area has plenty of shops and convenient transportation, making it easy for both business and daily commutes. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to the area."
