"The main purpose of my trip to Xingyi was to relax and enjoy the scenery of Wanfenglin. Since I wasn't familiar with Wanfenglin, I chose the Atour Hotel in the city and booked a room with a balcony, which was very pleasant. The underground parking lot is quite large with two levels, but the ramps are a bit narrow, so you need to drive carefully. The room and pillows were very comfortable, and I trust the quality and service of the Atour brand."

"Staying at Orange Crystal Hotel Xingyi South Station exceeded my expectations! ✨ The hotel is quite new, and the overall quality feels like a small five-star. The interior design is really good. They offer a thoughtful and attentive shuttle service, picking guests up and dropping them off at the station in a Buick. The room was very comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. It was the best soundproofed hotel I stayed at during my trip to Guizhou. My room faced the South Station, and the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs. It was incredibly quiet at night; I could barely hear any road noise. The overall service was excellent. The only minor drawback was that lunch and dinner at the restaurant require advance reservations, making spontaneous dining a bit inconvenient. If ordering for children, be sure to emphasize no spice. While the location isn't particularly central, Xingyi itself isn't that large. Other than that, everything was very satisfying. It's a worry-free place to stay when visiting Xingyi, highly recommended!"

"Hotels in Xingyi are ridiculously expensive right now. The hotel I stayed at, with all amenities, should cost between 200 and 300 yuan, but I booked it two weeks in advance, which should have cost over 500 yuan – practically double the price! However, I saw on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) that others who booked earlier were paying around 1000 yuan, which is outrageous. This hotel was also the first one I stayed at where the room didn't have a phone. Another unusual issue is that this hotel doesn't allow cancellations after the booking date; cancellations incur a 30% penalty. I've never encountered this at other hotels. Why am I mentioning this? Guizhou Yimatong (a travel platform) offers 20% discounts on Guizhou hotels, which I only found out about a week before my trip. But after calculating, I realized that canceling and rebooking would result in more money being lost than the initial discount."

"The hotel provided disposable face towels and toilet seat covers, which was fantastic – very clean! The room was also larger than I expected, and the location is excellent, close to Mengle City; a taxi ride there only costs a few yuan. The owner was very welcoming; I booked a pick-up service from the high-speed rail station with him in advance, which was very convenient and safe! There's a white-cut chicken restaurant and a convenience store right outside, and a few minutes' walk down there are mutton rice noodle shops, beef rice noodle shops, street hot pot stalls, and a supermarket – really convenient. Plus, it's very close to the Malinghe Canyon. You can also take a 5-yuan shuttle bus from the canyon directly to Wanfenglin and Guizhou Chun Winery – great!"

"The complimentary airport and high-speed rail shuttle service is definitely one of the hotel's biggest highlights – even for solo travelers like me, they'll send a minibus, which is quite distinctive. The room layout is nice, but the chair that comes with the desk doesn't have a backrest. If you plan on sitting for a long time, you're better off using the sofa. Also, unlike many hotels, the cabinet for the cotton slippers, bathrobes, and pillows is located inside the room rather than by the door. Guests should keep this in mind."

"I chose this Hotel because they have Mountain bike for free rent; I cycling around Wanfenglin. The Air Conditioner broken, but the hotel changed the room for us. The mattress was hard.The day returned; the hotel arranged a shuttle for us to Xingyi Station, which is not far from the hotel. But when we arrived, we have to call a taxi which feels much farther than the way back."
