I stayed at this guesthouse for two nights. The owner and her family were incredibly welcoming. The owner not only recommended fun places to visit but also helped plan my itinerary and suggested great restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic, all homemade. It's very convenient to get to any of the attractions from here. The owners were incredibly hospitable and generous; I charged my electric scooter there, which was very convenient. The backyard was also very cozy; I even borrowed it to cook a hot pot, which created a wonderful atmosphere. The cleanliness and facilities were excellent, needless to say. Also, every Tuesday is their local market day, where things are incredibly cheap. I especially recommend the wild vegetables and beef—it's so authentic and down-to-earth; I experienced everything! I really wish I could stay longer…

I held off on writing this review because I was so incredibly satisfied! So, so satisfied! This was my second trip to Xingyi, and I convinced my international friends to choose Wanfenglin over Yangshuo. This hotel made our trip perfect from start to finish. The staff were all efficient, warm, and friendly, always ready to help with anything we needed, whether it was arranging a car rental, sending a package, or doing laundry. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and on warm evenings, they even offered iced mung bean porridge. When we left, they gave us a gift of colorful rice, which was such a touching gesture! The room was clean and tidy, with a convenient wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Before bed, I even did some stretches following along on the large TV. And the stunning view from the window? That goes without saying! Don't forget to wear something nice and head up to the rooftop for some beautiful photos. The village is very quiet at night, so you don't need to worry about noise. Rent a bicycle and you can get to the Lower Nahui market in just 10 minutes. In the early morning or evening, take a stroll down to the boardwalk to see the dam and the large waterwheel, then wander through the fields – it's incredibly pleasant! Thank you, ladies! The view is beautiful, the floor-to-ceiling windows are unobstructed, the transportation is convenient, and it is on the main road. There is a bathtub 🛁 to take a bath to relieve the fatigue of the journey. Breakfast is mutton noodles are particularly delicious and the boss is very good. The couple are smiling throughout the service, responsive, and real people.

Last time I stayed at Wanfenglin, the rice paddies hadn't grown yet, and the surrounding natural scenery wasn't great. I left an honest review on the platform, and to my surprise, the owner took my feedback very seriously. They patiently communicated with me and frequently sent real-time photos of the scenery, inviting us back to Wanfenglin – it was very genuine. This time, my family went to Wanfenglin, and because they were so touched by the owner's sincerity, they chose Yuqi Inn again. The owner was warm and thoughtful, kindly upgraded our room, and provided meticulous care throughout our stay, which my family truly appreciated. The scenery in Wanfenglin is only going to get more beautiful, and this guesthouse, with its dedicated hospitality, is definitely worth experiencing.

An absolutely wonderful stay! This guesthouse is incredibly well-designed; even the smallest details are eye-catching. Both the rooms and common areas were spotless, and all the in-room amenities were from high-end brands. I initially booked this place because of their dog and cat, knowing my child loves playing with dogs. It turned out to be a great decision – my child spent a large part of our stay playing with 'Fatty' (the guesthouse's dog) and a little white dog from next door. The guesthouse also has a swimming pool, which kept the little one entertained. The garden by the pool is truly amazing – quiet, scenic, and shaded by large trees. Lying there was incredibly cool and the breeze was so relaxing. My father-in-law just intended to wander by the pool, but he got so comfortable on a chair that he couldn't get up and ended up falling asleep! 😂 As for the hostess, from the moment we arrived, we could feel her thoughtfulness and kindness. For example, seeing that we had a child, she preemptively pushed the twin beds together for us. The complimentary fruit in the room was abundant and of excellent quality, unlike the often perfunctory welcome fruit at some hotels. Because we had an early departure, she also arranged for staff to prepare breakfast for us ahead of time the next morning. The recommendations she gave for dining and a spot to catch fish were also fantastic. Before leaving, I told the hostess that we hadn't had enough fun and hoped to stay again if we have the chance. Xingyi is truly a lovely place, and the people we met were all wonderful.

The room was okay, but the bathroom and shower were a bit small. The environment was elegant and the scenery was picturesque. The kitchenette didn't have much food, and since it was halfway up the mountain, you'd have to go back down to find something to eat. It was quiet at night, but the mosquitoes on the mountain were huge.

Location: This hotel is in a very good location, in the Wanfenglin Scenic Area, and it is convenient to go anywhere. Hygiene: The room is very clean and the sanitation environment is good. Cost-effectiveness: High cost-effectiveness, overall I think it is very worthwhile. Wifi: Free WIFI is available. Room size: The room is very large, there is a corridor after going out, and there is a large balcony for viewing. Sound insulation: The room we stayed in was on the third floor, far away from other rooms, and no sound could be heard. Bed: The bed was moderately soft and hard, and it was very comfortable to live in. It is worth a visit. Parking: Free parking is available around, and it is also convenient to come. Service: The service attitude is good, and anything you ask to be sent can be delivered quickly. Breakfast: The breakfast is very delicious, with rice noodles and porridge to choose from, eggs, side dishes, steamed buns, etc. are all brought by yourself, and you can also refill. The proprietress and the boss greeted us very warmly, and there were beautiful scenery everywhere, which was very photogenic. The proprietress also helped the guests take photos. There is a special coffee shop with juice. The coffee beans are imported from Vietnam and the orange juice is squeezed from fresh oranges. Freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly ground coffee are very fresh. There are also special swing entertainment facilities in the hotel's small garden, which are very suitable for children to play. Overall, this Qianshanli Health Inn is very good. Highly recommended, must come!

Traveling from Heilongjiang to Kunming, we made a stop at Fenglin Buyi Scenic Area and decided to stay overnight in the village. Since I was traveling with a 3-year-old, staying in the village allowed us more time to explore, which was very convenient. After careful consideration, I chose this hotel, and it turned out to be the right decision! First, upon seeing my little one, the front desk manager immediately upgraded us to a king-sized bed room and arranged for a dedicated shuttle cart. We also received complimentary fruits and snacks. Despite being in a village, the amenities were surprisingly high-end. This was by far the best treatment we've received at a B&B throughout our trip. The room was also very clean. We were given breakfast coupons for a wonderful buffet, and even offered traditional Miao clothing to try on. All in all, it was a trip that truly exceeded expectations. The money spent on this accommodation was well worth it! The scenery in the area is incredibly beautiful, and the air in the morning was exceptionally fresh. Originally, I just wanted a clean and comfortable place to stay, but I unexpectedly found a whole warm and welcoming experience at Gu Shang Ju. Having stayed in countless hotels and guesthouses, only here did I truly feel what it means to have warmth, kindness, and thoughtfulness. I was reluctant to leave and must give this a positive review—this is my personal experience, and I, Li Hua, am not exaggerating. Upon arriving in Xingyi, the owner's warmth instantly touched me. Knowing that my in-laws were elderly and had difficulty traveling, she immediately drove to the high-speed rail station to pick them up and drop them off, providing meticulous and thoughtful service throughout. She treated them with the patience and care of her own elders, making the elderly couple feel instantly at ease upon arrival. After checking in, we discovered the kitchen lacked proper utensils, making cooking inconvenient. She repeatedly and warmly invited us to her home for meals, where a table was laden with steaming hot Guizhou-style home-cooked dishes, each bite a taste of home. The owner isn't a relative, but she's more than a family member. This sincerity and kindness were especially precious in an unfamiliar city, and they warmed our hearts. The owner was incredibly cheerful and generous, always enthusiastically recommending great attractions in Xingyi to help us avoid any pitfalls. She also absolutely adores animals! I brought my pet along without any worries or inconvenience; she was gentle and loving, exceptionally caring and tolerant of the little guy. We were truly lucky to have such a kind and compassionate pet owner. Being guests here was the greatest blessing of our trip. The entire house is equipped with smart technology. Just a simple call of ”Xiao Ai” (a smart speaker) upon entering allows you to easily manage everything in the house. No lifting a finger, no hassle—lazy people, the elderly, and children can all enjoy a very comfortable stay. The room design is warm and stylish, the decor exquisite and sophisticated, and the bedding is so soft and comfortable that you won't want to get up, sleeping soundly through the night. The attention to detail is evident throughout: the shower water is softened, with a gentle flow that leaves you feeling relaxed and comfortable after a bath; the in-room drinking fountain is a major highlight, providing sweet, warm drinking water with just the touch of a button—clean, hygienic, convenient, and quick, ensuring safe drinking water for the elderly and children at all times. The room itself is very new, yet completely odorless, clean, tidy, and well-ventilated, demonstrating meticulous daily cleaning and maintenance. Most thoughtfully, it also features an elevator, making it easy for the elderly or those with a lot of luggage to move around—perfect for family trips. The location is also superb, facilitating both travel and daily life! It's a ten-minute walk to the Malinghe Scenic Area, a 20-minute drive to the Wanfenglin 5A Scenic Area, and half an hour to the Fenglin Buyi Scenic Area. Whether you're visiting attractions or enjoying the scenery, everything is within easy reach, saving you time and effort. The surrounding amenities are surprisingly comprehensive: downstairs there's a farmers' market, pharmacy, supermarket, and countless restaurants and snack shops offering authentic flavors and a wide variety of choices. There are also two billiard halls, providing everything you need for leisure and entertainment. Staying here eliminates all the inconvenience of getting around or daily life, making for a truly immersive travel experience. The value for money is so high that I can't help but feel sorry for the owner: the prices are affordable, yet every detail—the decor, service, and everything else—is impeccable. She treats every guest with care, warmth, and sincerity. I often wonder, can such a genuine and dedicated woman really make money? In 2026, my New Year's journey began at Gu Shang Ju. Here, there was a comfortable living environment, meticulous care, and a rare sense of human warmth. I had the most wonderful stay at the hotel run by Rose, who among others is an English teacher! From the moment we arrived, the location completely stole our hearts — nestled perfectly to offer breathtaking views of the mountains right from our room window. Waking up to that stunning scenery every morning was a dream come true. But what truly set this experience apart was Rose’s incredible care and attention. When we unexpectedly got sick during our stay, Rose went above and beyond to assist us with kindness and genuine concern. She made sure we had everything we needed, from medical advice to thoughtful comfort measures, making us feel safe and supported far beyond what we expected.
