"I enjoyed staying at this hotel during my vacation. The hotel was very clean and with in walking distance of may of the sights. I just wish the pool was open, unfortunately I travelled here just after the summer season, besides that I had a great time."

"The room was reasonably big and spacious. There's a giant window that gives an okay view of Kuwait city. Cleanliness is also on par except for the fact that I found some stains on the bath robes. The another negative is that the body soap and shampoo ran out in the first night and after I asked the counter regarding it, I just got a piece of bath soap instead."

"I arrived at the hotel at exactly 4 pm, but unfortunately I did not enter the room until after the Maghrib prayer because the room was not ready, according to the receptionist. This is unacceptable and not in Australia."

From the lobby team to the reception staff, every single person was super, super kind, warm, and welcoming. They were genuinely involved, always thinking along with us and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel truly cared for. As a wonderful final touch, we were even offered a free taxi to the airport. Our driver, Mohammed Riyaz, was extremely friendly and professional, which was the perfect ending to our stay. This hotel is an absolute must if you are staying in Kuwait. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!"
