Maafushi Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"Had a great stay! Our room faced the ocean, with Bikini Beach right below – the photo was taken from our balcony at dusk. Compared to overwater bungalows on resort islands, the beachfront rooms here offer much better value for money. I'd recommend staying in a Kaani seaview room on a local island for your stay. They arranged our excursions perfectly, all departing from the local island. For the resort island part of our trip, we just wanted to relax in an overwater villa with a private pool. The service at Kaani was excellent, though it's a shame they don't have Chinese-speaking staff; communicating via WeChat was still fine. I'm a picky eater, but the breakfast selection was abundant. I didn't get used to the other food, but I was surprised to find Chinese self-heating hotpots on the island and bought a bunch! After staying on a resort island, I really feel Kaani offers incredible value for money."

"A cozy hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Everything meets expectations. The room is clean and comfortable with good soundproofing, which is very important. The location is excellent, with all amenities within walking distance. Breakfasts are provided, and they are varied and delicious."

"One of the best hotels on Maafushi Island. The hotel arranges airport transfers from Velana International Airport, complete with full assistance – luggage handling and refreshing drinks. They are accommodating with early check-ins without extra charges. The hotel has its own Bikini Beach, which is cleaned daily. A wonderful breakfast is included, depending on your booking rate."

"Amazing Stay at Arena Beach Hotel Beautiful beach vibes with a clean, hotel-allocated beach front long beach with refreshing dring service. and an infinity pool with stunning sunset views. Rooms are clean with sea view, with basic amenities with daily water, tea/ coffee, and towels are provided.Special thanks to Abishek from HK he was very attentive he acknowledges my request and resolved very quickly as my bathroom faucet was leaking. Food & Drinks: Wide buffet & à la carte options at affordable prices, with non-alcoholic beverages. Dinner with live music made evenings extra special. Sisha option was also a alternative choice as island not serving alcohol. Breakfast buffet was good healthy choice with friendly service staff specially Hasan ali (friendly and professional man) Abash attentive and prompt service.Hasim/mahmood and one indian lady from Lucknow( good recommendation and suggestive selling) Nightlife & Activities: Relaxing and charming nightlife. Night vibes was really amazing dining ambience is same as five star resort level. Water sports like stingrays and sharks snorkelling and Sandbank full days tours were unforgettable. Reservations cheking and checkout processes was little tired For guests on long journeys who arrive early at the airport (e.g., 9:00 AM) but have transfers to the island only at 13:00, consider providing alternative options such as a comfortable lounge, refreshments, or earlier boat transfers. Waiting 4+ hours after a long 9-hour flight can be tiring, so small adjustments would greatly improve guest experience. "It was a wonderful experience staying over there. The breakfast was splendid every day. They also had all the packages for island travels and also water sports and dolphine and shark watching. The staff was very friendly. I would give a shout out to Lokesh at the front desk who helped me with each and everything. The infinity pool was insanely awsome. I would love to recommend it ti everyone of my family and friends to visit. Thanks for making my trip so wonderful and memorable."

"It should be the second hotel in Ma Fuji! The room was very clean, very large, the bed was very comfortable and all towels and bedding were clean. In addition to not a first-line sea view, the water heater faucet is a little difficult to control, it is very good! The front desk service and the owner are very helpful, and there are surprises with them for booking the sea, speedboat and other expenses!"

"We booked 4 rooms in total, and 3 of them were upgraded free of charge, which was a pleasant surprise. The jetty is conveniently located right in front of the hotel, making transfers very easy. The hotel is very new, spacious, and well-maintained. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The best part of this hotel is the rooftop, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire Maafushi Island. It’s a perfect spot to relax, watch the sunset, and take in the beautiful island scenery."

"Upon arrival, the hotel staff was already waiting at the pier. Upon arrival, we were given juice and wet towels, and our luggage was delivered to our room. The hotel manager told us that it was more economical to eat in local currency on the island, and it was indeed true. Late in the evening, the manager even came to exchange our money, and the exchange rate was very favorable. Relaxing on the sofa in the hotel lobby, enjoying the sea breeze, was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent, with a different menu every day. The breakfast latte was especially delicious. When we left, they even packed our breakfast and brought it to the pier. What a thoughtful touch."

"I really liked the hotel 👍 Wonderful staff, we were lucky with the cleaning staff. They were helpful and always came quickly to help. Everything was perfect, the pool was wonderful, the trees were beautiful. There was also billiards. We didn't check anything about the spa. Despite the hotel being a bit run-down, I fell in love with it with all my heart. But on the downside: we arrived on Monday for check-in and no one from the hotel met us. The hotel itself didn't immediately realize we had paid for the room or when they would check us in. The entire management is located at another hotel by the beach. It's not very convenient to run back and forth with children, especially for an adult, after an illness on another island. And our mistake. They didn't check what was in the room. Upon checkout, we had to pay for an umbrella, which we didn't see or touch. Well, of course, our room smelled a bit damp and was a bit dark. But for me personally these are small things. The main thing is that I had the opportunity to swim."

You can contact the hotel to help book the speedboat ticket! After getting off the plane, there was a staff holding a sign ”maafushi” and you should pay attention to it. I just didn't pay attention and looked for the airport receptionist for a long time. Someone took us to the island by speedboat after leaving the airport. When we arrived on the island, the hotel staff was waiting for us. Put our luggage on the three-wheeled vehicle and dragged us to the hotel in a very cool way! Personally, I think the hotels on the inhabited islands are all the same. Even the two best ones on the island are the same. This white shell is relatively cheap! The location is also very good!"
