"The location was great. The service is okay, quite slow in terms of calling for room service or requests, but other than that, the staff are approachable and warm— always greets and smiles. The cleanliness is on another level. They always make sure that the pathways are clean. The internet connection, however, needs improvement. Sometimes, there are areas in the hotel that has no reach or in low connection. The food is superb, it's affordable and delicious. Overall, our stay in La Carmela is great. Will always try to come back whenever we are here in Boracay."

"I've returned to Red Coco Inn de Boracay multiple times, and each visit is a delight! 😊 The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and cozy; it truly feels like coming home. It's very quiet and peaceful, allowing you to truly relax and unwind. The hotel boasts a simply perfect location – right in the heart of the island at Station 2. Everything is within easy reach: the beach, cafes, shops, and places for evening strolls. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the spacious balcony is a definite highlight! "We stayed in Tides for 3 nights and was very happy with the staff service there. They were extremely helpful and ensured our stay was perfect. Special thanks to Anna who helped us with the check in and Vincci who took the extra mile to help us with the luggage to our pick up point. He also helped to ensure the pickup was smooth to the jetty which was above and beyond what his duty was. We are glad to have met these nice people and would definitely return to stay again. Location wise, the hotel is located inside D‘’mall station 2 which has a lot of shops. Usually the trikes will stop at Mac Donald’s and it’s about 2-3 mins walk into the hotel. The hotel upper level also has a Pelican restaurant which serves decent food if you just want to eat at the hotel."

"We just got back from the paradise island of Boracay! It's the best place on Earth! We spent a long time choosing a hotel and made the perfect choice with One Crescent Hotel 🥰👌. It's located in a quiet, cozy spot, surrounded by lots of trees and greenery. A charming path leads to the hotel, and I absolutely loved walking this route to the beach, past the church. The walk to the sea is very convenient, just 5 minutes, and the best part is that we arrived right at Boracay Island's main attraction – Willy's Rock. It's the most beautiful place on White Beach 😍👍, with the softest white sand and incredibly clear, blue sea ❤️. We really loved the hotel. It's a small, 4-story building, with the reception on the ground floor. It’s a quiet and cozy place with incredibly kind and attentive staff who always seem to know what guests need and provide it with maximum convenience and smiles! We especially grew fond of the hotel's administrator, a woman named Ruby. She is so attentive, caring, and kind; she even helped my husband organize my birthday, and it was the best day ever!!! This sweet lady is the heart and soul of this hotel, and our stay was made extra special because of her. We truly felt at home. Breakfasts at the hotel are à la carte, with Filipino, European, and continental options. The portions are generous, we were never hungry! You can also order breakfast to your room. The bed was comfortable, with good bedding and nice white towels (the beach towels were also very decent). There’s a balcony, a fridge, always hot water, a TV where you can connect your phone to watch whatever you want, and a smart speaker. You can also send clothes for laundry. The hotel provides beach mats, which is very convenient since there are hardly any sun loungers on the beach. We are really looking forward to returning and will definitely choose this cozy hotel again!!! I highly recommend it; it’s an excellent choice – great value for money, quality, location, and of course, the wonderful people who work there. We already miss you all so much! ❤️"

"Pros: The pool is nice, staff are friendly, no deposit was required for check-in, it's not far from the beach, and the shower had good water pressure. There's a good, modern air conditioner. Breakfasts are good (two complimentary breakfasts for a triple room). Cons: We stayed in room 318, and there was a very strong smell of mold and dampness. During our 4-day stay, the room was only cleaned once, and towels were changed only upon request. Drinking water was not provided. The room didn't have a window facing the street, only one looking into the hallway. The soundproofing was very poor; it felt like the bed was outside. For the price, it's okay. However, I wouldn't recommend it to people with asthma or mold allergies."
