"This is unexpected booking but super worth it. They gave us excellent services from the early check in and room service. They checked if the guess are ok & some concern. The room are bigger than we expected. The buffet even just 2-3 options it’s delicious. Lots of option in bread and super yummy.everyone in hotel are friendly but need some training how to address the guess especially it’s obviously im a trans with big boobs and very feminine. Some staff especially the boys called me Sir which are very awkward and unprofessional if my boyfriend with me it’s going to be fight but In total it’s recommended hotel in boracay. It’s worth it our stay❤️"

"My stay at Golden Phoenix Boracay was a really pleasant experience. Everything was okay overall, but what stood out was how they handled my special request — they exceeded my expectations by upgrading my room without any hassle. I stayed in the Coral Room, and the balcony was massive (definitely one of my favorite things about the stay).
The staff were genuinely warm, helpful, and extremely accommodating, which made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. Another major highlight is that the property is right on the beachfront, making it super convenient to enjoy the shore anytime.
Their food was okay as well, simple but satisfying.
Overall, everything from the room to the hospitality made my stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d gladly come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel experience."

"The room was located at the 5th floor without elevator, it discourages as to go somewhere when we are already at the room. Lack of toiletries, there was no dental kits. The bathroom is a bath tub style that do not automatically drain, the reason we can't take a bath because the water just stocked there all the night. We called the management 3 times and waited for hours to fix the problem."

"Had our team building and booked 4 rooms for the group. We requested for our rooms to be on the same floor and they delivered!
Love the welcome drinks - something like lemon grass and ginger? not sure :D
Rooms are very spacious and spot clean. On-going maintenance of their spa which led us to do room-in massage.
Points for improvement:
Suggest to improve front desk communication as we had some concerns with the arranged activities.
i.e., massage are not room charged - we were asked to pay after the massage which shocked the group as it was NOT mentioned to us when we arranged the massage session. Good thing someone still have cash with them.
e-trike was not booked as requested (morning) so we had our tour in the afternoon; good thing we had a very flexible itinerary so it didn't affect any other plans.
Overall great stay! Will definitely book this hotel again in our next trip. Even recommended this to friends. 😉"

"The experience was superb!
We booked two rooms for a three-night stay, and my friend kept praising how excellent the service was. It truly felt like a VIP experience, with staff greeting you warmly every time you entered or left the hotel.
The breakfast was also nice. While the choices were the usual, the cakes tasted exceptionally good.
We also enjoyed the massage—I tried it twice because it was that good.
I truly recommend this hotel and commend the staff for their hospitality.
I just hope they maintain the quality of their rooms, which are still in good condition. There were only some rusty spots in the corners of the bathroom—a little retouching would easily fix that.
All in all, it was a lovely experience."

"Greay place to stay! Great Team work with the hotel. From reception to dinning to house keeping, all were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was superb with some variations in everyday. Clean and very tropical vibes. Small thing, power outlet is available only in Type A which we needed to have an adoptor from Type C, but worry not as hotel have available adoptor with a deposit of 100pesos. "The hotel is located close to the beach, not beachfront but it’s very easy to get to the beach and there’s a shuttle which runs every hour which is great. The personnel is wonderful, super friendly and welcoming. As for the rooms they’re quite big and spacious another big plus, and they’re equipped with everything one needs. My room had the view of the pool. The pool is also quite big and they play music and sell some drinks around the pool , good for relaxing. However the selection of drinks is limited. The only negatives are there’s no gym and breakfast selection is very limited. Otherwise I highly recommend the hotel, my stay was absolutely fantastic!"

1) Breakfasts are not very tasty, but we never left hungry. There is tea, coffee, lemonade, scrambled eggs, omelettes, toast, jams, some meat, sweet potatoes, few vegetables, but there was always lettuce, watermelons, pineapples, bananas.

"I stayed there for 5 nights, it was amazing. Although my partner said the mattress was quite hard. Service was helpful they assisted right away when we needed one.
Location was kinda far from the downtown (D'mall) and we had to take the hotel's car to be at the front gate otherwise we had to walk, and who knew how many minutes it'd take since that was a pretty distance from lobby and main road. Then we took the TukTuk (not sure what they called in there 😳) and it was always 150 Peso no matters which station you're going to."

"5 days away, 2 adults, 1 child & a baby,, stayed in the annex, which is just across the road from the main hotel, restaurant area,, which is right on the beach, decent location, rooms were fine, good AC, a roof top pool,, but it was more the service and helpfulness of all the staff that made this a better stay,, nothing was too much trouble for any of them,, don’t expect the glamours of a top class hotel,,, but I would highly recommend this as a place to stay

Villa Caemilla is an excellent hotel — cozy, stylish, with a true love for details and little touches. In the room, there were fresh flowers and branches, hand cream and soap in glass bottles, wine glasses and a corkscrew, and a minibar.
It’s just a two-minute walk to the beach, practically on the first line. The staff are always friendly and ready to help — everyone smiles and greets guests, and you truly feel like a valued guest, surrounded by care.
We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, and everything was perfect — fresh food, clean, and delicious. Thank you so much for the hospitality, and please keep your unique atmosphere that makes us want to come back.
We stayed in August and everything was wonderful — we swam and enjoyed the sun!

Breakfast options could be improved, especially like us who stayed for 7 days, we were looking for variety of food choices. Add more fruits. Replace the fish fillet dishes with dried fish perhaps.

GGuest UserWe had a great time staying at Mandarin Nest Boracay. Very good location - beachfront, very near D'mall, and there are fastfood below it. We loved the amenities, topped with the freebies and daily treats. Breakfast at Hakuna Matata is nice, as well as their cocktails. We get 20% discount on food items just because we were guests. The reception is always helpful - lending umbrellas, towels, and even packing us breakfast since we checked out early. They have a washing station at the front to help wash away sand - which is very helpful. They also have elevator and gym, something I have not seen on other Station 2 accommodations before. Will stay here again!

GGuest UserUpon check-in, there was no welcome amenity whatsoever – no cocktails, no refreshing hand towels that others mentioned in their reviews. On top of that, the room lacked essentials like toothbrushes, coffee, and tea. The shower gel in the bathroom was almost empty.
The breakfast was terrible: if you didn't grab what you wanted fast enough, it was gone. Pineapples ran out and were replaced with watermelon; waffles ran out and were replaced with pancakes. Black coffee was free, but cappuccino cost extra, and you couldn't even order it (I stood at the bar for about 5 minutes, and no one paid attention).
Breakfast was extremely crowded, leading to chaos and no clean tables. You had to chase down staff just to get forks, spoons, and glasses.
After breakfast, we returned to our room to find toothbrushes had been placed there. So, they simply forgot them on the first day (we hadn't even mentioned it).
However, the beach, just a 5-minute walk away, was so magnificent that everything else felt minor.

EEarthTripperHonestly great value! I had a very good stay, rooms are clean and cozy. They also have pool, altho i didnt use but looked very decent. Located right near station 3, i think its more chill and not as loud as station 1, which is good. However i would not count on breakfast, as its literally eggs and a toast.

Our experience at Coast Boracay was nothing short of fantastic! The location is ideal, right on White Beach with stunning views and easy access to the sand. 🏝️ The rooms were modern, spacious, and comfortable, with great amenities. We especially enjoyed the delicious food and the friendly, attentive staff who made sure we felt at home. 🏠 The pool area was perfect for a relaxing time. RRei JosephWe stayed here for 4D3N, the location is located almost the end of Station 3, not crowded but it has the best sunset view. Swimming pools are clean, buffet breakfast is good. Kudos to Sir Jesse of Sky Lounge, I celebrated my birthday and he spontaneously gave us complimentary drink and flashed my name in the LED screen. The only downside we experienced was the broken elevator. The bath gel smells so nice! We will definitely go back! Superb stay!
You need to walk by foot from the highway, around 10mins walk but locals knew the hotel by “BOC” and is famous for foam party.
One of the highlights of our stay is the fire dancers who performed. They are so AMAZING and ENGAGING!! We are at awe! Thank you for the service!

The hotel staff are very friendly and smiling, they will help you with everything and guide you in everything, they are always willing to accommodate you.
Clean and spacious rooms. The grounds are huge. There is a 7-Eleven across the street from the hotel.
The beach is practically private. This information would have been important to me when choosing a hotel in the Philippines. There are almost no waves on this beach, unlike the main white beach. There are almost no people, you swim almost alone, no one will bother you. The entrance to the water is perfect. The sand is gorgeous. There are no sea urchins. It's the perfect place for snorkeling! Say hi to Nemo, the clownfish. It's the perfect place for photos.
The hotel has an excellent breakfast and restaurant, with reasonable prices. We almost always ate there. Everything is very tasty. They also held Chill and Grill events, where they serve excellent burgers!
You can get to the center by free shuttle or order a tuk-tuk for 300 pesos. It's a very long walk, so we always used these transportation services.
Thanks to the hotel, we have the most pleasant and positive impressions. We went there for our wedding anniversary, and they gave us a very pleasant and nice surprise.
If you are choosing a hotel, I guarantee you won't go wrong with this one.

From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel welcome and taken care of—especially as a family. Check-in was smooth, warm, and efficient, and there was a clear sense that the staff understood what families need: patience, clarity, and a little extra support when traveling with kids.
The family room was a big highlight. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, giving everyone enough room to relax without feeling cramped. After a full day out, it really felt like coming back to a proper space designed for rest and convenience.
Food was another strong point. The buffet offerings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consistently good—varied, well-prepared, and satisfying. There was something for everyone, and the quality stayed steady across meals, which isn’t always the case in buffet setups.
The hotel facilities were also impressive and well-maintained, making it easy to enjoy our time without needing to constantly go elsewhere. Everything felt organized, clean, and guest-focused.
What truly elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Special mention to Lance—always happy, highly supportive, and a huge help when it came to logistics and assistance. Whether it was coordinating details or simply making sure things ran smoothly, he was reliable and genuinely attentive. Maddie also deserves recognition for her excellent customer care in the restaurant—friendly, responsive, and consistently on top of things in a way that makes dining feel easy and pleasant.
We also appreciated how keen and supportive the security team was. Their presence added a reassuring sense of safety, and they were always helpful when we needed guidance or assistance.
Finally, the free drop-offs and pick-ups provided by the hotel were a great added benefit. It made getting around much easier and took away a lot of the typical hassle of transportation in Boracay.
In general, Savoy Hotel Newcoast Boracay delivered a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable stay for our family. Great rooms, good food, excellent facilities, and standout service—highly recommended, especially for families looking for an stress-free and well-supported vacation.
