"My experience at the Henann Garden Resort in Boracay was simply spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and contagious friendliness from the entire staff. The service is, without a doubt, one of the hotel's highlights – everyone is incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably tidied up daily. Cleanliness is taken very seriously, which gives guests a huge sense of confidence and tranquility. The location is also fantastic – right in the heart of Station 2, close to everything, yet with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The pools are wonderful and very well-kept, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Breakfast is another highlight: very varied, with delicious options for every taste – from Asian to Western dishes, all fresh and flavorful. It really makes you want to enjoy every morning there. Without a doubt, an excellent stay! I highly recommend Henann Garden to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and top-notch service. I will definitely return."

"My stay at Ocean Breeze was perfect from start to finish. It's a stunning property with service that exceeds all expectations. A fantastic perk is that you just need to show your room key to get discounts at most places on the island, from restaurants to nightlife. Peter and his team are wonderful hosts—attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful. The room was clean, and the overall vibe is pure relaxation. I cannot wait to return. "I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. The location is perfect, with beautiful ocean views that made the whole experience very relaxing. "I want to start by commending the housekeeping and room quality. My room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience: • Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple ”last call” announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed. • Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction. • Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours."

"Everything is perfect. Our room got upgraded to Pool view. Breakfast is great compare to other hotel with the same price of stay. Mabilis din shuttle service to diff locs sa hotel. Pinakamatagal na yata 2 mins. 3rd visit na sa Boracay, maganda yung private beach kasi hindi crowded at hindi din sobrang init kahit tanghaling tapat compare sa main beach, same afternoon kasi lumipat na kami sa main beach. Ganda din amenities. Nagyym din kami haha"

"1. My friends and I were traveling, and they booked this hotel after seeing its good ratings on Trip.com. Initially, I felt a bit uneasy, so I only planned to explore nearby, check out the beach, and go for a swim. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the hotel manager, Vidi, was Chinese. After a few casual chats, we quickly warmed up to each other. He recommended several places to visit and even introduced us to Tom, a local travel agency manager. During the day, we'd go sightseeing, and in the evenings, we'd buy ingredients. Vidi would arrange for the staff to cook for us, and we'd tip the chef. If we got tired of that, we could also order takeout. The hotel also has two Chinese restaurants where you can order dumplings and other Chinese dishes. After all, finding delicious Chinese food abroad is quite rare. Manager Vidi even provided complimentary beer and baijiu (which is hard to find overseas). We enthusiastically invited them to drink and chat with us. This way, we, as Chinese people in a foreign land, experienced a unique sense of camaraderie and liveliness. We didn't feel worried or scared at all. Many Chinese people avoid coming here because they think the Philippines is unsafe now. But after staying at a Chinese-owned hotel in Boracay, we realized how safe it is here. It's a popular tourist destination, and local security is very strict; there's a police officer every few steps on the beach. Moreover, having these Chinese-owned hotels and travel agencies made us feel much more at ease. This saved us a lot of trouble and gave us peace of mind. 2. The hotel staff were also very enthusiastic. Every morning for breakfast (I booked a room with breakfast, and you could choose one out of six options). The beef breakfast was particularly delicious. Locals usually wake up late, and breakfast ends at 10 AM. But since we were Chinese and had become familiar with the staff, a few times I woke up at 11 AM, and they still made breakfast for me, which I then had as lunch. 3. There's a swimming pool downstairs where you can directly swim or dive. Or, you can warm up here before going out for a dive; it seems like this place is originally a diving training spot. 4. I stayed in a room on the second floor with a balcony. 5. In summary, I didn't have high expectations for this trip; I just wanted to see the beach and swim—basically, a vacation. But I ended up meeting many fellow Chinese people here and received excellent service and pleasant surprises. I enjoyed seafood feasts and barbecues and tried various local drinks, most of which Vidi provided for free. It saved us a lot of hassle. The beach is beautiful. I feel that next time I come, accommodation, dining, and transportation will all be hassle-free. I'm someone who takes a while to adjust to new environments. This time, I came with a few friends, and I only planned to stay near the hotel. But I ended up meeting so many people that I became familiar with the entire island."

"Very professional from the moment I asked from reservations team Shyla, she really answered all our questions and inquiries. Detailed information about the airport transfer service which made it easier for us to decide.  Everyone is proactively attentive with genuine smiles from their faces which made our stay more meaningful.  The hotel is beautiful we booked the suite room and stayed at rm316. Although I want to experience the Suite w plunge pool unfortunately unavailable when I did the booking. Great massages, can also order food by the pool, love the Carbonara and soft to chew calamari.  They also have a beautiful gym with the view of the Lagoon Pool. Walking to the beach is around 5-8min. Most of the time we will ride their tricycle to D mall. Php 100 for private or Php20 if joiners.  If you’re a traveler who likes to walk a lot. This Henann Lagoon is a perfect choice for you.  Overall I love my unforgettable experience. I will surely comeback again.  Ryan"

"The breakfast buffet was amazing, and our room was spotless. On Chinese New Year's Day, they even gave us a complimentary dinner buffet, which was a really thoughtful touch. The hotel provides towel cards (the towels were warm when we received them, having been high-temperature sterilized), which is super convenient for island hopping and swimming at the beach. It's also very close to D'Mall, making it incredibly easy to grab food and shop there daily. Just turn right out of the hotel, and a small path leads directly to the beach, offering stunning views. Separately, I had booked round-trip ferry and shuttle transfers to Boracay with Bamboo, but I lost my voucher right before our trip. I asked around outside the hotel without success, but when I returned to the front desk, they made a call and sorted everything out for us! On top of that, they even sent a sewing kit to our room late at night when we needed one. I'm so incredibly grateful for all their help! 👍👍👍 My 73-year-old dad had a wonderful time, and it was a very pleasant vacation."

"The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. It would be even better if they could bring back the complimentary van transport service from the port to the hotel and vice versa, as it was very convenient before. Overall, we had an amazing vacation, and our stay was truly enjoyable."

"We stayed in the Garden with Pool room for 4 nights. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the fact that the room is on the ground floor might make it slightly more prone to noise/disturbance as it was right next to the hotel's main pool and on the same level as the restaurants. The toilet does seem to be a little worn down. Breakfast spread is decent, however food quality can definitely be improved. Hotel is located at the end of the beach stretch so it takes about 20minutes walk to Station 2 where most of the shops/restaurants are located. The pay-off is that the beach right in front of the hotel is definitely quieter. Hotel does provide shuttle to Station 2 though, for those who prefer not to walk. Round trip transfers to and fro the airport were well coordinated. "
