"Excellent hotel, gorgeous view from the balconies, took a room with one bedroom, two balconies overlooked the sea, just super, the room is huge, everything was there, bathrobes, dental supplies, razors, the hotel is worth the money, delicious breakfasts, normal choice, Wi-Fi works just great, even on the beach, the beach is not directly opposite the hotel but a little to the left, 10 minutes walk or every half hour a bus goes, if the bus is full the second one arrives immediately, lots of sockets for charging, Russian channels, by the way the beach is very long, where you can walk, there are lots of shops, cafes nearby, there is an outlet right next door. I advise everyone, a liquor store is about 30 minutes walk from the hotel. Why did I lower the rating, because they didn't take our luggage from the taxi for a long time, we thought and thought, so we would have carried it ourselves, though after much thought, then they still took it and brought it to the room, but these are trifles. During the whole trip I changed four hotels for new locations."

"Warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. checked in with the attentive Egyptian duty manager, she noticed I was exhausted from the long trip and kindly express checked me into a nice room. Ajman is a modest laid-back Emirate in comparison to the other bigger globally linked Emirates, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. The local Shaikh of this small Emirate of Ajman developed the beach in a beautiful natural way, using the scarce resources they have at hand. The hotel is beautiful with a nice beach view, the majority of the guests are Europeans who like the sun at the beach ⛱️ . You will be occasionally sharing the hotel with members of the local dynasty that permanently reserve the top floor."

"Everything was good. Unfortunately, I had noisy neighbors who were playing music late at night. I had to go down to the reception and ask them to resolve the issue, and about 20 minutes later the music stopped"

"Our experience at Fairmont Ajman hotel was superb great and all the staff are friendly, kind and accommodating. From reception, housekeeping,F&B, pool attendants they are all kind and genuine staff. Kudos fairmont. What we love the most was the room upgrade with sea view. free bday cake for my daughter’s bday, and the food and service."

"I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. The room was large and clean with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The beach is a private beach, the beach and the loungers are very clean and you get towels from the hotel. I particularly liked the sunset on the beach. With the all inclusive package you could order coffee, cola, juices, Sprite, etc. and water on the beach. The food tasted above average and there was a changing selection every day. We were very excited about the buffet!! The waiters are very friendly. The hotel has a large pool and a whirlpool with great loungers. All facilities were very clean. I can recommend this hotel and would like to come again! 😍"

"Having stayed at this hotel for many years I have to say that I was bitterly disappointed with this trip We booked a King Sea View Room on a half board basis which I understood to be Bed Breakfast and either lunch or dinner I have a problem with my hip and when we got to our room i was disappointed that on previous occasions we had managed to book a room with a walk in shower The room we were given had a shower over the bath and the sealing around the bath at the tap end was all breaking away which subsequently caused the water to seep through and flood the bathroom floor To get around the issue of the Shower situation we agreed to occupy a suite at an additional 200 Dirhams per night, the room in question did indeed have a shower but unfortunately as it was located on the top floor I experienced a huge problem with air coming from the taps bidet etc which as i explained to them must be caused with air in the system To my surprise a lady on reception admitted that there was an issue with the plumbing on the top floor and despite several visits fro engineering the problem was not solved fully. The other thing I complained about was that the Half board in their terminology actually means bed breakfast and a 50Dirham contribution to eat lunch or dinner. When I pointed out that 50 Dirham didn’t buy a burger and chips in the sports bar the comment I received was that Burger and chips fell under the heading of a La Carte which in itself seems ridiculous. The holiday was pretty much ruined by these events but would comment that the staff working in the restaurants and indeed the guys who take care of the guests on the beach and around the pool were exceptional in their professionalism and care offered to all the guests as was the Food and Beverage manager who went out of his way to listen and take on board the issues we experienced. When we originally stayed at the hotel it was managed by the Kempinski Group and unfortunately all I can say is that the overall experience we endured over our 10 night stay was far from what you would expect from a 5 Star establishment"

"The room can cook, the tableware is complete, maybe because the occasional passenger who can cook, there is a smell of lamb when I first stepped in the door! But the smell is gone after the air conditioner is turned on! The mattress is too thick to sleep for a night and get back pain! Free parking!"

"It was amazing the staff is super friendly especially thanks for Rami who was very welcoming and caring to all the guests the room is spacious et more importantly quiet and confortable with no issue like I didn’t sleep that well for such a long time and I can not thank you enough for that the food is fresh healthy not salty and tasty they give generous portions the service in the restaurant is really good while in Dubai the service and quality are going downhill I was pleased to see that in this hotel the standard of service is still high the manager of the restaurant is always smiling and trying to help you can feel that they really care"
