The breakfast was also well-prepared, compact, and tasted excellent. It's close to the First cable car, there's a supermarket right in front, and it's not far to walk from Grindelwald station. If I go again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel. For all the Koreans traveling to Switzerland, if you go to Grindelwald, definitely try staying at this hotel!"

"The view of the snow-capped mountains was breathtaking. room was spacious and well-decorated, toilet and amenities were organised and clean. the hotel staff were very nice as well, they accommodated our request to use the hotel spa on the day after our checkout. Breakfast was of good quality with nice view from the window too. Would recommend!"

"We were traveling as a family and had specifically booked a family suite. This room was reserved more than a month in advance, and the price was quite high. However, we were very upset on the day of check-in, as the suite we were given was absolutely not the Executive View Suite I had booked. Although it was a suite, there was absolutely no view. After a long back-and-forth, with a lot of help from Trip.com customer service, we were moved to a different suite, but it still wasn't the room type I had originally booked. Since we were staying for two nights, we were moved to yet another suite on the second night, which finally matched the room type I had booked. The hotel itself is good and highly recommended. The location is excellent, and after all, it's a five-star luxury hotel. However, the front desk staff was unfriendly on the day of check-in, which led to a very poor check-in experience."

Also, we wanted to dine at the hotel's ground-floor restaurant at 7 PM and had asked the staff to make a reservation for us the day before. But when we arrived, we found out the reservation was made for a different restaurant right next door, not the one we requested. The employee who made the mistake didn't even apologize.
