The hotel provided a free bus ticket for one stop, and I took the 123 bus which offered the most beautiful views. The restaurant on the ground floor was very busy, and a thin elderly lady working there was very enthusiastic and nice. It was a bit noisy at night due to many people drinking and chatting downstairs. Sitting on the large terrace on the 5th floor in the evening, enjoying the mountain view, was very pleasant."

(I was told that it was given to me because I had created a room, but when I went down and inquired, I found out that the room was originally assigned...) 4) Then, while showing a picture of the reservation screen on 'Booking.com', he enthusiastically emphasizes that the room may or may not have a terrace. The problem is that I paid through 'Trip.com' and the room type I booked on Trip.com is not available. All photos showed a terrace. When I said that, he got very angry and told me to cancel it for free and to leave if I didn't like it. To be honest, these words sounded very threatening to me, and I was so intimidated by the man's attitude that I was afraid that he might do something to me.
