"This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. The room is spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view. It is so relaxing to overlook the city night view at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. What I remember most is the service. When I needed a sewing kit during the stay, the staff delivered it to the room in less than 5 minutes. When I checked out, Phoebe took the initiative to ask for help calling a taxi, which was very considerate! The whole experience was comfortable and worry-free, and I have recommended it to my friends."

"I have lived in this hotel before and I have a good impression, but this time I feel a little lacking.
First of all, the light is insufficient, the underground parking lot feels very dark, there are not a few lights, I thought I forgot to pick the sunglasses, and later found out that the number of light tubes is small. Then there is the room corridor, the light bulb is not enough, the door of the room is very dark, you have to find the room number in the dark, the restaurant is also, at first I thought that it was not open 😓 It is understandable that the hotel is to reduce costs, but the relevant facilities still have to be changed to energy-saving sensor lights. The problem is solved.

The characteristic folk houses in northwest Hunan have a simple rural style outdoors, with rice fields, lotuses, ponds and tea mountains; but indoors they have modern facilities without any trace of violation, such as WIFI, electric curtains, and central air conditioning. Butler-style service, considerate and thoughtful. There are many experience items, so you don’t have to worry about being boring. A place that I want to come back to again!

Come to Hanshou, visit the Wildlife World, and stay at Xiangbei Tongcheng Hotel to live up to yourself and make your trip worthwhile! highly recommended! ! !
