"This is my go-to hotel for every business trip. The service, facilities, and location are all impeccable. The bedding is comfortable, and everything is spotlessly clean. Wanda J's service attitude was excellent; she helped us upgrade our room type and thoroughly explained the hotel's member benefits. I genuinely recommend this place for anyone on a business trip. From the hotel room window, you can see the Huangshui River and the currently popular Xinghai Road. All in all, this is definitely the top choice for both vacations and business travel."

The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating; they even gave us a free upgrade since we were traveling with our child. The breakfast spread was delicious and abundant, and our little one had a blast. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next trip!"

There's also an airport shuttle right outside the entrance, making transfers efficient and hassle-free. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money and is definitely worth choosing."

"Who knows, family members! This time I stayed in a hotel that can be called a ”dream love shop”, and I must recommend it to everyone! As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, the gorgeous and warm decoration directly captured me, and the fragrance smelled just right, instantly driving away the fatigue of the journey. The facilities and equipment are brand new and complete, the location is very good, the front desk lady 71 is super enthusiastic, the check-in is fast and considerate, and she also took the initiative to upgrade the room type, which is full of favorability!"

"The rooms are very big and spacious! Really helps one feel relaxed.
The only problem we experienced was that there was a smoke smell in our rooms which was a surprise given we had selected non smoking rooms. The hotel staff made things right though immediately after we complained by switching our rooms.
The rest of our stay was great.
The location is pretty good with a lot of halal eating options nearby."

"I will go home tomorrow. I will write this evaluation on the bed of the hotel. The first time I brought the whole family to Xining, I was really happy to meet this hotel. First of all, the hygiene is really good, there are disposable toilet pads, disposable toiletries, and the hygiene is very good every day. More importantly, this store is really operating with care, from the decoration style of the lobby to the facilities and equipment of the room, including hygiene, and the service attitude is impeccable. The various problems encountered in the accommodation, from the grassroots waiter to the manager, are solved in the first time, and the reply message is timely! ! ! When I left, the child liked the starfish soap in the room, and the manager sent a few more! ! ! ! I wish the hotel better and better! ! !"
