Private hot springs, outdoor small pools, saunas, infinity pools, etc. provide you with a variety of amusement experiences< At the same time, the hotel also features high-end luxury conference venues and a combination of Chinese and Western restaurants.
"The private hot spring pool in the first room overflowed from the floor drain outside. We were moved to a second room, where the curtains were broken, and since it was on the ground floor facing the public swimming pool, people could easily look in. At this point, they claimed they had no other rooms available and gave me a third room, which was ten square meters smaller than what I originally booked. They argued for a long time and were reluctant to refund the price difference. The process for getting a refund was also very unclear. Their staff were extremely inexperienced. It took them all evening to process a 50 RMB refund. When we moved to the second room, the staff helped us with our luggage, but when we moved to the third room, the staff just handed us the key card and left without any assistance. After three or four hours of hassle, all they offered was a 50 RMB compensation for financial loss and a smaller room, with no other apologies or compensation. The breakfast selection was very limited, the restaurant was tiny, packed with people, and the aisles were crowded, making it impossible to find a seat. Staff also didn't proactively set up cutlery on newly vacated tables; guests had to get it themselves. I will definitely not be returning."

This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Longmen hotel provides parking on site. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"The dining here is probably the best among hot spring hotels; the buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, and the taste is decent. The hot spring park has many pools, including hot spring massage facilities, but there are fewer herbal pools compared to other hot spring hotels in the same price range. The sauna rooms are quite unique.
The hygiene, however, is just so-so. Most of the pools in the hot spring area show obvious stains, and the seating areas and walls of some pools are slippery. The rooms are old and a bit rundown, and the soundproofing is poor. I was woken up two nights in a row by people walking in the corridor. The lighting in the room is poorly designed; there's no separate light for the bathroom or the vanity area. If you turn on the light that illuminates the bathroom, the bright light shines directly onto the mirror, making it hard to sleep all night. There's also no independent corridor light, so older guests would have to fumble in the dark if they get up at night. The private hot tub in the room looked like it hadn't been used all year; I had to wipe it three times to get rid of the dust inside. There were also stains on the toilet seat in the bathroom.
On the bright side, the hotel staff's service attitude is excellent – they are very responsive and friendly."

For example, the three-person hot spring parent-child package only allows children under 1.2 years old, while the four-person package only allows children under 1.5 years old. I suggest the hotel improve this or offer more options. Also, the Western restaurant offers limited food and a limited variety."

The hot spring area also had shallow sections suitable for children, allowing them to enjoy the fun of soaking in the springs. Our whole family had a wonderful time here; it was a perfect vacation experience!"

"The room is okay, newly renovated! The night view is nice and the waiters are very polite. There are a few things I want to say: the location of the navigation lobby is not clear. I don’t know which elevator goes up to the parking lot. When I call the hotel, I don’t get a call. It always shows that it is restricted and cannot be dialed. Fortunately, I saw the decoration worker and asked where to go. Alas, !There is a mirror next to the TV, and it also faces the bed. I don’t think it’s good. The balcony door is broken and can’t be locked. It doesn’t matter. It’s so high. The toiletries are hidden under the wash basin and are inconvenient to access. The layout is a bit strange! On the other side of the meal, the waiters need to be improved. It’s a bit difficult to find a seat when you see that the table is full of dishes and they don’t take them away! All in all, it’s a new store, and it’s very cost-effective."

"The room is large, the suite has two bedrooms and one living room, each room has a separate bathroom, the balcony has a hot spring pool, the hot spring pool is too thin, four people can't soak down at all, there is a sparrow table, there is entertainment. The water temperature of the bathroom shower is not very hot, and the water volume is very fine. Overall."
