Ningbo's navigation was also incredibly reliable, even underground: I walked straight from the train station to the hotel without taking a single unnecessary step. This morning, I simply strolled over to Tianyi Pavilion. The service exceeded all expectations, with complimentary cinnamon lattes in the lobby... I genuinely wish I could come back here on my return journey, even just to wait for my train."

"I always stay at this hotel on Business but this was a family trip. The family was excellent in condition with all facilities that were needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were very friendly as always and were always approachable and ready to serve. I liked the breakfast here, particularly it had lots of vegetarian dishes. And yes, it’s very convenient location. Lots of malls and subway station next door. Overall, we were very satisfied."

"It's very quiet, and the room was clean. I stayed on the sunny side, so I got sunlight in the mornings, perfect for sunbathing. Being on a higher floor, I could watch the small train slowly pull into the station nearby. In the distance, I could see the Yongjiang River, making for a very open view. The location is excellent, and there's a pool with a comfortable water temperature, ideal for a vacation and relaxation. There are many dining options nearby, very close to Taicang Mianjie Restaurant, Sanheng Shuijianbao, and the Corner Food Stall. Yuetang Park is right next door, and Tianyi Pavilion isn't far either, perfect for a relaxing stroll. Plus, the subway station is right beside the hotel, making it convenient to get anywhere. The hotel even brought us a complimentary sweet tremella soup every night, which was a lovely, heartwarming touch. The front desk and lobby staff were also very welcoming and highly professional. When we arrived, they upgraded our room directly. My work pressure has been immense lately, so being able to spend a week here, sleeping in until I naturally woke up, and enjoying some seafood, was truly relaxing."

"I have stayed at this hotel at least 20 times over the past two years.  I have always been happy with the cleanliness of the room and the cleaning staff. They have always been very polite, friendly and very helpful. Sadly, on my last visit, I left an avocado out on the bench inside the room., I left the room for no more than two hours, and on my arrival I found that either a rat or a mouse had half eaten my avocado. I took a couple of pictures of the avocado with obvious bite marks from it and showed the front desk people. There was no apology made or any kind of reimbursement at all for this obvious health risk.  needless to say I will not be staying here again."

"The Bali staff are very polite and friendly. They went out of their way to help me with my stay. The rooms are quite large and the beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The shower had plenty of water pressure which is always nice. I want to call special attention to 2 people that were especially helpful and kind and really went above and beyond for hotel staff members in my view. This includes Fang Rui who helped me with ”all” my laundry and one of the manager's who name is Zhou Jianing made sure my stay and room requests were handled very quickly and easily."

Both the service details and the hardware facilities were far beyond expectations. It is very cost-effective and very suitable for family travel. Thoughtful and considerate service: The lady at the front desk took the initiative to hand over hot towels and welcome drinks when checking in. When she learned that we were traveling, she patiently hand-drew a map of the surrounding attractions. The housekeeper cleaned the room very carefully every day, even helping to organize the charger cable into a spiral shape, and leaving goodnight desserts when we came back at night. I was ecstatic with detail lovers! 2. Comfortable and quiet environment: The overall decoration style of the hotel is simple and elegant. The public areas are filled with green plants. As soon as you enter the door, you can smell a faint aromatherapy scent, which is very healing. The room is very soundproof, and you can't hear the traffic at all even on the street. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and there are two types of pillows to choose from, high and low. You can sleep well until dawn~ 3. Complete and intelligent facilities: Equipped with a whole-house intelligent control system, the lights, air conditioning, and curtains can all be voice-controlled, which is very friendly to lazy people; the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the shower room has stable water pressure, and there is an extra-large bathtub (some room types); there is a 24-hour gym and a constant temperature swimming pool downstairs, which is good news for fitness enthusiasts! 4. Surprise bonus for dining: The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western. The freshly made noodles/wontons are delicious and the ingredients are fresh. I love the details~ (If dinner is included, you can add: the dinner buffet is also very cost-effective, the seafood area is replenished in time, and the dessert level is comparable to that of a professional bakery!) 💡Tips: If I have to find some minor flaws, I hope the elevator waiting time can be improved (it may take 2-3 minutes during peak hours); in addition, seats are a bit tight during the breakfast peak period, so it is recommended to eat during off-peak hours~ 📌Summary: All in all, this stay experience exceeded expectations. "This hotel stay experience is perfect! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff welcomed me warmly, checked me in quickly, and also helped me upgrade the room type. The room was clean and tidy, with a reasonable layout, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. As soon as I lay down, I felt my fatigue instantly dissipated. I slept well that night. "環境：靠近羅蒙遊樂園，對面就是銀泰城，一應俱全。 交通：過個馬路從11號門進去，走到底6號門出來就是羅蒙的遊客中心。各種方便。距離地鐵口可能有點距離，但是門口小溜租一下1塊錢，酒店和地鐵口就可以來回穿梭了。距離寧波博物館打車9塊錢左右。距離寧波站出租車打表50塊有點貴了。如果時間充足地鐵過來也很方便的。 比起羅蒙周邊其他酒店，我覺得曼居算性價比很高的一家酒店了。這次碰上秋假，錯峯出行體驗感很好👍🏻 設施：都很新，就是房間不是智能的，但是並無大礙。 服務：給我們升級了親子房，超大。可惜因為和朋友要同層，所以房間是女孩子的hello Kitty的🤣但是朋友女兒不要太喜歡哈哈哈 房間裏有帳篷⛺和書架，孩子們各取所需的玩耍。酒店裡設施跟得上，帶娃真的輕鬆一半😄 早餐的話種類很豐富，先燒的麪類餛飩，還有蛋炒飯之類的，牛奶，果汁等等自助餐形式，大人們孩子們都喜歡。"
