"The room design is perfect. I chose this hotel for my first business trip to Ningbo. The location is excellent. It is within walking distance to the subway/Tianyi Square/Old Bund. It is convenient to travel and find food. The room is clean and tidy, no smell, reasonable layout, good lighting, separate bathroom dry and wet, fast hot water, stable water pressure. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, soundproofed, and sleeps until dawn. The front desk service is efficient and intimate, and the surrounding area is actively introduced; the rooms are cleaned meticulously and supplemented in time. "The first room they gave us was a bit small. We spoke to the front desk, and they were very proactive in resolving the issue, moving us to a larger room. On the day we checked out, I left something behind, and they immediately found it and kept it safe. Overall, this hotel is truly excellent. For anyone traveling, I highly recommend choosing this place first. I've stayed in countless hotels, and their service attitude and problem-solving abilities are something many other hotels could learn from. Truly fantastic!"

"This hotel is located on the 14th floor of Tianyi Plaza shopping mall. I initially booked a twin room, but found that it didn't have any real windows – only interior windows. There was even a balcony separating the window from the outside, so no sunlight could get in. The room was tiny and stuffy, completely unlike what was advertised. The front desk staff, however, had a good service attitude. After a rather complicated process, I eventually switched to a river-view king room. This room was also very small, and even though it had a 'real' window, it was still separated by a balcony. At that point, I just gave up on switching again. Unfortunately, the room's water system had issues. I suspect the water pressure wasn't sufficient and required an extra pump to activate. Whenever I used the sink or flushed the toilet after using it, there was an extremely loud, booming noise, like an engine starting up. I could even hear the same noise when toilets on the floor above were flushed. Apparently, the entire 14th floor is like this, and all the rooms have problems. The 15th and 16th floors don't have this noise issue, but they also lack interior windows. Basically, every room in this hotel has some kind of problem. If you choose a room with a window, you have to put up with the incredibly loud noise. If you choose a room without a window (an interior window), you'll have to endure stuffy air and poor lighting. Do NOT stay here!!!"

"The room is clean, tidy, sanitary and odorless. The surrounding facilities are very convenient. The front desk staff is also very friendly and gave a bottle of mineral water. The room has air conditioning, TV, and wifi."

"Great location, right next to the subway station, very convenient. There's also a convenience store downstairs, making it easy to grab anything you need. Parking in the basement is 20 a day. The parking lot is huge, but a bit tricky to navigate. The air conditioning works well and keeps the place warm. It would be great if there was a coat rack in the living room, as the sofa is quite small and it's inconvenient to sit with coats on it. The bathroom is pretty small, and so is the shower cubicle."
