"I had a fairly pleasant stay at this hotel. The place is simple and unpretentious, but well maintained and functional, which is more than enough. The rooms were clean, just like the common areas — everything was neat, tidy, and well taken care of.
A big positive point is the gym, which is well equipped and enjoyable to use. There is also a gaming room, which is a great idea in theory. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use it because everything was running through a VPN, which blocked access and made gaming impossible. That’s a shame, because the concept itself is really nice.
The staff and other guests were generally very friendly, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. You feel comfortable there, with no unnecessary fuss. Overall, everything was quite pleasant, with a good vibe and a solid value for money.
This is not a luxury hotel, but for a practical, clean, and comfortable stay, it does the job very well. I would recommend it if you’re looking for something simple, efficient, and friendly."

"The room facilities were pretty much as depicted in the photos, though there was a yellow stain on the bathroom floor. The front desk staff were quite nice, but the soundproofing was truly awful. Staying two nights was a real struggle. On the first day, it rained all day so we didn't go out, and children were constantly running, chasing, and shouting in the hallway. At night, I generally couldn't fall asleep until 2 AM. It felt like the whole building had Bluetooth audio sharing enabled; I could hear every conversation next door and every footstep upstairs crystal clear. I honestly wouldn't recommend it."

"This hotel is located on the 14th floor of Tianyi Plaza shopping mall.
I initially booked a twin room, but found that it didn't have any real windows – only interior windows. There was even a balcony separating the window from the outside, so no sunlight could get in. The room was tiny and stuffy, completely unlike what was advertised.
The front desk staff, however, had a good service attitude.
After a rather complicated process, I eventually switched to a river-view king room. This room was also very small, and even though it had a 'real' window, it was still separated by a balcony. At that point, I just gave up on switching again. Unfortunately, the room's water system had issues. I suspect the water pressure wasn't sufficient and required an extra pump to activate.
Whenever I used the sink or flushed the toilet after using it, there was an extremely loud, booming noise, like an engine starting up. I could even hear the same noise when toilets on the floor above were flushed.
Apparently, the entire 14th floor is like this, and all the rooms have problems. The 15th and 16th floors don't have this noise issue, but they also lack interior windows.
Basically, every room in this hotel has some kind of problem. If you choose a room with a window, you have to put up with the incredibly loud noise. If you choose a room without a window (an interior window), you'll have to endure stuffy air and poor lighting.
Do NOT stay here!!!"

"The location is excellent, right by a subway exit. Our room's window directly faced Tianyi Square, offering expansive and beautiful city views. The room's soundproofing was superb, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. We especially appreciated the complimentary bottled water, a really thoughtful and convenient touch. Our room was clean and comfortable, styled with a minimalist, light grey decor that created a relaxing and soothing atmosphere. It had ample lighting and a convenient service call button right by the bed. Breakfast was light, delicious, and well-balanced, catering perfectly to a wide range of preferences. The front desk lounge on the first floor was thoughtfully designed and very inviting."

GGuest UserThe location of the B&B is very good. It is a renovation of an old house. The proprietress is very welcoming. She waited at the gate in advance and helped with the luggage. She treated us like relatives visiting during the Chinese New Year. It felt like home.
It is best to stay overnight in the ancient town. It is especially good to visit in the morning and evening.

GGuest UserI booked a 60-square-meter Ruiya twin room with my colleagues. The check-in service and the sanitation of the hotel's public spaces were all good. The room is spacious, the facilities are well designed, new but no odor, and parking is free. I am quite satisfied with my stay. Unexpectedly, after checking out and arriving at the parking lot, the car's battery had a problem and wouldn't start. I asked the hotel for help, and the manager was awesome. He came immediately and used his own car to jump-start us. After working for a long time, he found that the hybrid car's battery was under the trunk. The trunk couldn't be opened because the car had no power, but because we were in time to catch the flight, we decided to leave the car here and let someone pick it up. The manager saw that we were very anxious and offered to take us to the airport. My colleagues and I were very grateful to the manager and fortunately we caught the flight. After we left, the hotel front desk helped to keep the keys, handed them to the person who came to pick up the car, and sent me a message to tell me that the keys had been taken away. Give the store manager a big thumbs up!!!

CCliffHangerThe land lady is really kind & nice, attended to all our needs & requests. They serve decent food at their self-run local restaurant & the location is within a charming village. The room is new, so if it was cleaned properly, I would have given an easy 5 stars. However, only the bed linens & towels are obviously sanitary & the rest are all questionable. But the hot water in the shower is very hot, which is a big plus & The pillows are soft & comfortable. I would recommend not to drink the water from the boiling device as it tastes funny, and keep the bathroom door closed because there’s an awful smell that comes out of it sometimes. The public veranda overlooking the mountains is not maintained at all & is dirty, if not, it would be a great spot to relax. Overall my stay was ok, especially because of the very accommodating land lady/owner.

BBenpaode-xiniuI've been staying at this hotel for three consecutive years now. Every time I visit Ningbo, this is my go-to choice because it offers great value for money! The hotel environment is lovely, and it's very clean. It's also conveniently located with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to transportation. Taking the bus to Putuoshan is a breeze too; you just need to walk to the South Bus Station next to the South Plaza. The seafood noodles at the small restaurant to the left of the hotel are absolutely delicious – a must-try every time I visit, and they only cost 25 yuan! I didn't take any photos of the hotel this time, but I'll make sure to get some next time.

GGuest UserThe king-size bed exceeded my expectations! The decor was simple yet cozy, very comfortable. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the toiletries were complete and easy to use. It was exceptionally quiet at night, I slept incredibly well, and the price was reasonable. This experience was truly worthwhile, I've already recommended it to my friends! The receptionist was very friendly. It's right next to Universal Studios Japan and a shopping mall – so convenient!
