While the hotel rooms aren't particularly spacious, the best design aspect of the bathroom is that it's fully enclosed and not separated by transparent glass. This is ideal for friends sharing a room, providing much-needed privacy and avoiding any awkwardness."

"Ningbo is fantastic! So much to see and great food. Cleanliness: Decent. Facilities: Very good. The only minor issue was a persistent oily smell near the elevators on the sixth floor; I'm not sure what caused it. Service: Excellent. The front desk staff were all very warm and welcoming."

"The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and tidy. The hotel is easy to find on the street and offers parking. It's conveniently located with good transportation links to all the major attractions. The hotel itself has a nice ambiance, and the lobby is stylish. Plus, they serve breakfast! The staff were very enthusiastic and responsible, going out of their way to help with parking arrangements. I was very satisfied and highly recommend it!"

"Location: A few minutes' walk from Ningbo Railway Station, with a bus stop right outside; located on a main road, possibly part of the same chain as Xingyi Hotel, with a dedicated parking lot 150 meters away; abundant restaurants nearby. Facilities: Elevator, air conditioning, clothes rack; however, I'm unsure if it's due to the distance between the air conditioner and the bed or the damp, cold weather, but although I could feel the warm air from the air conditioner, it wasn't very warm when lying in bed; disposable cups; strong hot water in the shower; a dedicated clothesline in the bathroom; treadmill in the hallway. Cleanliness: Relatively clean. Environment: Neat and orderly inside and out. Service: The front desk proactively upgraded my room (possibly due to the off-season); the front desk staff used standard etiquette and language; reliable responses regarding parking. Value for money is acceptable."

"I had a fairly pleasant stay at this hotel. The place is simple and unpretentious, but well maintained and functional, which is more than enough. The rooms were clean, just like the common areas — everything was neat, tidy, and well taken care of. A big positive point is the gym, which is well equipped and enjoyable to use. There is also a gaming room, which is a great idea in theory. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use it because everything was running through a VPN, which blocked access and made gaming impossible. That’s a shame, because the concept itself is really nice. The staff and other guests were generally very friendly, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. You feel comfortable there, with no unnecessary fuss. Overall, everything was quite pleasant, with a good vibe and a solid value for money. This is not a luxury hotel, but for a practical, clean, and comfortable stay, it does the job very well. I would recommend it if you’re looking for something simple, efficient, and friendly."

"The hotel environment is very good and clean. There is a subway entrance at the door, which is very convenient for the train station and surrounding attractions. Every time I pass by the front desk, they will greet me and serve me with a smile. The room is very comfortable. I stayed here to visit relatives during the Spring Festival. I was very satisfied with the whole thing after a few days. The room facilities are also very complete."

"Nanwan Hotel was a really pleasant surprise. It was very clean, incredibly affordable, yet looked and felt like something much more expensive. The design and overall impression were impressive for the price. My room did have a window, but the view was straight into a wall and a door leading to what seemed to be a school inside the same building. I could hear the teacher and the kids, which woke me up in the morning. The location wasn’t exactly central, and the building looks a bit worn from the outside — but that didn’t bother me at all. Inside, everything was neat, comfortable, and much better than I expected for the price. A great budget-friendly stay that exceeded my expectations overall."

It boasts a prime location, just a short walk from the metro station and directly opposite Tianyi Plaza. A major highlight is that it's brand new, having opened its doors in 2024! 1. **Convenient Location ❤️** There's a bus stop conveniently located right outside, and the subway entrance is a mere 200 meters away. With Tianyi Plaza directly opposite, it's incredibly handy to pop back to the hotel for a quick break whenever you're tired from shopping. 2. **Service ❤️** As part of the HUAZHU Group, members enjoy benefits such as late check-out until 2 PM. Gold members also receive a 12% discount and complimentary breakfast. 3. **Amenities & Environment ❤️** Given its recent opening, the hotel's facilities are top-notch. Despite being in a lively downtown area, it offers a surprisingly peaceful and quiet ambiance. The in-room air conditioning is very effective, and both the laundry room and restaurant areas are well-maintained and pleasant. 4. **Minor Drawbacks ❤️** On the downside, late check-out typically incurs a fee, with the standard check-out time being 12 PM, unless you're a member. However, my booking confirmation via Trip.com stated a 1 PM check-out, which was inconsistent with the hotel's policy. Additionally, parking is not available, likely due to its central downtown Tianyi location."

"Shared the room with a friend. Hotel has all the necessary amenities. It is very close to the train station and also therefore a metro station which is very convenient. Toiletries and toothpaste & toothbrushes are provided. The shower was great. We didn’t do much in the city itself but if you were to explore the city it is in a very good location. We wanted a more relaxed experience in Ningbo. Instead we took a DiDi to the Southern Song Sculpture Park (南宋石刻公园), afterwards took a walk around Dongqian lake (东钱湖), and then took the metro back to the hotel. If you want to go straight to the lake you can just take the metro directly there. There is a lot of things to do in and around the hotel. There are a few restaurants right next to the hotel which was useful after a long day travelling."
