You can really feel the unique aesthetic and dedicated management philosophy of the owners. The entire B&B boasts a sophisticated and luxurious designer style, subtly blending local ******* influences. The environment is serene and quiet, full of atmosphere, and every photo turns out beautifully. The location is excellent, making travel super convenient! 😄😊 The room's amenities are on par with a five-star hotel, with thoughtful details everywhere. Oxygen equipment and humidifiers are readily available, perfectly suited for the high-altitude climate. All sorts of daily necessities are exquisite and complete, and the bedding is super comfortable and soft – it truly feels like home. The overall living comfort is top-notch. The B&B also has an elevator, which is incredibly convenient for handling luggage, a rare find in Shangri-La. 👍👍 Finally, a special thank you for your care and help. The service from the owners was simply impeccable; they thoughtfully arranged airport transfers in advance, and to our surprise, offered a complimentary room upgrade during check-in. The staff are gentle and enthusiastic, responding quickly to any needs, and the facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. The entire stay was comfortable and rejuvenating, leaving us feeling completely relaxed throughout… If you're looking for high-quality accommodation, this is definitely the place to choose. "I arrived at Banyan Tree Ringha completely exhausted. Was a long road trip day from Lijiang. The first night was not exactly magical. I barely ate dinner, had to postpone my spa appointment because I wasn’t feeling well, and somehow ended up holding an all-night conference with a fly in my villa. Needless to say, I barely slept. But somewhere along the way, the entire stay started to turn around. The staff quietly took care of things without making a show of it. My unfinished dinner was delivered back to my room. When I couldn’t find transportation the next morning because of the resort’s remote location, the front desk found a driver for me within 30 minutes. Even my personal concierge had been around me much of the time before I realized who she was. Then came the spa. My therapist, 拉姆, had what I can only describe as healing hands. The treatment went far beyond physical relaxation — it felt mental, emotional, and almost spiritual. I travel extensively and have stayed at many exceptional hotels, but Banyan Tree Spa genuinely exceeded its reputation for me. That night, I had the best sleep I’d had in nearly two weeks. The resort itself is not about excess. The dining selection may not be as elaborate as some of the world’s grandest five-star hotels, but somehow that suited the place perfectly. There was something about the property I still find difficult to explain — the mountains, the silence, the space, the people, perhaps even the energy of the land itself. It felt as though the entire place had quietly wrapped itself around me. Nothing dramatic happened; it simply seemed to work on me little by little, allowing me to slow down, breathe again, and heal in a way I had not expected. On my final morning, I did a stretch class, enjoyed the photo shoot included with my stay, and took advantage of a late checkout so there was no rush to leave. The same driver who had helped me the day before picked me up again, took me through the remaining half of my itinerary, and somehow got me to the airport just in time for my flight. I arrived exhausted and restless. I left rested, grounded, and somehow lighter. Sometimes the most memorable hotels are not the ones that simply impress you. They are the ones that quietly change the way you feel before you leave."

"The hotel's location is excellent, and the design is really stylish. Our room was spacious, bright, comfortable, and warm. The hotel service was great 👍, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The room we booked even had a tea table on the bay window, complete with aged Pu'er tea. When we checked out, they surprised us with a gift of Pu'er tea cakes and hand cream!"

"In the morning, our butler, Renqing Daji, who has spent eight years studying in India, took us on an in-depth tour of Songzanlin Monastery. He explained everything through his own insights – the principles of hearing, contemplation, and cultivation; body, speech, and mind; the Six Paths of Reincarnation; thinking of others before yourself; cultivating humanity; and how awakening can come in times of despair. He also shared the origin of Shangri-La, whose ******* name means 'Sun and Moon in the Heart,' and how this area is the core of the Three Parallel Rivers (Jinsha, Nujiang, and Lancang Rivers). In the early morning, outside the monastery, we could see elderly ******* men and women from the village doing their circumambulations. In the evening, uncles and aunties from the nearby Xiaojiezi Village performed their traditional dances. From afar, on the hotel hillside, we could also see the Manjushri Bodhisattva mantra made by the villagers. The hotel museum showcases ******* artifacts and Thangkas from the 15th to 19th centuries. Suggestion: The collection in the Songtsam Museum within the hotel is excellent; I hope they will add professional guided tours."

The hotel's location is superb, surrounded by a plethora of dining options, and transportation is incredibly convenient, with both bus and metro stations just a stone's throw away. What truly delighted me was the breakfast, which offered both local specialties and classic Western dishes, all authentically delicious and varied. If you appreciate a vintage ambiance, seek great value for money and convenience, and long for warm, personalized service, then this old hotel is absolutely the perfect choice. It's like a warm haven nestled in a city corner, its charm, refined by time, offering every traveler an unforgettable stay."
