"The industrial-style decor was as basic as it gets, which was fine since I only needed to sleep for five hours before catching my flight. There was no view from the window, it was completely blocked. It's a convenient ten-minute drive to the airport, and there's also a shuttle bus available."

"This is a fantastic hotel! Its location near Madrid Airport's T4 terminal is super convenient – just one train stop away. The rooms are well-equipped, and they even provide complimentary bottled water and slippers, making it great value for money. However, a heads-up about the airport shuttle: it only runs from 6 AM to 9 PM (hotel departure times). I missed it both ways to and from the airport, which was a bit of a shame."

"A perfect stay. Beautiful, comfortable, and fully equipped room. Excellent location for where we were going (National Music Auditorium). I would definitely return. Highly recommended."

"This hotel has a lot of character, though the winding hallways felt a bit like a maze. We also had to get our key cards reprogrammed three times at the front desk before both room keys worked. But aside from that, everything else was great! The hallways are clean and modern, and there are three elevators, so you don't have to navigate the 'maze' much (except for walking to the very end for breakfast). The location is excellent; it's just a few steps to Puerta del Sol, making it easy to reach any major attraction in the city center. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The staff were very enthusiastic and helpful, and they always greeted us warmly when we returned. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse – one of the most extensive we've seen across the 7-8 countries we've visited. The buffet had rows and rows of food! Our room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate, very tidy, and everything worked well. Overall, this was one of the most comfortable hotels we stayed at during our trip, apart from the initial hassle with the key cards on the first day. It would be even better if they could fix those faulty key cards!"

"My new favorite hotel in Madrid; friendly and helpful staff. Both the young guys and the gentleman at the front desk were very kind and had a great vibe. They very kindly allowed me to check in early. Comfortable, well-maintained, and clean facilities. There's a very convenient bus route to the airport that gets you there quickly; or you can simply take an Uber which won't cost you more than €12. The nearest station is Suanzes, which takes about 10-15 minutes to reach. Safe and quiet surroundings. I'm returning to Madrid in the next few days and will definitely book this hotel again. Thanks to all the staff for their great service!"

"The 611 Hotel is spacious and comfortable, with excellent public facilities including a swimming pool and a gym. The landscaping is beautifully designed, making it ideal for relaxation. It's very close to the subway station, about a 2-minute walk away. The No. 200 city bus takes you to the airport, making it very convenient (taking the 200 bus saves you the 3-euro airport tax on the subway). The hotel reception staff were very friendly, and check-in and check-out were efficient. They even let us check into our room early so we could rest and enjoy the hotel facilities. Thank you very much!"

"The hotel is nicely located, you can access the heart of the city by foot quite easily. Other than that, I felt like it was way overrated. The bed is large and comfortable but the room is small, the bathroom is like a leaking closet, there is a tiny window with views over the reception and the bar area which means you have absolutely no privacy if the black curtains are not closed. You hear the plumbing very loudly every time someone is using the flush in their room and you hear everything that is happening in the doorway. The electric plugs are out of their socket, the thing to hang your wet towels are broken and falling down every time you're putting your towel. For a 150€/night room, it felt like a scam as everything is very cheap quality. The worst part was the breakfast. 23€ if you pay the same day, 19,50€ if you book the day before. Guys, it's not worth your money ! It's ultra cheap quality. Something you can expect when you pay 10€ but definitely not more than 20€ ! You cannot even order freshly made eggs. It's all industrial products, very low quality and quite frankly not good (the fried potatoes are horrible). No fresh fruit juice, cold cuts are a disgrace for Spain. Nice gym. Small but well equipped. I haven't seen the pool. So yes the hotel looks good from the outside and the inside but I'm expecting they attract people with that, selling themselves as a hip and cool place but charging you way more than the low quality of what they are truly selling. I will not come back for this price."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to Puerta del Sol, where you'll find metro stations and a small train station. El Corte Inglés department store is also very close by. We had a triple room, which was a good size; we could open our suitcases easily. The sofa bed in the living area and the main bedroom were separate enough for privacy, making it perfect for a family trip. The bathroom was quite clean, and the fixtures and fittings felt premium and were comfortable to use. Breakfast offered a full spread with cheese, cold cuts, juice, bread, and fruit – plenty to fill up on for the morning. You could even skip lunch if you wanted to. Water and coffee in the room seemed to be chargeable."
