"That's an ok hotel. They had serious issues with the room keys so checking in took forever and the staff had to accompany me twice to the room until they understood that it's really the key that's not working. And I was not the only guest with this problem this evening. I'd definitely hoped for a more professional behavior."

"I think this is the perfect hotel for a trip to Nuremberg. It's about a 20-minute walk from the central station. There's a tram running right next to the hotel, making it easy to access tourist attractions. There is a fan in the room, which is sufficient for the German summer."

"This is a premium hotel at an affordable price and we had a great stay at the Park Plaza Nuremberg. The rooms are modern, large, comfy and bright. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We had a quick check in and there is some infused water and fruit near the front desk you can enjoy during your stay. They also helped guide us to the parking across the street at the Hauptbahnhof parkade which has designated parking spaces if you keep to the right once you enter on the first level. All we needed to do was to trade our parking pass for one of hotels and it cost 17 euros a day with unlimited in/out privileges and we could stay as late if needed the next day. The rooms are nicely appointed with some modern decor, good lighting, a couple of comfy chairs, a desk, large TV, coffee/tea station, mini fridge and a bluetooth speaker. The bed was very comfy and we got a very good night's rest here. There was an Albrecht Durer book in our room as well as some Albrecht Durer inspired art in the hotel. They provided a complimentary mineral water in the room which we chilled and enjoyed after a big day of walking throughout Nuremburg. The bathroom is large with a nice big shower and good jasmine/bergamot bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. There is plenty of counter space, a towel warming rack and a thick door which made for a nice experience. The bathroom was pretty clean but there were some dust bunnies under the sink and one of the cups did not look clean. The shower offered great pressure with a rain shower head and a handheld. Hot water was very easy to get and plentiful. The location of this hotel is ideal if you plan on exploring the city by foot. It is within a 15 minute walk to most of Nuremburg's best attractions and is right across the street from the central station and where the Handwerkerhof Nuremberg (crafts market) and Frauentor. In addition to the central station and it's Ubahn offerings there is also a large bus terminal and plenty of trams right in front of the hotel too. There are plenty of good restaurants in the old town area nearby too and some fast service restaurants in the central station. There is an underpass to get into the central station which makes the hotel easy to get to."

"Overall, the hotel is OK. The surrounding environment is average. It is convenient to get in and out. There are subways and buses at the door."

"The hotel was nice in all aspects, except the bed was very uncomfortable. We also got 2x singles on a couple holiday which isn't ideal (but that's not factored into this rating as I understand that situation). Staff were friendly, room was clean, and location was brilliant."

"Very historic and dated hotel, the location is quite convenient in Nuremberg, the station can be reached by walking 15 minutes. Business travel is to attend toy fairs. Stay at this one almost every year, and although the service is not the same as Asian hotels, it’s good. "Next to the Convention and Exhibition Center, the location is hesitant. The hardware facilities are mediocre and there is very little gym equipment. You can only do aerobic exercise and light weight supersets. Hygiene is still clean."
