"Booked for three people. A sofa bed was already set up for us. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I really liked the attic-style window. The bathroom's shower pressure was a bit weak, but I was generally satisfied. However, I kept trying to call the reception from my room, but couldn't get through, so I had to go down to the first floor after 10 PM. They might need more staff at the reception. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast; there wasn't much variety, and depleted items weren't refilled. The location was good. It was an overall decent experience."

"This is our favourite hotel in Nuremberg!! Attention to detail on every step of the experience, their crews were simply amazing! They are happy to serve you, not one person but every staff that I encountered. I got a surprise birthday cake in my room with a hand written note, am truly grateful and heartfelt. "The hotel location is very good, walking distance to the old town. The rooms are clean and simple. The car park entrance was not clearly stated (I don't remember see this in the email confirmation or the trip.com page) and I have to message the hotel to ask for the exact location. The entrance to the carpark is very challenging as it is a very narrow turn towards the gantry. It was lucky that our car is relatively small in size. Overall, we do enjoy our stay at this hotel due to the convenient location and clean room."

Beautiful decorations. Games available. Free drinks if decline room cleaning for the day! We had free wine n beers for two nights"

"Bad experience in double charging and then they agreed for their mistake once their Manager was called. Lost atleadt 30 minutes and got delayed for a the meeting AC not working in the 1st room provided and then had to change room late night"

"It's close to the train station and takes less than 10 minutes to walk there. There are many restaurants around, and it is also close to the commercial street. There are supermarkets, Burger King, and McDonald's inside the train station. It's no problem if you are not used to local food. This location is very convenient. The apartment is quite large and has a terrace. Breakfast is at the ramen restaurant next to the hotel. There is a door directly through the hotel. At first glance, there doesn’t seem to be that much on display, and it’s not as sumptuous as those in some star-rated hotels, but the food here is the most comfortable and sumptuous among all the foreign hotels I’ve stayed in. Most of the restaurant employees are Vietnamese and speak average English, but they are very simple and work quietly. There was a middle-aged German female employee who was good at communication and very enthusiastic and meticulous. She didn't come the next day. In order to avoid others not understanding my needs, she specifically told them that she wanted to heat the meat for me before she left. Sure enough, when I was about to eat, they brought the heated fish and meat before I said anything. At No. 16 Spitalgasse, about 15 minutes' walk from the hotel, there is a very good German-style restaurant. Unlike other restaurants that put all the tables on the street, this restaurant is not easy to see from the outside, but the taste is very good and the price is good. Fairly, the portion is relatively large. Girls may need one portion of the main dish for two people. There are two Chinese waiters in the restaurant who speak Cantonese, which makes ordering a lot easier. If I go to Nuremberg again, I will choose this hotel again."

"Location and amenities are nice but front office staff is in a weird state. The first guy who checked us in looked rather disheveled. You could literally look through the shirt that was also messy to begin with. One guy during night shift seemed cold towards guests and was not inclined to be helpful while the two ladies during early shift put their priority on looking at TikToks and whatnot right infront of guests. Being casual is one thing but making guests feel like an afterthought might be pushing it. If there is a front office manager they might want to rethink how things are handled. Cleaning staff and breakfast staff were professional and welcoming."

"the room was beautiful and spacious, and breakfast was adequate, though some variety would have been a bonus. quiet location away from the hustle and bustle was something we appreciated! however, perhaps we’re not used to this, but no water and no fridge were provided. also, there was a constant sewage smell from the toilet bowl. overall, still a pleasant stay and good value for what we paid:)"

"Location: About a fifteen-minute walk from the train station, on the edge of the old town. It's roughly a fifteen-minute walk to the castle as well. Convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. Room: The hygiene was decent, and the facilities were up to standard. Service: The front desk staff had a very poor attitude."

"Breakfast German Fan, nameplate full German, do not understand, guess to eat, huh, huh. The rooms are extremely bright and spacious, with large slabs of glass and bright lighting! The shortcoming lies in the smell of the bathroom toilet area, the shower room has no door, and it is easy to wash into the water. But I have to give a compliment, the baby's toy is left in the hotel, and I am mailed in time!"
