"Our room was literally 5 seconds away from the Mediterranean Sea – you could open the door from the bedroom straight to it! Every single staff member was incredibly helpful. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the freshly made omelets were absolutely delicious! Plus, the room itself was very spacious."

"The Four Seasons in Egypt was the worst experience I had. The hotel or its agents seem to deliberately create communication barriers to make exorbitant profits. It was already a very expensive stay, but they still found every opportunity to charge even more. Aside from its advantageous location with good views, there was nothing else good about it. We didn't cancel the room, but they said the agent had cancelled it. When we asked to change the guest's name, they said it couldn't be changed because the agent hadn't sent an email requesting a change! I booked it for a friend, and in the end, my friend had to pay again, and the crucial point is that the amount was 50% higher than what I had prepaid!"

"Everything was great. The neighborhood is lovely - clean and not crowded at all. There's a private beach. Everything is new and modern. Breakfast had a good selection, and I especially loved the fresh strawberry and guava juices, and the beef patties."

"My mother and I came for a couple of days and had a wonderful time. This is exactly what we were looking for: a few days in Cairo followed by an uninterrupted stay at a beachfront hotel in Alexandria. The resort is huge, so we never got bored and always found something to do. We attended the daily evening shows/performances on the beach, did water sports, swam in different pools and on the various beaches, visited the spa, and tried all the restaurants within the hotel grounds (which had reasonable prices). You can always request a golf cart to get to all locations, and all the staff are friendly and smiling, always ready to help. We checked out very early in the morning, so the day before, we requested breakfast boxes. To our surprise, we noticed at the airport that these huge boxes and nice bags contained just a couple of dry croissants and two slices of cake. It's not a major negative, but we were expecting a more substantial breakfast, considering it was included in the price. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! 🥰"

"Quiet yet central, the hotel feels very safe and is fully equipped. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the staff at the reception desk are very welcoming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though the soundproofing could be better; you can hear noise from the hallway and the football field at night. "We booked the hotel for one night. The room description mentioned a hairdryer and bathrobes, but upon arrival, none of these were available. The room itself was old, and the curtains on one side of the window were torn and didn't close completely, letting in light in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. The hotel markets itself as a 5-star property, but unfortunately, there were no toothbrushes or slippers. The hotel's location, however, is excellent!"

"I have stayed at Hilton Cairo Heliopolis many times, and I generally love Hilton properties wherever I go. I just checked out after a one-night stay at Hilton Corniche Alexandria. This stay was meant to help us decide which hotel to book for the remaining 13 nights of our trip. Unfortunately, Hilton Alexandria was not the right choice for us. The hotel itself is beautiful and meets the physical standards you’d expect from Hilton. However, the staff experience was the worst I’ve ever had at any Hilton property. Check-in was very slow, and no information was provided at all. We only discovered that the hotel had beach access by pure accident—after we had already checked out. At the buffet, service was extremely slow, with orders either missing or incorrect. Upon departure, I did what I always do: I called reception to confirm checkout and ensure there was no outstanding balance. I was clearly told everything was settled and that we were free to leave. After we had already left the hotel, a valet ran after me and my wife in the street and asked us to return because “they wanted to talk.” We were brought back only to be lectured by a reception employee (female, dark hair, glasses) about how I should have come to the desk despite already calling. There was no issue, no balance, and nothing to resolve—she simply lectured me and then let us go. This was unnecessary, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. She could have easily checked the room balance herself instead of calling us back in such a cheap and embarrassing way"

"The location is on the edge of the summer palace. It is very convenient to visit the summer palace. It should be a very good quiet seaside hotel, but the whole area is being renovated when you check in. It is like a large construction site. The advantage is gone. The disadvantage of being far from the city center is highlighted. It is better to live in a hotel near Fort Quinn. Feel better Alexander. Room facilities are good, new in Alexandria, but breakfast does not meet the five-star standard"
