"The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, both in the rooms and public areas. The room felt comfortable and well-organized. The breakfast menu offered a good variety of tasty options. The hotel staff were friendly and responsive. Especially during check-out, I was assisted by Ms. Nurul, who provided quick and helpful service.
One thing to note is that access to the hotel is currently not ideal because the road leading to it is under renovation, which slightly affected the travel comfort. However, overall, the stay at this hotel was quite satisfying."

"I love staying here with my family. Alana provides a charging station for EV, which is very helpful and the staff also standby on the charging station to help us when we had a question. The parking lot are huge so we don't have to worry about where to park our car. This hotel is near from AEON, IKEA, Ah Poong and more cafe or restaurant. It was a great experience. All the staffs are giving their best services and humble. We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. One thing that rarely we found on another hotel is photobooth near the swimming pool. It's really memorable experience that we can print out the photo and remember our stay in Alana. We'll come back to stay here again in the future!!"

bed is comfortable. tv is big. drinking water is provided free flow on every floor. mosquitoes enters the room from the garden, so we had to lock the terrace door all the time."

The Junior Suite room is quite spacious, with facilities that are standard for a 3-star hotel. The reception staff was less helpful, but the other staff were quite helpful. "The hotel is a nice choice for a trip with family or as a couple. There is a water park inside the hotel complex and some attractions involving animals. It is also nice to jog around the hotel complex and to do some light sport, such in the badminton court and table tennis. All facilities are nice, except that they dont have any spa service. The hotel restaurants are nice with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They also have a nice souvenir shop.
I am particularly amazed with the exterior of the main hotel lobby and its interior that connects the lobby to the main restaurant have the Jurassic Park vibe (the first movie).
As it is part of the Taman Safari group, by stayinng there guests are entitled to a reduced price for visiting the Taman Safari Zoo. In the end we spent one full day at the hotel and one full day at the Taman Safari Zoo. It was a nice stay, but next time, we may stay at their sister hotel that is closer to the Taman Safari Zoo itself."

AAnonymous UserThe room itself was very clean and spacious. All necessary amenities such as coffee, tea, to soap, etc are available. I had to asked housekeeping to change pillow as it was smelly as it was used by people who didnt care about his/her head hygene. It was not the pillow case for sure. Pillows were replaced, however, they still have the same problem. Another small disappointment came from leaking ceiling. Which was could have been noticed by engineering because judging from the dripping stain, it happened for a long time, but never fixes. I complained, but nothing they could do except putting rugs on the floor. Actually they could have move me to another room. View from the large sliding door to the balcone was amazing. Breakfast also very nice and prepared properly. Another downside, due to resort design, when it rains, moving from room to parking or reception area have to use golf cart, which unfortunately only 2 available so have to wait for a while when they are busy. They is a small convenient shop for essential amenities. Cellphone signal is poor, so have to use hotel wifi, which I tried to avoid for security reason. Overall, this hotel is value for money. It is fairly inexpensive for amazing view, good restaurant and large room. Will come back again next time.

GGuest UserSlippers are comfy, adult pool is cold water, kiddie pool has warm water. Location is near the safari, but our room facing the front is noisy with motorcycle sounds. Poor soundproof, can hear next door peeps moving stuff and talking. Mosquitoes in the room (we kill 4 and still got bitten! and room cleanliness is not up to standard as when we check in the sink got toothpaste mark). The toilets got no doors so it will stink the whole room if you go potty.

AagathadescaGood place for staycation with loved ones. As we celebrate anniversary, hotel arrange small decoration on the mirror and give us anniversary cake. Location superb good, breakfast have a lot of selections. We enjoy the evening pool bar and dinner at madcow restaurant. Price wise and would definetly come back!

We asked for early checked in, it could be granted, but not early enough although we saw quite a number of guests already checked out. We also asked for a bit late check out and also granted for a very short period of time. The check in time of 3pm and check out time of 12 is not suitable for a resort hotel...
The other thing is that friendliness and service are fine.

GGuest UserWe already stay at Pesona Alam Resort a few time, for this visit, check-in took about 45 minutes, so we were supposed to check in at 3, but we only got the room at almost 4 pm. This was because the room wasn't ready yet and there were also many group guests checking in. Therefore, we were allowed to check out late at 1 pm.
The room we got this time wasn't very good because the floor was a little damaged so we had to be careful when walking for fear of breaking the tiles. Overall, everything was still good, well managed.

RRubirubiOverall was ok, breakfast they will sent to the room, I got fried rice everyday, got water outside the room you can refill anytime, in the room you will got towel and toothbrush only, the rest remember to bring your self, room is ok as deluxe standard. The first day we stay got one student group camp there, 95% usage by them very super Noisy can't sleep at all, they have activities till Midnight, the whole two day was miserable, they owner should not open if they have big group staying OMG😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. But if No group booking must be peaceful. You can consider to stay, makesure to ask no big group booking.
There's 24hour cafe opposite only, the other cafe also nice. Surrounded by pine trees.
The pool is used by 100 pax student and they was using it 2days and after they finish the pool super dirty and oily and the staff didn't clean it.

Parking is circling, even though there are still many empty ones, but covered with cones.
The receptionist is rude, and after breakfast, the room can no longer be accessed, even though it is still far from check out time, so you have to go downstairs again to ask for access, and there is no explanation or apology from the receptionist.
For the restaurant, the service is good, and the food is delicious.
