The basic double room was originally booked. The toilet was not clean and the bathroom floor was leaking. I contacted the hotel front desk for the first time. The handsome guy with big eyes at the front desk had a very good service attitude. I entered the room for inspection and maintenance as soon as possible. And on the second day, I upgraded and replaced a better suite. Although the bedside of the suite has the smell of a new bed, it does not affect the experience. The new room hygiene is very good, especially the front desk staff of the hotel pays attention to the customer experience and also sends me a free daily coffee coupon.
