"All the staff in the hotel are very welcoming, there are two Chinese speakers, the location is good, you can walk to Lake Fava to row boat or walk on the lakeside commercial street, there is also a very hot net red restaurant fresh elaments near the hotel, taste good to try. The hotel is fully equipped, cleaned very clean, there is a terrace on each floor, you can see the paragliding every day on the opposite mountain top, and you can also see a little snowy mountain. The double room we booked was great, the hot water and air conditioning were very good, but the single room facilities were relatively old, the air conditioning was not hot, Hot water is not good. Breakfast is not bad, the coffee provided is very good, you can choose a lot of types, the staff will actively and enthusiastically take care of and ask, but a little bit does not feel very good, it will be recommended to play items at breakfast, it is recommended that breakfast time is not better to disturb the guests."

"Perfect place to rest in Pokhara after 5 days trekking. The service here was fantastic, we arrived long before check in time but a room was made available within 10 minutes. The receptionist was so helpful during our stay, she arranged the laundry service and then helped us to arrange a new bus ticket to Chitwan when we missed our early morning bus. The coffee shop downstairs is a bonus and they even brought it up to our room. The room was spacious, clean and had excellent double views of the mountains!"

I asked to make a 3-4h soft style trek at their agency. In fact, it was difficult 6-8h walks with many stairs. Even being sports, it was very hard and especially the downturn Ghorepani in Tatopani"

"This is a very nice hotel...great location, great views, and a kind staff. While the free buffet breakfast is good, it's no where near 5 star... it's more like 3 star. with a very limited selection of food.
I enjoyed Pokhara so much that I decided to stay an extra week, and when I asked about rates booking directly with the hotel, they seemed arrogant and disinterested... saying there was no discount for booking directly with them. So I left and booked another hotel right on the lake , larger room and same buffet breakfast...for much less money. If you want to pay more for less, stay here."

GGuest UserChinese people choose carefully. I feel that this second-ranked list is really not worth it. It should be a swipe. I spent 1,500 to book a room. The same price is far different from the Marriott Hotel in Kathmandu. The price is at the level of a five-star hotel. Except that the hotel is close to the lake, there are not many highlights. The rooms are shabby and small. The food is not delicious and rich. If you have dinner, it is very expensive at your own expense. I wanted to go out to the Peace Pagoda and asked the hotel how much the fare was. I was told directly at the door that the hotel had a car and the price was 3500 round trip. I thought it was a bit expensive, so I went directly to the opposite side of the lake to find a black car and the price was 2000. It was a big difference. Twice as much. I really don’t recommend it and I probably won’t book with them again.
But there was one highlight that impressed me deeply. The ferry uncle and the security guard were really nice, kind and gentle.

GGuest UserAbsolutely stunning mountain views, we even got to see the 'golden mountains' at sunrise, which was breathtaking. The room facilities were great, everything you could need and all in good condition. The roasted nuts they provided daily were especially delicious. The staff were very nice, and most importantly, the chef's food was genuinely delicious. We stayed two nights, had two dinners and one lunch, and it cost a total of 840 RMB. It really was incredibly tasty! Every room has a balcony where you can see Machapuchare (Fish Tail Mountain). The 4th-floor pool and observation deck offer even better views than the rooms, so if you want to take photos in the morning, head up to the fourth floor. Taxis are a bit pricey, but you can also take the cable car down the mountain, though it's a bit of an effort. But then again, the mountain views are worth it!

ZZhuanshanzhuanshuizhuanqianThe facilities and breakfast rival those of boutique hotels in China, a rare find in Nepal. What impressed me most was the fragrance of the flowers in the courtyard—a truly detailed touch. The mountain and lake views are truly exceptional in the area, and there are even local couples dressed like Barbie dolls who come here specifically for wedding photos. Since I'm a hotel lover, I only stayed one night, but as a stopover after arriving in Pokhara, it was a great choice.

Chef Is great as the Ordered food was lovely , but the buffet breakfast was poorly organised and lots of ítems on the drinks menu unavaulable or sold out, wine not available by the glass, no coke (on one day) and the only drink on the specials board was Tequila sunrise but they had no tequila.Staff are just too nice and meek to ger mad at ,they just need a catering manager. Porter security guy carries all your cases up lots of stairs, managers very friendly. Stay in Lakeside,Pokhara before going to the retreat as to see it all lit up from the other side of the lake is quite a sight and a relief that you have moved on. Overall. probably are nicest stay in Nepal

IIvanThe hotel is not bad for the money. But it's certainly not 4 stars. There is no safe in the room, no disposable slippers. But the bed is nice and the balcony is great. Breakfast is until 9.30 and very simple. Americano is only available for an additional fee. The service is generally normal, but nothing outstanding. It would be more correct to honestly indicate that it is 3 stars, then reality would match expectations.

On the official website it’s written “free airport transfer”, we have asked the reception staff and have been told this service need additional charge. We asked the clarification of the service written on the official website but the staff said “I dun know”. The next day morning we reached to the manager, and has been told this service needs to be reserve one day in advanced and only applicable to the reservation through their official website. If we book through any other online platforms this service wont be available. Caz we extended for one more night and didn’t go through the online platforms, I thought we are eligible for the transfer. Well, this is already a middle class hotel in Pokhara but I don’t find it worth with the service. They should anyway inform the customer during check-in. Also not enough training for the front line staff. Lack of consistency.

I was there for one night only, the room was on the top floor, spacious, clean and comfortable, the city view was nice but unfortunately it was very foggy in the morning and during the day and the snowy himalaya mountain ranges were not in sight at all (bad timing🙁). The staff services were great, very helpful and attentive (especially Mr.Milan Aryal 👍). The food from resto (pasta) was also very nice and tasty. Keep up the great work and surely will stay at snow peak hotel if ever go back to Pokhara! Cheers...

李李Very good hotel, did not bargain 300 rupees from the airport. Keep at the beginning of Fewa Lake. Next to the commercial street, there are goods to eat and sell. A 5-minute walk along the lake is the cruise ship pier, which takes 20 minutes to reach the widest water surface of Fewa Lake. The top of the hotel can clearly see the towering snow-capped mountains. It is generally clear in the morning and is covered by clouds after noon. The hotel has its own car and driver to rent, the price is not compared, but it should be more reliable than the taxi on the street. When we went out, we encountered thunderstorms. The driver was always with us, and the psychological situation was much more practical. Good environment, breakfast, free delivery to the airport.

GGuest UserLocation is good. Lake view. Photo number standard in the proposal is not true. I did not live in it, I lived with the view of the lake. The rooms are clean, the repair was long ago. For their stated money norms. The bed needs to be watched to be fresh, however, as in many Indian and Nepal hotels of the middle hand.
The restaurant is a special topic. It seemed delicious, it seemed clean and good until I ordered one dish with vegetables cut, it turned out they cut on the board after meat. One of them has a board. And for chicken and vegetables. A piece of freshness got into my vegetables, and... refused.
It must be said that the staff is very kind, trying. The meat plate was taken, tried to apologize and something to redo, but...
The hotel manager bought me a night bus ticket to Katmandu, planted on it.
