"Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Begonia for 6 nights and 5 days. The room was simply elegant, comfortable and clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating making us feel right at home. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from Asian and Filipino foods. I love the free tote bag. Thank you so much Hotel Begonia❤️

"Good location, beaches within walking distance, 25 minutes walk to White Beach, 10 minutes to Dumalyun (entrance fee is 100 pesos), the house is very simple, the walls are thin, you can hear everything that is happening and what they are talking about outside, two rooms and a dining room, can accommodate 6 people (the second room has two bunk beds), there is a refrigerator and TV, no kettle, hot water at the reception (for a fee), there is hot water in the shower, the bed is comfortable, towels and hygiene kit are provided, the staff is friendly"

The room is very spacious, and they provide toiletries. If you need extra toiletries, they will deliver it right away!
The pool area is great for swimming, especially during happy hour. They offer a buy-one-get-one-free deal on drinks at the pool bar.
The hotel is walking distance of Alona Beach and it’s very safe, as you just walk through Hennan Alona to get to the beach. It’s also close to restaurants, fast food, souvenir shops. 8mins away from the Panglao Airport.

If this price is this quality and convenience, I don't think I would choose the 5-star H Hotel with a lot of price bubbles~
A few years ago, when I went with my friends, I liked it so much that I wanted to stay at a special H Hotel for 2-3 nights for the kids, but there were no rooms and the price was too expensive (about 400,000 won per night for a deluxe...) so I gave up and chose this hotel, but I was completely satisfied.
The staff was friendly and quick to respond, just like a special hotel, and breakfast was provided as a set, so it was a great value for money. There were many reviews saying there were a lot of ants, but I was careful with the food and there was no damage at all, and the pool was actually small enough for two elementary school boys to enjoy, so it was easy for moms to watch the kids (you know what I mean, right?ㅎㅎ) I'm planning to go to Bohol again, and I definitely want to visit again. They provide 2 bottles of free water every day! There was shampoo and body wash, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, a fairly large refrigerator with a refrigerator and a small freezer (with drinks, beer, and Shin Ramyun), a hair dryer, and a small sink that was good for buying and peeling mangoes. There was also a full bar, so I ordered beer and coffee and drank them.
Isn't this a great value hotel?ㅎㅎ
I recommend it with confidence.
It was nice that there were restaurants and supermarkets just a short walk from the hotel (Jollibee, McDonald's are about 8 minutes away on foot)."

"This is the newest hotel on the island, and it's absolutely beautiful and very well-managed. The staff are all trained to be helpful and are incredibly friendly.
The hotel has its own restaurants. The only suggestion I have for improvement would be to offer more delicious desserts. Meal prices are around $15 USD, which we found to be a very good value for the quality of the food.
The room is spacious and lovely. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool and we could see the sea. They provide water bottles and water refilling stations throughout the hotel. In the room, more storage space for clothes, like additional drawers, would have been a nice improvement.
Given the hotel's category, the cleanliness is, as expected, excellent.
Breakfast, like all the meals, is of very high quality. They even have espresso for coffee drinkers.
The white sand beach is almost private, with only one other hotel in the area, which has its own beach access. The sun loungers and beach service were good, with shaded areas under trees and umbrellas.
In the evenings, there's a lovely show with torches and a mermaid telling the hotel's story.
It's definitely worth staying here instead of downtown (Alona). Here, you can truly relax and enjoy the sea and beach. If you like walking or running on the sand, you can do so peacefully.
Excursion prices were similar to what you'd find online, but sometimes payment was cash-only, while other times you could charge it to the room and pay with a card at check-out."

Food and drinks reasonable. Breakfast had a great range of food. The steak at the restaurant was super They even notified breakfast group I could not take milk. Lots of couples but as a solo traveller felt cared about. From start to finish flawless. Even twice a week one hour of free cocktails. When it rains the staff already start wiping down tables and once eases gardeners are out sweeping the leaves off the pathways to help maintain its beautiful appearance. Seriously impressed

JJennWe, a family of three (elderly parents and a middle-aged woman) came here. It's so beautiful! There is a shuttle bus to the beach in the city, which is a ten-minute drive away. If you take a tuktuk, it's about 20 RMB. It's convenient but in a secret place. We stayed in a suite with a swimming pool. It was more beautiful and full of sunshine than the photos. The room and the pool were very clean. Breakfast was at the Internet-famous restaurant Paprika by the sea, looking at the sea. The main thing is that you can go down to the sea. The hotel service is considerate and sincere. My parents were injured far away from the hotel this time. The hotel contacted the hospital and sent a car to take us to two emergency rooms. Lester and driver Bill worked overtime to take my parents to contact the hospital. I didn't have a very clear impression of the Philippines before, but this time I felt that they were so nice. Everyone was very moved. There is a big swimming pool and a horse farm in the hotel. I saw two cute horses walking around in the park. The green plants in the park are beautiful, and the various pools feel like heaven. Thank you for your care!

Ii amStaying at Oceanica was a great experience who wants to escape the bustle city life.... the views of the beach, garden and mini forests were quite calm and relaxing. If you want to get moving just head to the recreation and fitness facility... If you re hungry just head to the restaurants and bars, and enjoy the delicious foods and refreshing drinks. Room is clean and spacious.. staffs are courteous and nice. Will come back again, next time will tag along our kids.

The breakfast buffet at The Food Hall offers a wide selection, though the food quality could be improved. I was disappointed when I asked for a hot latte and was told they could only make an iced Americano. The rooms are clean and spacious, but the resort’s location is somewhat isolated, requiring reliance on their shuttle service to reach Alona Beach. Despite this, the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars.

EElizaveta VThe hotel is located in an isolated place, so it is very convenient to rent a bike or a tricycle to get to the town or to the nearest restaurant. There is a small private beach, but there are a lot of plants and a lot of boats. I loved the service - you can call the massage or manicure master, grab a drink at the beach bar, lie down near the beach and enjoy the service. They also provided me a bike rent with delivery. The room is in zebra style - very nice and comfy. The only thing I disliked - the room is very small, it is basically tiny, though it had a terrace which a view of the hotel stairs which I found useless.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a small road on the main street. I first felt that this road was scary at night, but there were companions, and it was fine. As soon as I entered the hotel, I felt small and exquisite. The total room was about 20. The hotel room was large and clean. It was directly connected to the pool. The bathroom was large and clean. The glass door was opened to the pool and you could swim. Most of the hotel is Koreans, and Koreans swim in the pool during the day. The boss's hotel rents a car and introduces snorkeling chartered boats are very reliable and very affordable. Breakfast is too early to go out at 7:00 ～ 10:00 directly. It is too late to let the front desk sister pack the night before. Although I can choose one from 3, the cheese egg sandwich and tuna sandwich are delicious. And the boss is Chinese, communication is barrier-free, especially suitable for people like me who are very ordinary in English. The front desk can also provide foreign currency service. If the cash is not enough, I will find the front desk to change the peso, and the boss also provides free airport transfer.

When we checked in, the hallway was flooded because of the heavy rain, but they resolved it quickly. The free breakfast was okay, but overall, I can say that it's not worth the price because their rates are higher compared to other resorts.”
