Guest UserSwitched to this room and it was also really nice! 👍 The rooms are arranged in two rows of buildings. The ground floor has a long swimming pool and an infinity pool which are very unique, right next to the beach. 🏖️ The soundproofing issue in the room was smoothly resolved by switching rooms. The hotel front desk staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and the parking attendants at the entrance were very clear and efficient in arranging transport. I bought a durian and was forbidden from eating it at the hotel entrance, haha. The hotel's public areas and recreational facilities are spacious and modern, and the breakfast buffet is rich and varied. At night, the beach night market and street night market are very lively, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. It's a great place to stay on Panglao Island! 👍

An impeccable hotel in a quiet yet central location. It's a ten-minute walk to a lively restaurant street, and you can book island excursions right from the beach. The rooms have a lovely tropical vibe, and the breakfast is fantastic. Haidee and Marlon at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful.

This is a fantastic hotel that makes you want to return. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-laid out, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and cozy, providing an excellent night's sleep with absolutely no noise disturbances. The bathroom was spotless, and the hot water was consistent and convenient to use. The staff were friendly, attentive, and promptly resolved any issues. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, immaculately clean, with thoughtful touches evident everywhere. The location is excellent, making travel easy, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. It offers incredible value for money, and my overall experience was perfect. Highly recommended!

Very good service and very accommodating. All the staff were wonderful, and the breakfast selection was excellent. I especially loved their hot chocolate and Filipino delicacies. They kindly approved my early check-in and even prepared a birthday surprise, as shown in one of the photos. The place is very clean and has a beautiful beachfront. We will be back soon.
Love that food and drinks has reasonable pricing. Overall i am impressed.

The environment, location, and service are all excellent, offering great value for money. However, the room facilities aren't the best; the bathroom door and fittings are quite old, and the air conditioning is noisy. It would be even better if there was a table in the room to put things on.

I had a great stay in the single room at Only Seed Resort. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. All the facilities worked perfectly, and it was clear that the property is well taken care of.
The staff were one of the highlights of my visit. They were warm, courteous, and always willing to help, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I also really enjoyed spending time by the swimming pool, which was clean and inviting.
I only stayed for one night, and definitely wished I could have stayed longer. I would gladly return and recommend Only Seed Resort to anyone visiting Bohol!

Ольга ГегияThe main advantage of this hotel is its location – close to the beach and the city center, yet set back from the main road. This means it's quiet and peaceful, but everything is still within walking distance.
The rooms are spacious, and the linens and towels are clean. Hot water, a fridge, air conditioning, and a hairdryer – all the modern conveniences are there.
Room cleaning is available upon request.
The pool is clean, and the grounds are constantly maintained.
Breakfast is à la carte and quite filling.
There's a slight sewage smell in the bathroom, but we somehow managed to get used to it.
Everything else is very good for the price.

The photos don't reflect what you'll actually get; they must be old. We had an 'enhanced' room, and I dread to imagine what the standard ones are like. The room was tiny, and you had to walk through the restaurant to get to it. You could hear the kitchen working and music from outside. But the biggest issue was the bathroom: it has a window that looks out onto the main corridor. My tall husband confirmed you can see everything if you peek in, especially if the shower curtain isn't fully closed! Plus, the room's 'terrace' also opens into the corridor. On the beach outside, they're building stairs for access, so if you're coming soon, be prepared for construction work. We stayed one night and moved to another hotel. We tried to cancel the remaining days, but the hotel wouldn't approve the cancellation.

Guest UserA fantastic experience! The hotel is located halfway up a mountain, offering views of both the mountains and the sea. It's also close to nearby attractions. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with our luggage (there are many steps). The rooms were clean and tidy, which I was very satisfied with. The best part was that there were three different swimming pools in different areas, perfect for a family. Oh, and the owner even set up a cat café, which was a lovely touch.
