"The hotel is in a park on the Danube, the nature is gorgeous, huge - beautiful trees in the park are gorgeous.
From the road to the hotel to walk 5 minutes, if a lot of luggage will not be very convenient, or agree with the hotel to meet them card.
because this is a city park, where in the morning, afternoon, evening people run and walk, and late in the evening to return to the hotel is scary.
Nearby bus stop to the city center 2 stations, next to a huge shopping center with boutiques Zara, Massimo, etc. (10-15 minutes walk through the park)
The hotel itself is normal for its budget."

"The location is fantastic, right on Knez Mihailova Street, close to Republic Square. There's a DM supermarket, pharmacies, and a cosmetics store right next door, and a Maxi supermarket across the street, plus tons of restaurants and cafes.
The hotel itself is small but charming, and the staff are incredibly friendly. On June 4th, my second day there, I accidentally twisted my ankle and needed ice packs, which the staff provided every time.
The room isn't huge, but it has a big window with a long table underneath, perfect for putting things. However, trying to open two 28-inch suitcases made it feel a bit cramped.
The hotel's breakfast was the best among all seven hotels we stayed at during our Balkan trip: a great variety of options, and the stir-fried vegetables and scrambled eggs were perfect for my Chinese palate. The coffee was good, the juices (especially the peach juice) were delicious, and they had hot milk, bread, and cakes that all tasted great. There was even a slight variation in the selection over the two days we stayed.
It would be even better if the price were a little lower.

Had a surprice at the check out, the hotel wanted to charge a bill from the restaurant we did not visited.
It was a whole meal (breakfeast serviced !t 7pm on the 1st of January), we prooved the hotel that at the same time we were far away in town paying another bill....without this proof, they would have charged us?! wil never know. And when does a hotel serves a full breakfeast at 7PM!?!?!??! If i want to have a breakfast at 1pm, they will not serve me.....weird.

"The location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English.
So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price."

"The service was polite. Late check-in is available since the reception operates 24/7. The room was clean and looked good. No complimentary water was provided - only paid options in the minibar.
Breakfast was tasty, but if you want an espresso or cappuccino, it costs extra; filter coffee is included in the breakfast.
Parking is included in the price. There are 3 free spots in front of the hotel and about 10 in a yard behind it. Street parking in front of the hotel is in a paid zone, with Sundays being free.
What we didn’t like was that it was 7°C outside, and the room was quite cold. The reception told us that heating from the air conditioner is turned off by the state, so it only blows cold air and they have no alternative. We had to sleep with three blankets, which was not very pleasant."

"The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Republic Square. There are many stops around, you can go anywhere.
The hotel claims to be four stars. In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase.
Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom.
According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant."

The hotel location is perfect. The economy room has a small bed if two wish to have more place. And the inside rooms are towards the AC machines placed on the first floor so might be inconvenient for some as the sound is heard to some extent inside the room. The buffet breakfast was not available only ala carte so we decided not to have breakfast in the hotel and take one outside in the city just 5 min walk.

The hotel is exquisite and luxurious, but it is relatively small. The window of the executive room I booked is facing a very dilapidated residential building, which is very unpleasant... I don’t know whether the decoration of the hotel is the manager’s aesthetic or Serbian’s preference for using environmentally friendly fake flowers and green plants. , this seems to have a very low price and affects the quality. The lighting is too dim and is hard on the eyes. The location is not friendly for people who come here specifically to travel. It makes me regret moving here from the Moscava Hotel. I have to walk to the Grand Duke Street and the Fortress. My leg was broken, so I didn’t check for buses because I thought it would be troublesome. There may be buses that go along the way. If you want to walk from here, you have to go through the ring square and it takes a lot of effort to go around. I just came to Bay City on the first day. OK, I don’t recommend any more. But the hotel staff are all very nice, nice, humorous and reliable. If you add a 7-year-old child to breakfast, you will be charged a meal fee. The breakfast is okay. I stayed in six hotels in Serbia and Montenegro. This is the only one that provides free drinking water and the water is of high quality. The decoration facilities include all glass drinking water bottles, so I feel that it is not friendly to children. It is suitable for adults or business. There are few people in the hotel and it is very quiet, suitable for those who like quiet.

I spent my New Year holidays at this hotel, and the experience was truly excellent.
First of all, I want to highlight the outstanding level of service. The staff were consistently professional, warm, and incredibly efficient. From the front desk to the concierge team, everyone was helpful, polite, and quick to assist with any request. It really made the stay feel smooth and stress-free.
The rooms deserve special mention as well. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, the bathroom was spacious, and the bathtub was simply luxurious. The overall comfort and quality of the room were top-level.
Finally, the spa area was a real highlight. A beautiful and well-designed space with multiple saunas, a great pool, jacuzzi, and a relaxing fitness and wellness atmosphere. It felt like a true retreat after a long day.
The food was also excellent, fresh, and very tasty. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed every part of my stay and would be very happy to return. Highly recommended.

Facilities: A new big-name hotel, one of the best-equipped hotels in Belgrade. SPA, massage, gym, hot spring and other facilities are very complete.
Hygiene: Good
Environment: The hotel is large, and the surrounding area is not a downtown area, but the distance is not far, so it is still very convenient if you drive.
Service: Overall it is good, but except for the front desk staff, they don’t speak English very well, and the attitude of some service staff is not very warm and friendly.

The hotel is beautiful , located on Belgrade 's main street, in its centre, 30 steps from the Republic 's Square, the National Museum, streets with restaurants and fairs.
Here are wonderful, comfortable rooms, excellent service - we asked to print documents, additional hygiene means - we went everywhere to meet. I would like to celebrate breakfast, - diverse, fresh, and stylistic restaurant, with a view on Prince Michael Street. I leave with great impressions!

Guest UserVery nice and high class hotel at the center of Belgrade. Food at the restaurant is also good quality but little over priced. I’ve been staying at this hotel since 3-4 years already. It’s my regular stop over spot in Serbia. However, this year they charge for parking!?. Which is 25€ fixed price, without any exception. This is simply too much. Like a soft rubbery to be frank. I pay less in Amsterdam or Paris for parking which is a big deal in those cities. I hope the management understands that this is a decision changing fact for most of the customers.

НикифорA good, new hotel located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the modern part of Belgrade. There's a huge shopping mall nearby with everything you need, from shops to restaurants. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, plus à la carte dishes and drinks. The rooms are spacious, new, and clean, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The spa is excellent, featuring a hammam, sauna, and bio-sauna. During my visit, it was often just me, or at most one other person, so I frequently had it all to myself.

The hotel has a kind of old-fashioned and old-money look to it, bathing in history, and so as one could expect from such, it could use a bit of renovation here and there. It really is a good and well-deserved 4-star hotel for sure, for Western European standards. But overall, we had a very pleasant stay, with a very nice breakfast to start off the day. For sure, an unbeatable value for money for such a great hotel in Belgrade.I will 100% come back and recommend this hotel, either for leisure or even for work trips.

I stayed in this hotel for a few days. I want to separately highlight three strengths:
1. Staff. This is the main dignity of the hotel! At the respiratory, always met with a smile, answered quickly to all questions.It is evident that people really like their work and care for the guests. Thank you very much for the hospitality and attentive attitude!
2. Breakfast. Breakfasts are just great! Great choice: there were both eggs/omlets, fresh vegetables, and quality cheeses, sausages, baking.
3. Room. In the room (standard double room) there was all you need: comfortable bed, clean clothes, modern bathroom, good shower. All the equipment (teaker, coffee machine) worked well. Cleanness and order on five. No complaints.
The location is also very convenient - in step-to-step access to sights.
