"Check in and out was good, the room was nice and big bathroom but no smart tv so no YouTube 😩 beds where a bit too hard and no PowerPoints next to beds👎🏻 The buffet breakfast was below par, poor choice and poor quality way to many people it was so loud I couldn't hear myself think🤕 it was very uncomfortable, pool was ok but saunas where locked😞 Over all the hotel was very old and dated furniture from the 40s and not clean, don't think I'll stay here again."

"The hotel is nice with good service. The rooms were clean and everything was well arranged. We were lucky and being upgraded to 2 bedroom when we checked in. Snack bar are free and this was suprised us. We felt this hotel warm and with passion. The swimming pool with jacuzzi was great. Let's relax just right at the same building and you can enjoy spa and massage whenever you like. Overall rating is high on this hotel and highly recommended."

"Conveniently located opposite Platinum Mall and Pratunam Market. However note that there are some works happening along that road hence be expected to experience jams - recommend to book your ride early and plan ample travel time! 4 bottles of mineral water provided daily with housekeeping service. Sufficient space for luggages. Basic amenities like toothbrush, cotton buds and shower cap provided too. Room comes with a mini fridge and kettle with some coffee, thai tea and matcha sachets. Price is good for a short stay especially if you hang around that area frequent."

"Stayed just 1 night in between transit. Hotel is resort style. Based on my owned stay, i experienced double standard in seevice esoecially from reception and restaurant. I observed western guests were treated and welcomed more warmly. Please improve this. Deluxe room was spacious, but shower was so badly clogged (didnt bother to get it fixed since only staying for 1 night). Breakfast was decent. Check out was slow and below expectation."

"This place felt warm and inviting from the moment I stepped in. The room was incredibly clean, well-organized, and had a lovely, subtle scent that helped me sleep soundly all night. The bed was just the right softness, no back pain at all. All the amenities were excellent, including the AC, TV, and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff were charming, polite, and paid close attention to detail. The location is also convenient, close to food options and easy to get around. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, truly perfect for a relaxing stay. It's great value for money, and I would definitely love to stay here again. I'm very impressed!"

"This is the second time we are staying here. Somehow we don't feel as comfortable as the first time. The hotel ground and greeneries seem to have deteriorated somewhat. Only one room card was given to us eventhough there are two of us. I requested for a 2nd card and was reluctantly given the 2nd card from the check in reception with a very unhappy look on her face... I checked in early so had time for a foot massage before getting our room. The massage at ”Lek” was very good. The room was clean with a firm bed, but had strong smell of damp everytime we entered. The location is just a 5 minutes walk to IconSiam, and only about a minute away from one of Bangkok's train station. It has one of the worst wifi I have experienced. Very often we were connected without internet access. Even the TV channels kept freezing & buffering. The breakfast area was nice and big but most of the food were not kept hot. The sliding door & glazing ate very flimsy and not double glazed / sound proof, hence we could hear all the noise from outside, especially when a barge passed by the Chao Phraya river. Renovation of retail units was noisy & areas were left opened without any hoarding or barricade which is totally not acceptable for almost all hotel standard... a safety hazard especially with many kids around and also very unsightly Other than that a very nice hotel with excellent ground with lush greens."

"I frequently stayed at Asia Hotel and it has been 4 times within 10 months. Location is excellent and directly connected to Ratchathewi BTS. 7/11 is just downstairs. Easily accessible to local food vendors and Thai massage. The hotel rooms are a bit old, but you can still manage to stay here unless you are allergic to these flaws. Staffs are very friendly and willing to help especially security guards and housekeepers. But, I found out that some receptionists are kind of rude and very straightforward. They need to be well trained to improve their services I guess. Photo is the view from my room."
