"wonderful hotel. it has 24h lawson and 711. near the shopping centre can walk if you are energised enough. the staff are helpful. good room. love the lobby, the bear wears Halloween costume. they also have a shuttle to a nearby area. might be better if the walls under the sink are cleaned, cus i can see it a bit dirty while in the bathub. the food could be better if it had more thai food."

"My two-night stay at this five-star hotel was a mixed experience. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, right next to Bangkok's main shopping area, and the entrance is certainly ostentatious, with large columns for parking upon arrival. Despite this first impression, the overall lobby already feels a bit dated and doesn't project the image of a modern five-star hotel. The rooms are noticeably spacious, which is a big plus, and the bathroom is also roomy. However, the overall decor and furnishings feel somewhat dated; it's clear that it could use a facelift to align with current standards for a hotel of this category. The central space of the room is completely empty and lacks any decorative elements that would add character to the room. Furthermore, the interior hallways leading to the rooms are narrow and noticeably dark, with no decoration to enhance the ambiance. The common facilities extend up to the 11th floor, and from there, they are divided into two towers (I stayed in the North Tower). Access to the North Tower is inelegant, requiring crossing the pool/children's play area and taking an outdoor corridor that connects the two towers. Furthermore, the views from the pool are not spectacular, as they directly overlook the less attractive part of the shopping malls. The breakfast experience was mixed. On the first day, it was served on the ground floor of our tower. It was more oriented toward Eastern tastes, although it also caters to Western tastes, but with less variety. A curious detail was that the bread had the hotel's name engraved on it, but overall, while the breakfast was adequate, it couldn't be described as ”phenomenal.” On the second day, breakfast management was chaotic: the North Tower's breakfast area was closed, and all guests were moved to the central lounge on the 10th floor, which proved to be insufficient for the number of guests. We had to wait between 5 and 10 minutes just to get a table, and the lines persisted until near the end of service (around 10:00). This decision to centralize and reduce space was not appropriate for the hotel's capacity. In short, while the location is good and the rooms are large, the dated decor, the confusing layout of the building, and the poor management of the breakfast service seriously detract from the five-star experience. The most disappointing experience was check-out. We were initially assisted by the hotel manager, who was very pleasant and helpful. We were in the middle of returning our deposit when we were abruptly interrupted by another guest who, without having yet arrived at the counter, demanded to be served immediately, raising his voice to get the manager's attention. Apparently, he is a regular guest. Unfortunately, the manager assisting us relented, leaving us standing there to serve him, and relegated us to another receptionist. Without further explanation, he was somewhat rude and unprofessional. The handling of this interruption was the lowest point. Despite directly addressing the manager's misconduct, we were only given a forced apology while the customer who interrupted us laughed at the situation. The lack of action to correct the other customer's rudeness and the staff's inaction in the face of the interruption are UNACCEPTABLE for a hotel of this category."

"Clean and good service. Good location with many food and shopping areas. Can walk to Siam paragon via central world mall. Hotel breakfast is good and there are many varieties to choose from. Hotel provided pillow selection services which is great."

"I had a lovely stay at Airbus Hotel @ Phawana Station. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked sparkling clean from what I saw. Although it was a while away from most things to do in Bangkok I was aware of this fact before I made my booking. The staff were absolutely wonderful — always kind, friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed. You can really tell they care about their guests. Bonus tip: if you’re heading to the airport and need to weigh your luggage before you go, ask the staff — they have a fantastic retro-style scale that does the job perfectly! A great choice if you’re looking for somewhere clean, convenient, and welcoming."

"Staff are very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very clean & nice ambience. They even provide free flow of hot drinks including hot chocolate ,biscuits & cold drinks at the lobby during day time! My room is spacious with a Queen bed & sofa bed and microwave. Full amenities. Location is very centralized near malls & shopping market & 711.. They have shuttle services to BTS train line as well. Will definitely come back to this hotel. I"

"Our stay at the Asia Hotel was wonderful! Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the view from our window was amazing. We could watch the MRT trains come and go right below. The location was perfect, with lots of great food options nearby, and the service was excellent. We originally booked just one night but enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay for another night. The staff were so kind and accommodating and they even let us stay in the same room. They also greeted us with warm smiles the next morning. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we would definitely come back again!"

"Overall, my stay was pleasant. The location is excellent, with convenient access to several malls and key attractions. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Cleanliness was below expectations, with visible dust in the room and sticky stains in the minibar area. The quality of the bedroom slippers was also disappointing and did not align with the standard of the other amenities provided. Additionally, there was a consistently long wait for the lifts, and they could benefit from servicing, as the doors closed with a loud, squeaky noise."

"I booked a deluxe sky zone room and was given the room at 67th floor as per my request at higher floors. I have been here many many years ago and really have a good impression that time so I decided to rebook this one despite many other bad reviews on this hotel. True enough I still found it very pleasing and would like to come back and introduce to others. The hotel is near pratunam market, platinum mall, decembers and also easy to walk to central world and big c. This saves us transportation fee and spend the time wisely since our itinerary for this stay is shopping. The hotel offers scheduled/reservation basis shuttle services to the train link to airport and also trip to mall. We booked the room with breakfast and it has plenty of choices and we enjoyed it. Besides, the observation deck and revolving roof deck are a plus. The room is spacious, though of course old design and can see some sign of ages but it does not matter to us. We were also to slept quite well. The only issue I have is the aircon a bit loud and blows directly to my face. The hot water from the shower is also a bit challenging to adjust the right hot/cold temperature. Despite this, we are happy with our stay. Overall happy with our stay."

"Have been staying at Vela Dhi Glow Pratunam whenever we go to Bangkok. Location is good, there are many eateries and malls in the vicinity. Siam Paragon, Central World, Big C etc. The nearest BTS is also within walking distance. Hotel staffs are polite and always ready to assist with your needs. Will definitely stay at Vela Dhi Glow Pratunam again during my next visit to Bangkok."
