"This hotel isn't bad, but it's expensive for what you get. There's no soundproofing at all – you can literally hear the TV from the next room, or noise from the hallway because it's tiled instead of carpeted, and there are huge gaps around the door (it seems to be installed crookedly). The room itself isn't very big, but it has everything you need. Breakfast was decent. The staff are friendly and responsive. However, there's no iron in the hotel, so be prepared to walk around with wrinkled clothes, and they didn't offer any alternative service for the lack of an iron. The location is good, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Whether I'd return is questionable; I'd probably look at other options for the same price. On the plus side, everything feels stylish and new."

"Wanted an hotel in the center for treatments and a break. Great hotel for us, my daughter and I had a great week. The choice for buffet breakfast was amazing the staff were friendly and helpful.clean pool, towels provided, great shower, shower gel, shampoo,conditioner and hair dryer which saves packing space. The hotel booked our taxi back to the airport which was on time.Free air conditioning,fridge in room with daily stock of water. Kettle tea and coffee supplied. The only downfall was that the lifts where slow when called and limited plug sockets in our room, we always take and multi plug adapter and a light weight extension lead so wasn’t a problem for us. All in all a great place to stay if you want to be more in the centre rather than a beach holiday."

"Facilities all great, clean and maintained well - spa has a relaxed vibe and sauna/steam room worked perfectly - I suggest keeping it open till later however. Gym has top tier machines/equipment and is open 24/7. Cliff side swimming area was the highlight of our stay. We chose the ‘standard king room’, and although I see a lot of reviews saying the room size was small, I disagree - the room size was slightly small but similar to most basic room options from hotels I have stayed in. Smart TV, was very big - perfect for when it was too hot outside and needed a break. Room amenities such as shampoo, body soap, lotion, etc. felt high quality. Breakfast tasty, and 30euro might seem expensive but I do think it’s worth it for what they offer. What did bother me however, was being asked to pay for breakfast (twice) whilst still eating, on top of that, when I asked for the price before we ate, the staff didn’t seem to know what the price was - not professional at all. Pool towels have to be taken from downstairs in the spa and not by the pool which I thought was unusual and tedious. When we asked the pool-bar staff where to get towels, again, no idea and seemed clueless, we had to ask a different member of staff at the very bottom by the cliffside to get an answer. No bringing food/drink from outside - the hotel felt like you were being watched all the time, making sure you don’t break their ridiculous rule! I tried refilling my complementary bottle from the water dispenser downstairs, but I was told this was not allowed… seems like a way for you to instead pay for their glass bottled water. Never experience this from any hotel in my life. Overall, a hotel with exceptional facilities and amenities ruined by an unfriendly atmosphere and unusual hotel rules. Sadly, this made us feel unwelcome at times and I probably would not stay here again."

"I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip to Turkey for dental surgery, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive. Traveling for medical treatment can be stressful, but they went out of their way to make everything easy and comfortable for me. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily to a very high standard. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and well maintained, which was especially important while recovering from surgery. The traditional Turkish breakfast each morning was absolutely fantastic – fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. It was the perfect way to start the day. The location is another huge plus. The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach, making it easy to relax and enjoy the area. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone traveling to Turkey and I will definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel's location was nice, but even though we stayed in a sea-view room, the windows were covered in mud. Despite telling them every morning and evening during our three-day stay, they still didn't clean them. Furthermore, they gave me the ridiculous explanation that they would clean them when the rainy season was over. It was a mediocre place, lacking quality; we weren't satisfied except for the view."

"Tourist Hotel! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Your staff is our most valuable asset. Everyone is so welcoming, helpful, and always smiling—that's the most important thing in hotel and tourist service! The breakfasts were delicious, everything was homemade, the maids did a great job, and the cleaning was done every day—it's fantastic!! The beach is private, with sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels free of charge, which is crucial for a hotel of your star rating! That's why I chose your hotel, and I didn't make a mistake. It's 20 minutes from the airport by bus 800. I didn't even get tired of the commute. A huge thank you to Semyon, he accommodated almost every whim and was very helpful in navigating the area, as I've never vacationed in this area before, and he knows everything! And a special thanks to the young man, I don't know his name, who works on the beach. I'm very happy, I haven't regretted it at all, and I will recommend you. Good luck and prosperity, keep it up, not every close-knit team can boast of such results even in top-class hotels."

"Overall it's a good hotel, with big room, hot shower, tasty breakfast, helpful service, convenient location, reasonable prices. But also with some smell of cigarettes smoking around, with only one little trash bin, and without any electric kettle at all, though you can get free coffee or tea from the ground dining room at any time using the super slow elevator. OK for couple nights."

"Excellent hotel location, right on the beachfront. Everything is neat and clean. Breakfast is great. The staff are polite. The only downside was no fridge in the room, but it seems the hotel was just renovated and, as the staff mentioned, the fridges hadn't arrived yet. Of course, it's a bit inconvenient, but not a deal-breaker. I'm sure the next guests will have a fridge :) We took a room with a sea view on the 5th floor. The view was amazing!"

"Didnt like the area its in - Room was smaller than expected. But clean and we enjoyed our stay. I do think front of house staff at reception need to be more friendlier - it puts a damper when you aren't met with friendly staff as your first impression. Not sure it's worth £90 a night but everything is extortionate in Turkey."
