"Overall, I liked the hotel. However, it definitely needs a renovation or at least a deep clean, especially the bathroom. The biggest issue was that the shower drain was completely blocked; the water would just stand and overflow. Standing in water while showering was very unpleasant. The rooms are small, and it felt cramped for two people. We had a tiny window looking out onto a wall, but it didn't bother us much since we only came back to sleep. The location is excellent, and that's the hotel's main advantage. The staff are responsive. Breakfasts are modest, but what was actually edible included boiled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, and two types of cheese. That was enough for us."

"Amazing hotel & amazing location. The spa was great also. The staff were great & friendly. The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant.
Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!"

"This is not my first time staying at this hotel. As always, the service is excellent. I asked to choose a room, went and looked and chose the one I liked the most. Everything is cleaned clean in the morning, they bring water. The view is very beautiful. I liked the breakfasts. The dinners have become worse, the choice is smaller and rather meager for this category of hotel. I really liked the Spa, the staff, especially the non-Russian speakers, are very friendly (the Kazakh girl communicates impudently, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste). It is also nice to lie down near the pool. There is a comfortable sun lounger on the balcony. And this time there were new soft large robes. For some reason there was no shower cap and toothbrush with toothpaste, it is unclear sometimes there is, sometimes not. It was very nice to receive a compliment from the hotel - a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine. Thank you very much, I will definitely come back. It is nice that the staff responds very quickly to requests. Many Russian speakers."

"The hotel was exceptionally clean and spacious, and our room was very large. The front desk staff were incredibly nice; they helped us with our luggage and even upgraded our room. Breakfast was also good, with a wide variety of ham and cheese. There's a small outdoor pool, and while it's not directly on the beach, there's a viewpoint where you can take photos. The hotel also has a cool cave that the kids really enjoyed. The only downside is that late check-out is only until 1 PM; after that, they charge hourly."

"I had a great stay overall—the hotel offers excellent value for the money. The rooms are comfortable, the service is attentive, and the amenities make it feel like a higher-end experience. The only small drawback is that the soundproofing of the glass windows isn’t perfect, so a bit of outside noise can be heard at times. Still, compared to the price paid, it’s definitely worth it and I would happily stay here again."

"Nice hotel for the price. Excellent location. Across the road from the sea promenade and the beach. Nice sea view. 5-10 mins by taxi from central Antalia and the shopping mall. 25 mins from the airport. Breakfast is ok, but could be better. Can be a bit noisy till 11ish pm due to close proximity of beach bars with music. There is spa also, but we didn't check it out. Overall we were pleased with this hotel experience."

ССветлана БорейкоWe stayed at the hotel from Jan 3rd to Jan 5th. We absolutely loved it. The hotel lobby is simply stunning, and the glass elevators are mesmerizing. We were on the 7th floor, closer to the 'nose of the airplane' section. We barely heard any road noise. The grounds are excellent, with lots of spots to walk, sit, or just stand around, plus a playground for kids. The wide beach strip probably has enough space for everyone in the summer. The crowd was more intimate, mostly older foreign guests. Perhaps it was off-season. The room wasn't huge, but everything was well-thought-out and functional. There's a coffee machine in the room, robes, and all the usual toiletries in the bathroom. The mini-bar is refilled regularly, all standard. The bars have good alcohol, and while the restaurant didn't offer super gourmet dishes, the food was delicious – you won't go hungry. The staff are friendly and really try their best. We enjoyed our stay; the off-season price was very reasonable. I recommend it and would love to return in the summer.

Things I didn’t like :
1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food.
2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception.
3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅
4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅
GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL :
1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated.
2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass.
3. The outdoor pool is nice.
4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish.
5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

GGuest UserGreat location, nice rooms, and the facilities are quite new. The sofa bed was also good quality. We missed dinner when we checked in, but they thoughtfully prepared a meal for us – big thumbs up! 👍 It was quite chilly in February with all the rain, and we couldn't figure out the AC at night. We thought there wasn't any and endured two nights, only to find out at check-out that it did have heating. They even said they could have moved us to another room if we had reported it. The food is definitely the highlight here; breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all incredibly good value and varied. Especially with prices skyrocketing in Turkey, we didn't even touch the entertainment facilities and still felt it was a fantastic deal. Oh, and they gave us roses on Valentine's Day! 🌹 Thank you so much! 😍

GGuest UserNice hotel with limited functionality of my aircon. Worked for two hours and then auto switch off. Told staff, no cure. Air con was not able to lower room temp to comfy level but it was hot outside (41C).
Elevators broke down several times during my week. Elevators did not go all the way to second floor
Apart from those troubles, restaurant and pool bar staff are super. Reception staff, kind of ignorant/nonchalant approach to complaints. It was kind of my own fault that temp was not comfy in the room because the room type I had chosen!
Hotel is nice and clean and modern. Pool is great.

We were on weekdays, maybe associated with it. In the restaurant a very welcoming young guy, I don't remember the name. The last day there was no cleaning, just put the paper with towels, it wasn't very nice, as after the sea the floor in the room is packed in two days. In general the hotel remained satisfied.
