"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. While we were there, it seemed there was a minor issue with the drain, causing a very unpleasant smell to enter the room from the bathroom at night. However, it was taken care of as soon as we mentioned it. The breakfast was very good and offered a great selection. We would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Can I first mention the excellent Mai Anh Giang at reception who made my trip so memorable. Not only did she suggest things to do, she even let me try the local alcohol! I enjoyed swimming at night here and the view is awesome. Unfortunately, there are no local shops nearby. So if you are half working/travelling like I was. You kind of need to go into town which is overpriced and actually lacking in basic stuff. Another suggestion; at night it’s great to chill on the roof, but they don’t do cocktails. Just a small thing!"

"Delasol's Chapa Brasserie Restaurant's breakfast buffet has an impressive spread divided into different stations. First is the hot coffee/tea and other beverage station. Succeeded by a table of cold cuts, cheese appetizer and salads. Next station is the breads, pastries and pancake corner. Followed by the highly patronized Hot counter for made to order Pho and Egg dishes. h other local dishes but leaned more on international cuisine. Finally the main course array with a line up of asian oriented dishes are enough for every palate to enjoy in the morning. Stepping inside, we were greeted with a meticulously indochine inspired dining hall with wood and leather studded chairs. The showstopper is floor to ceiling glass windows which have a panoramic view of mist shrouded mountain range further adding to the enjoyment of the dining experience."

"Our group of four found our stay at Azalea Sapa Hotel truly exceptional, from the moment we booked two rooms. The service was impeccable from the outset; staff promptly assisted with our luggage, offered complimentary warm tea, and ensured a seamless check-in process. The rooms themselves were a picture of cleanliness, spaciousness, and pristine comfort. One of our rooms even offered a breathtaking valley view, though inclement weather regrettably limited our enjoyment of it. A personal highlight was the thoughtful provision of toiletries, particularly the ample tissue paper and the diverse selection of towels—body, face, and hand. Both rooms boasted reliable hot and cold showers with consistently strong water pressure. While the breakfast buffet may not have offered the vast variety found in some other establishments, the Pho was an absolute revelation. It became a daily eagerly anticipated delight, largely thanks to the wonderfully warm and kind lady who meticulously prepared it and, as a bonus, cooked excellent eggs. A minor observation, perhaps, is that for extended stays, the breakfast selection might eventually feel somewhat repetitive, yet its overall quality remained consistently high. Unfortunately, the cold and rainy weather prevented us from experiencing many of the hotel's amenities, including the pool. However, I did manage to utilize the gym. Though somewhat minimalist, it offered a comprehensive full-body workout with fairly new and meticulously maintained equipment. A true bonus was the ability to exercise while soaking in the majestic mountain views and a captivating sea of clouds. A slight discrepancy was noted regarding outdated information; a pamphlet mentioned a 4 PM tea break, which, upon inquiry, was no longer offered. They also offer a massage, sauna, and jacuzzi but we were not able to try them. The hotel's location is highly convenient, offering easy access to Sun Plaza and a host of iconic spots and cafes. It's worth noting that the hotel sits on an uphill slope, and the shortcut to Sun Plaza involves a few flights of stairs, which might pose a challenge for some guests. Nonetheless, a nearby mini-mart provides convenient access to essentials, beverages, and snacks. In conclusion, despite enduring a storm and adverse weather throughout much of our Sapa visit, the Azalea Sapa Hotel and its dedicated staff transformed what could have been a dreary experience into one of comfort and genuine satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment."

"Location is superb - right behind the famous Viet trekking cafe, however, it's a steep walk up to the hotel and the road is extremely dark at night. Amenities is below expectation - shower light went bust midway of shower, balcony door could NOT BE LOCKED, entry lights could NOT BE SWITCHED OFF so we slept with the lights on. I attempted to inform the front desk during check out but he wasn't paying much attention. (at least he did apologize) Breakfast - 1st morning, we went in to restaurant on our own, no staff came to ask for room number or to sit us. 2nd morning was great, staff greeted us, sat us down and ask for our order, which we then realized we could have ordered eggs/mains from the staff. Overall it was an OK stay due to the location, but definitely would not return."

"Azure Sapa Hotel has one of the better locations I found while planning my whole trip, despite reviews from others to book a better and luxury ones in the Sa Pa centre. We chose somewhere that is slightly further away from the city centre. The staff in Azure Sapa Hotel were very patient with us when we reached early and told us rooms would be ready before afternoon starts so we could have a rest, they were always smiling and nodding their head as a sign of respect when we enter the hotel. The views from the room were exceptional, we could see the sunrise, clouds and mountains when we woke up during our trip (provided you travel there at the the fortunate period). The only thing that needs to be improved would be the air-conditioning unit that keeps turning on and off during out stay where we have to change the mode to get the room cool."

"Hotel was nice. Twin room was large and clean and beds really comfortable. Plenty of hot water . And great value for what we paid. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was good for us including a vegetarian."

"I stayed for two days, and on the third day, they said they'd move my luggage from room 209 to 202. When I got back to the hotel, I couldn't find my bags; they had put them in the outdoor billiard room! I had US dollars and Thai baht cash inside, and even if they had to leave it outside, it should have been at the front desk, not just left out there! This is absolutely infuriating! If the cash went missing, who would be responsible? Also, the hotel's hand towels and bath towels smelled of soapy water! The hygiene was really subpar!"

"Though it's about a 15-minute drive from Sapa, the views are absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel is incredibly well-equipped. The breakfast here might just be the best I've tasted in Vietnam. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. I highly recommend it."
