Welcome to one of the only homes in Waynesville located directly on Richland Creek. You will love relaxing under the Gazebo, listening to the clean, babbling mountain stream and the kids will love playing in the creek. Waynesville and Richland Creek is a designated North Carolina “Mountain Heritage Trout Water”, a stocked trout stream. You can enjoy trout fishing in the backyard. The house was built in 1964 and is considered Mid-Century Modern Architecture with an open floor plan and lots of windows. Recently remodeled, upgrades include new and refinished floors, paint, upgraded bathroom and windows. There are two large private bedrooms for guest to access. The deck and gazebo are the highlight of the house and we have a fenced-in area to keep small children and SMALL dogs safe. Please be aware there is one ring camera which monitors the exterior/rear of the home for your safety and ours. We hope you will enjoy this mid-century modern home as a getaway from your busy lives. This area is known as the Gateway to the Smoky Mountains National Park. Waynesville is a wonderful mix of relaxation time and fun local activities.
