This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

"I chose this hotel for its room type and brand. The hotel facilities are quite complete but a bit old. Especially the lobby sofas, there are few of them and they look quite dirty. The location is good, with a Wanda Plaza nearby, which is convenient for dining and shopping. The front desk service felt well-intentioned, but not genuinely attentive. Communication was smooth and thoughtful initially, but then there was no follow-up. Things we discussed would go unaddressed for an hour or two, and we'd have to go back to the front desk to remind them before they were resolved. Room service was pretty good; requests were met promptly and efficiently. The room's furniture and decor have a vintage feel, similar to other Wanda hotels, and it doesn't feel clean or bright. The lighting is too dim; even with all the lights on, the room was still dark. Breakfast had a good variety, and some dishes tasted great, especially the wonton soup."

"Overall, the experience was just okay and not great value for money. The hotel lobby is on the 88th floor, which acts as a transfer level. Whether you're going to your room or leaving the hotel, you have to go to the 88th floor to switch elevators, which is very inconvenient. Also, the staff guidance wasn't very timely, and there were no signs on the ground floor. I spent a long time looking for the elevator after I arrived, and no one guided me. After checking in on the 88th floor, no staff member told me I needed to switch elevators to get to my room. However, the high-altitude views are indeed beautiful. Although the breakfast quality wasn't exceptional, the stunning views from the breakfast area made up for it, and the breakfast restaurant service was quite good. The room design was nice, and the bed was large and comfortable. The only issue was the bathroom, which had no trash can, which was inconvenient. Also, it's my habit to wipe down the room's tables and light switches with disinfectant wipes, and when I did, there was a lot of dust flying around."

"We were looking for a hotel with an ocean view in Bayuquan Shanhai Square and this one immediately caught our eye. Our stay here far exceeded our expectations! The location is absolutely perfect; you can walk to the beach in just two or three minutes. It's so convenient to head downstairs and enjoy clam digging, and the hotel even provides complimentary buckets and shovels for guests. Our ocean-view room was incredibly spacious and bright, with a private balcony offering expansive views. We could literally watch the entire sunset over the ocean from our bed. The room was meticulously clean, and we appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, the comfortable mattress, and the full set of branded toiletries. The breakfast buffet each morning was abundant and fresh, with a great variety of both Western and Chinese dishes. Zoe provided excellent service. Parking and dining were also very convenient. This hotel offers incredible value for money and is definitely our top choice for a seaside getaway in Bayuquan. We'll be staying here again for our next beach trip and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing ocean-view vacation!"

"A couple with their four-year-old stayed for three days. It was an amazing experience!!! Highly recommended!! We originally booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom, two-story apartment with two living rooms, which was incredibly spacious and well-equipped: it had three bathrooms, a bathtub, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a dining area, a living room, and a study. Our child absolutely loved it, running up and down the stairs. The hotel's playground, sauna, and swimming pool were also enjoyed by our child. He even cried when it was time to leave! We will definitely stay here again next time!!! Thumbs up 👍"

Hotel near Qingnian Street/Color TV Tower Night Market,Shenyang
Since its grand opening, Shangri-La Shenyang has stood as the "Heart of Shenyang" at the core of the city's "Golden Corridor" on Qingnian Avenue. Perfectly positioned in the urban hub, it neighbors high-end commercial landmarks such as Mixc and Kerry Center, with a short walk to the Industrial Exhibition Hall Station (Metro Line 2). The hotel offers seamless access—within 30 minutes—to both Taoxian International Airport and Shenyang North Railway Station, while cultural treasures like the Shenyang Imperial Palace and Zhang Xueliang's Former Residence are easily within reach for an immersive historical journey. The hotel features 383 elegant guestrooms and 58 serviced apartments, with spacious layouts starting from 42 square meters that define refined living. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows capture sweeping views of Qingnian Park’s shimmering lake and the dynamic city skyline. On the 30th floor, the Horizon Club Lounge elevates the experience with exclusive executive privileges and panoramic vistas, offering distinguished service above the clouds.

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's right across from the upscale MixC shopping mall, connected by an underground passage, making dining and shopping very convenient. The Line 2 subway station is also just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel has its own underground parking, which is free, a great plus for those traveling by car. The hotel is clean, and the front desk and bell staff are warm and attentive. My only feedback is that the breakfast quality doesn't quite match the price, and I hope this can be improved."

"Unexpectedly, the highlight of our trip to Shenyang was the hotel. The front desk staff, upon hearing that a family member had mobility issues, went out of their way to find us a more suitable room. From the friendly greetings of the service staff in the elevator to the thoughtful service provided by the room attendants, I truly experienced the charm and value of this five-star hotel. "Huge thanks to the front desk attendant for upgrading us to a hot spring room! We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a breathtaking view of the Yalu River and distant mountains, just like a traditional Chinese painting. Waking up early, I got to watch the stunning sunrise from the room, which really boosted my mood. The room's details were thoughtfully designed, and it was spotlessly clean. The floor-to-ceiling windows even had narrow side vents that could be opened, letting in a refreshing breeze from the river. All the staff, including the doorman, front desk, and the lovely Korean staff in the breakfast restaurant, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. For breakfast, they had options like red soup sea cucumber noodles and chicken soup abalone noodles, Swiss rolls, and fresh Dandong strawberries and blueberries. The food and fruit were all of excellent quality – definitely a great choice."

Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling for business.

"I've been to Shenyang many times, and this stay at the Hilton Shenyang Shimao was excellent in all aspects. The hotel's hardware meets Hilton brand standards, the public areas are elegant, and the rooms are quiet, making it perfect for business travelers to rest and work. A special thank you to Grace at the front desk. Even though I arrived late in the evening, close to her shift change, Grace remained professional, efficiently handled my check-in, and thoroughly explained the executive lounge benefits and check-out procedures. Midway through my stay, I had a sudden change in plans and needed to adjust some of my arrangements. Grace proactively coordinated and accommodated my reasonable requests as much as possible, with smooth communication and flexible handling throughout. When I had questions, Grace was professional and confident, never compromising service quality even when busy. Good service can truly alleviate the fatigue of traveling, and Grace's actions perfectly demonstrated the high standard of service at a premium hotel, adding significant value. It's my top choice for business trips, and I look forward to staying again."

Hotel near Zhongshan Square/Renmin Road Donggang Commercial Area,Dalian
The hotel is located in the center of the city, with convenient transportation around, within walking distance to the subway station, railway station, Zhongshan Square, Russian style street and many specialty restaurants, not far from Dalian Zhoushuizi International Airport. The hotel rooms are comfortable and elegant, with a large area and a good view. From the beautiful beaches to the natural and simple fishing villages, enjoy the delicious food and beauty of Bincheng with the wine in the wind, and create an authentic and unforgettable experience for your every trip. It is an ideal choice for your family travel, business travel and conference activities.

"Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, with a distinct vintage feel, but it's not run-down. Overall, it's pretty decent. However, for those who frequently stay in hotels, there might be a slight issue, as standard rooms don't have floor-to-ceiling windows. On the positive side, the bedding is quite new. Considering it opened in 2008, it's understandable. The executive lounge, though, offers an absolutely stunning view, overlooking the entire harbor. Hygiene: Most areas were very clean, and there were no odors or stains on the pillows, duvets, or mattresses. However, there was some white residue in the bathtub, which the hotel didn't clean thoroughly. Service: The service was very good, with quick response times. The check-in experience was also pleasant, with staff helping to carry luggage to the room, which was excellent! Environment: The environment is also good, and it's close to the subway station. Turn right out of the hotel, and you'll find Zhongshan Square, a nice spot to take friends or kids to see pigeons. Summary: If you don't mind its age, it's a good hotel. The hygiene is mostly fine, the facilities are functional, and the service is excellent. The breakfast is also quite distinctive, offering Dalian specialties like xiaolongbao, jianbing guozi, menzi, and sea cucumber rice. A few suggestions: the executive lounge's access control isn't very strict; they should have someone specifically guarding the entrance to prevent those without executive privileges from entering. Also, the curtains don't fully cover the windows, leaving gaps on both sides. And there should definitely be tissues on the bedside table, not just in the bathroom, as it's inconvenient. Side note: This hotel left a particularly deep impression on me because the room assigned to me upon check-in was a pleasant surprise. The hotel opened in 2008, and coincidentally, I was given room number 2008. It was a really great stay experience!"

First, the pros: The location is excellent, right in Donggang, next to Venice. You can walk to several popular spots nearby, feed seagulls, and it's very convenient to call a taxi. The concierge staff at the entrance were all fantastic, helping with car doors, closing them, and handling luggage. The front desk staff who checked me in also gave a detailed heads-up about the hot water usage. They even sent a birthday cake, which was a lovely gesture, but unfortunately, I came back too late that night and couldn't eat it. Room service for deliveries was also available. Now, for the cons: It's definitely not a traditional five-star hotel as there's no pool or bathtub. And honestly, the water heater really needs an upgrade. When four people took turns showering in the evening, we had to wait at least an hour or more between each person.

The hotel's online advertising built up too much anticipation, leading to a significant gap between expectation and reality. I arrived at 10:30 PM, and the lobby was completely dark. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but the shower drainage was poor; water flowed from the shower enclosure directly into the toilet area. Since it was late and I was only staying one night, I didn't bother calling for service. The vanity area was also uncomfortably close to the bed with no privacy screen. As for the hot spring area, the water activities were fun and my child enjoyed them. However, the scrubbing area and lounge were very mediocre. If you're looking for a good scrubbing experience, I'd advise against it. There wasn't even any water available to drink in the scrubbing area. I finally found some hot water in the main hall, but the air conditioning wasn't sufficient, so I was constantly sweating. Free drinking water wasn't readily available everywhere. The dinner voucher from Ctrip was useless since I arrived so late. When I asked if I could use it the next day, I was told no, it was only valid for the same day – what's the point of giving it then? Overall, the indoor areas felt dim and disorganized, while the outdoor areas were clean, tidy, and interesting.

The hotel's location is convenient; there's a Lao Siji restaurant not far away. William, the front desk staff, was very attentive and nice. The biggest flaw: the dry cleaning service! I specifically told the staff that only two spots were dirty, but when it came back, it was exactly the same as when I sent it in.

Highly recommended! Very comfortable for family trips with children. The location is excellent, right next to Exit 4 through the back door. In the evenings, there's live music indoors and a band outdoors. You can enjoy the lively atmosphere from the balcony, and it's vibrant but not noisy. The in-room amenities are quite thoughtful. The tissue brand offers great value for money – soft and dust-free. The air freshener has a pleasant, non-irritating scent, showing careful consideration in procurement. Overall, there are no significant downsides, except for the foot pedal on the bathroom trash can, which is a bit stiff. Upgrading to a better model would be ideal, but it didn't really impact our stay. Additionally, the front desk staff, both men and women, were very diligent and responsible, especially Chow Pak Ho. Since we arrived early in the morning, he promptly arranged our check-in and upgraded our room as soon as a vacant one became available. We are very grateful. Our child had a wonderful time and gained a lot. We plan to come back next summer with friends and their family. We hope the standards are maintained and even improved upon!

The best hotel of our trip, absolutely loved it! The design is just incredible. **Location:** Since I was traveling with my 12-year-old, convenience to attractions was a key factor. I hadn't really researched it when booking, but after staying, I found it super convenient for getting to the nearby Forest Zoo (I'll write a separate guide for that later), Lotus Mountain, Haida Tunnel, Cross-sea Bridge, and Xinghai Square. **Environment:** Built on Lotus Mountain with unique architecture, so the views and scenery are unparalleled. **Facilities:** The room and amenities were all very complete. The only downside was that there was an event in the sky garden one night, so we couldn't enjoy the night view, but otherwise everything was great. **Pool:** I went for a swim every day. It was great for exercise and I could also use the steam room, which was very relaxing. **Gym:** Lots of equipment, but not many people actually working out – more guests were there for a holiday. **Shuttle service from the foot of the mountain:** Very convenient! Although the journey isn't far, it saved a lot of time and effort. There were always hotel guests waiting there. **Hotel photoshoot (3 retouched digital photos, requires 24-hour advance booking):** We did this on our last morning, and it was incredibly efficient! Started shooting at 9 AM, finished by 9:20 AM (we couldn't shoot outdoors due to the weather). We then waited 5-10 minutes to choose the photos. Every shot was beautiful, and I reluctantly paid extra for 10 more. **Breakfast:** Very extensive, and the specialty sea buns and 'dirty' buns were absolutely delicious! **To sum it up:** You get what you pay for!

I'd like to commend Yolanda at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, even when I arrived very late, and patiently guided me through nearby attractions. The hotel is ideally located: only a 5-minute walk to the Caitang Night Market, and MixC Mall is within walking distance. Being in the city center, it's super convenient whether you're driving, taking the subway, or catching a taxi. The accommodation itself is outstanding. Formerly a Kempinski, Accor took over and renovated it, so the environment and facilities are all new and very comfortable. The TV allows screen casting, the bathroom has excellent water pressure, and the bedding is very cozy. Breakfast offers a fantastic variety, including many Northeastern specialties. They even have a version of 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) made with ketchup, which is worth trying. Conclusion: Excellent value for money!

A couple with their four-year-old stayed for three days. We will definitely stay here again next time!!! Thumbs up 👍
