Awesome hotel. Very clean with all amenities you can imagine, like face masks, drip coffee, green tea, bathing salt, creams, lotions, toothbrush and much more! Very friendly staff. Parking was easy just beside the hotel in a parking Tower which costs 1200¥. Perfect location. All major attractions of Matsumoto are close by.

Hotel is just a stone throw away from the Matsumoto train station. You have to do self check in. I arrived at the hotel early and hotel staff allowed me to leave my luggage at three hotel while I walk around town till check in time. Many amenities around the area for food. The bus terminal is just opposite the hotel. Visited Matsumoto castle and the city alps park. The park is a must go. You can either hike there or take the city bus from the bus terminal.

Like the good hot springs, both indoor and outdoor, with sauna available in the centre of city. Also enjoy the breakfast buffet with variety of Japanese local food and tasty fruit. Free noodles for supper in night time as well. It is high value for money in the downtown.

Although the room facilities are relatively old, they are fully equipped and the service is very good.

The location is great, being close to Matsumoto Station and the bar district! You can walk to Matsumoto Castle in about 10 minutes, which was great for going to see the Matsumoto Castle project mapping at night! The amenities were also great, so it was enough for three guys to stay without meals!

Great location next to the train station. Room was very comfortable and has good facilities but is a little dated. Overall good price and nice place to stay for a night or two.

The hotel was only 10min walking distance from the bus station. The breakfast and dinner were very well prepared in the fine dining settings. The dormitory was very well kept, with basic accommodation facilities. Common toilets and bathrooms were only a few min away, but there were two basins within each of the dormitories. Good accessibility especially to food and hiking attractions nearby.

The facilities are a bit old, but there is no problem with the function. In order to ensure a more spacious stay, we booked a triple room for two people, so there is no problem with space. The hotel is a few steps away from the bus stop, and it is no problem to walk to the transportation hub. It is also a few steps away from Matsumoto Castle. The service is also very good. I think the cleaner made a mistake and took away my white towel. After reporting it to the front desk, they immediately agreed to let me take a similar hotel towel as compensation.

Stayed for three nights in total. It is within walking distance to Matsumoto Castle and Susukawa River. Matsumoto is so beautiful during the cherry blossom season! The hotel also includes breakfast, and the room is clean and comfortable! Recommended!
